    ABOUT THE SERIES
    This monthlong series will teach you essential Pilates technique to lengthen and strengthen your body from the center out. In Pilates, core is key - you’ll ignite your powerhouse each week with six sculpting workouts that will tone your muscles and deliver a body-shaking burn. This series will leave you standing taller, feeling stronger, and moving more confidently in your body.
    In this series, you will:
    - Build deep core strength, flexibility, and endurance
    - Elongate your body and improve your posture
    - Increase coordination, control, and body awareness
    ABOUT TELA
    Tela Anderson, a Real Pilates® instructor, has been drawn to movement her whole life. She began gymnastics training at four years old and competed nationally by the age of 10. At 13, Tela decided to enter the world of dance. She attended some of the most prestigious art schools in the country, including the North Carolina School of the Arts, Virginia School of the Arts, and Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater. She traveled around the world as an elite competitive gymnast and professional dancer.
    After retiring from gymnastics and dance, she decided to channel her love of movement into a fitness career. She received her certification in personal training and group fitness and taught at various gyms in New York City. After injuring her knee, she turned to Pilates for rehabilitation and fell in love with the classical method. She completed her Pilates training in 2005 and has been inspiring others to transform their lives through movement ever since. Today, Tela is a lead Pilates teacher trainer and dance instructor in NYC.

    Awesome, it went so rapid fire that it was hard to give up mid session and the exercises were short enough to not get bored, this was a good workout and now i feel strong and energized

    This was a great stretch/light strength work after having done a tough barre workout where my legs were very sore! Would def do it again for my end of week stretch/wind down.
