I love mine! It was a dream come true! There's no way in hell I'm spending Jazzinc money. Not for something that's just gonna sit there! Hot Toys gets their point across. The owner of Jazz said in an interview, he wasn't sure which car HT used for their scale model because there were several stunt cars used in the movie. But he loved the HT's version! I couldn't afford Jazzinc even if I wanted it. I have way too many items on pre-order! My wife would kill me! Haha! Stellar review man! Cheers!
@adrianfumi hahaha facts though. You are not wrong at all. I love it and for me the value amd justification was there. I'm really happy you liked yours when it came in. For the most part, everyone was super happy. I appreciate you catching the episode
@@ToyQuest101 Hell yeah bro! Best review of the '89 Batmobile so far! And you're welceome!
@@adrianfumi 🙌🙌
@@OPCollector you're absolutely correct! Post photos of your Jazzinc version as soon as you can so we can see the better version. And you could always paint this Batmobile with automotive paint and save money if automotive paint is that important to you. Or in your case "car paint."
@@adrianfumi 🙏🙏🙏
Great review! I'm on the wait list for this so hopefully it will happen!
@nelsonc6173 thanks man ! I'm glad it helped hope u snag one soon . I'm sure it will convert in a couple of weeks
Absolute genius making those bottom panels. That should be the standard with everything going forward
@@frank12830 facts
I wouldn’t worry or stress by trying to fight getting a hot toys Batman in there. Jazz Inc. makes an 89 Batman that’s meant just for that specific thing. To sit inside their vehicles. It’s 1/6 as well so it would fit. I’m getting one with mine.
This is perfect, I love that they got it right.
@syndicate075 glad you liked it !!!
Looking forward to get mine soon!
@@HobbyistaDownUnder can't wait ! You will love it
i first saw this 12 years ago at ComicCon before it was released and i notice immediately how show it was.
MAN THATS SO AWESOME 👏🏻
@@EmmanuelDELCOUR 🙌
Thats awesome! The attention to detail is off the chart. Yeah!👍
@dtuk22 ayee thank you 🙏 glad you enjoyed it !
Looks awesome glad you got to add this to your collection, all you need is a 89' Batman for it to be on display!!
@1sixsalvo26 thanks bro yea man I ordered it !
What's up , 👍. I love that you can play with the Bat mobile or display it. The weapons feature are cool. 🦇
@@flex_007 🙌🙌🙌 super dope right!
Damn you did a great job reviewing this man. No joke. Ou did repeat yourself in the editing right? Not crazy?
Thanks bro and thank you for getting it to me super fast . Appreciate you
No room but looks good.
@@bujindork haha we all have that problem !
But Twister (tornado) will take your Batmobile away. Flying away.
Cool piece but, I have the Jazz Inc on order.
@jorxav02 ayeee that's a win ! Let's go
Saw it on Adam savages show. It’s nice but the paint is horrible. Sorry 😞 this one here has better paint but it’s not correct. Lines are totally wrong. Maybe I should offer a repainting service of the 1500$$$ one.
You need to get your hands on the JazzIncDiorama 89 Batmobile! Blows the Hot Toys ones away!! The most accurate 89 Batmobile ever made, which WB has stated the same.
@@zakhoiraq I said the same in the video
The 'armor' in the first series was more of a packing easter egg. The first ones shipped in a glossy box with skeletonized packing foam, so they laid a faux armor in a material similar to what you find in the 1/6 figure. The second series shipped in a brown cardboard box with graphics but with a complete foam shell and velcro straps. The 'armor' was never meant to be an actual accessory and can be 3D printed if a collector wants to go that route.
@MrRawnch but if they did another run why didn't they include it. Although I'm extremely happy with this they had opportunities and miss the boat, just like the things I mentioned they they could of done and didn't
@@ToyQuest101 (1) Design cost. They paid alot of money for the overall design and who knows if they recouped enough in preorder/volume sales to justify the upgrade. (2) They more than likely needed to source a materials supplier for another run and packaging is more robust, hence why there is $100 uncharge. They're fully aware of Jazzinc and you don't want to push prices so high that you push perspective buyers into a higher tier -- ala Jazzinc.
These things seem small but they have a big impact on the cost, especially for a 10 year old design. Alot of people missed the boat the first time and judging by the waitlist, many will miss this release as well. Is it an alternative? Yes, but this isn't an easily available one, and second hand prices will reflect that. Rhetorical question -- what would be your review impressions if there wasn't a Jazzinc variant? We could be asking different questions if another manufacturer enters the fray with better options than Jazzinc. That's why I'm skeptical of going all in on toy/collectibles products, as they always get better. Remember the HT was THE GRAIL before a "better" version came along. Watch the 10 year old reviews and you'll hardly see any criticisms.
@MrRawnch my review would be exactly the same. It won't be any different but we'll said over all
The Jazzinc vehicle is inspired by the work that Hot Toys pioneered 10 YEARS AGO. Let's stop viewing this as Jazzinc vs Hot Toys and be grateful that we have an evolution of engineering that made this endeavor possible. Supplies are limited for both models and anyone would be lucky to own either. Let's hope this leads to more affordable 1/6 pieces that everyone can enjoy. And let's be real -- any "toy" or "collectible" over $100 is not chump change.
That... that....that... that...
Would have Been a good opportunity to make a detachable flame affect for the exhaust
@@brandoncervantes1036 didn't think of that ! Absolutely!
I have the JAZZ 66 Batmobile that came with flame ,gonna see if I can get to work on 89 Batmobile
@@brandoncervantes1036 keep me posted
Too bad that turn table wasn't hydraulic with a remote in ways to raise and lower it, or spin it 360 would've been sweet.
@daf5162 that would of been epic but more money but I would of pay for that feature for sure
My only dream is this
If you can afford jazzinc version it’s a level above hot toys but if you can’t hot toys is a good substitute
@@jayson1979 couldn't agree more that jazz Inc is amazing
Nice I just got mines yesterday & it’s beautiful 😍
@MM-cu9kd ayee congrats!!! I like it alot as well can't wait to get batman in
@@ToyQuest101 waiting on him as well 🤗
@MM-cu9kd nice! Might be a while tho haha Hot Toys schedule bit wonki
I’m curious. I’ve seen people use that turntable the opposite way. Can you do it both ways?
@@Pachinosin yes
looks great stay tuned for my jazz with ride in batman
@@Christopher-xr7nw jazz way better hands down
I have seen both in videos reviews (not in person), not sure how people are comparing Jazz and HT without really objectively doing it. I am not really here to hate any company. Certainly Jazz may have a good offering over HT in regards to accuracy, I am not seeing a $700 difference.
HT = $700 - 39 x 16 x 9 (all plastic parts)
Jazz = $1400 - 43.6 x 17.8 x 9.21 (22 die cast parts)
@Mr767267 you have to see it in person it's more accurate, way more lights and parts, and the diacast thing is a big difference, just like it is in regular got toy figures. I didn't get jazz Inc because it didn't fit my budget this is definitely a good option
After getting this thing I’m more than happy with it because I did not realize it would be this massive. Pictures really don’t show how big this thing is. The jazz inc is too much for something that would just be sitting and it would have been way to big. People who bought that one will have issues finding room for that thing. They will realize it when they get it.
@dadarkknight36310 yea I can see both sides I like them both but hottoys is my budget
Why they do not make an in between size (this and the small one).... this is impossible to display, it is way too big, and not even acurate with many details, like, the original was glossy..... made out of plastic... is it $300?... LOL
@@leegarfield8959 McFarlane toys
one thing I wouldn’t get another for the price too high but for the 1989 a classic. id would like hot toys to make a version like this toy like for batman 2022 at half the price of jazz. That car wasn’t realy a Batmobile for me and prob going to change in new movie
@Christopher-xr7nw that would be dope I hope they do that to that would be great
Ironstudio is away better .this is plastic
@Abo-lolo iron studios is a statue not a figure ...it's two totally different things
