    ABOUT THIS SERIES
    This fun series will give you the cardio workout you’re craving by blending the benefits of yoga with explosive plyometric exercise. Each of the five full-body classes focuses on a key component of yoga: balance, hip mobility, endurance, flexibility, and strength. You’ll elevate your heart rate with one-minute of dynamic movement, then stretch and strengthen with five minutes of yoga postures. The cycle is repeated four times to get your heart pumping and help you feel amazing in your body.
    In this series, you will:
    - Increase your power and endurance
    - Boost your mood and energy levels
    - Improve your yoga practice
    ABOUT CALEY
    Caley Alyssa is an internationally beloved health and wellness maven with a passion for helping everyone she encounters - both in her classes and off the mat - manifest their dreams. In her life, yoga was the game-changer that helped her articulate and actualize her own and it is through her yoga classes, workshops, retreats, and online content that she aims to help others find health and happiness.
    From an early age, Caley was deeply invested in physical fitness - from ballet to skiing to hiking and everything in between. This love of movement translates to a practice and teaching style that is both strong and graceful, challenging and grounding. Over the years, her practice has become much more than just physical, taking on a more spiritual and esoteric role with meditation and other distinctly inward-focused practices at the very center.
    Caley's knowledge of and expertise in all things health and wellness is evidenced by her extensive training. She has completed multiple teacher trainings, including two 200-hour teacher trainings, a 500-hour teacher training with Dharma Mittra, children's yoga teacher training, and more. She is also a Certified Holistic Health Coach through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.

    This is a great way to get back to moving routinely as i did when i was younger and need to get back on it! Caley is such a calming force and inspiration to achieve what is right for each individual. Love it!

    I loved this workout!!! I did it in the Am to get a nice mid-morning jolt of energy and stamina for the rest of my day!!!
