I’ve had nekohama before and it really is better than most ceremonial grade matchas on the market. So I know max is biased because he’s the founder of nekohama but he’s not exaggerating.
How much water do you use typically and what temperature do you heat your water to when you make a hot matcha?
Depends how strong you like it, but for the temperature 80C or 175F otherwise you’ll scorch the leaves
Should I store my matcha in the fridge?
Yes please!
