Honestly, if techy wasnt jester, i honestly do not know why he played like that. It physically could not have been 5 up, so it would have HAD to have been a jester play by him. The only way it could have been 5 up is if 5 up intentionally threw and got his impostor buddy out while they were completely clear, which would have been a free win for them otherwise.

They just like to explain their thought processes to each other as they're both very competitive. 5up is an _extremely_ good player so it's often that the others in the lobby are too timid to sus him and vice versa, so they often try and sus each other as well as explain when they get it wrong. They have a wonderful friendship.

9:29 I feel like her saying she had just check vitals and that this is an instant report sort of gives away Hafu being imposter. If she was on vitals seconds ago, with nobody dead, and suddenly a body is reported, I feel like she would have started off the meeting by bringing that up. The fact that she doesn’t bring it up until later, and tries to use that to clear herself, gives her away IMO.

The funny thing about that is that he gets wins as imposter so they mostly trusted him at the wrong times
I feel his pain. I play with people in his Discord server all the time, and I always get voted out, whether crew or impostor. I'm not even good at the game, so I don't even know why it happens.
I also once had a streak of dying first round as crew five times in a row. That was fun.

I think so 5up didnt tunneled ur right his reason was hafu in the first round she said she went to cockpit and kitchen and in the second round she said she was in the kitchen again 5up thinks that thats a impostorish path to go and looking for kills bc hafu probably just go right side and finish her tasks and there was no reason to be hafu in the kitchen so 5up sussed hafu and voted her in the third round i think koji caught hafu killing annie i think and 5up was thinking it was hafu and he believed kojis story and they voted out hafu and there was 6 people and hafu was the most sus there so they had to vote her but it was 2 and 1 situation but they believed 5up and koji but janet voted 5up and janet got sussed i dont think 5up tunneled like and 5up just got sussed for no reason and she thinks its a tunnel and when they voted out hafu the game didnt end and 5up should be cleared for this bc he was sussing from second round and in the third they voted out her but teccy didnt believed 5up and sussed for no reason i think 5up made the right choice to sus hafu and it was right it wasnt a tunnel (i wanted to explain bc why not im trying to learn english so dont mind me pls)

You only need to remember the first three, then just cycle through the fourth until it finishes. Much easier to do. :)

I love Hafu and her playstyle and I totally get why she was irritated to be sussed over that. But as I was listening to them speak, even I thought it was hafu. It wasn't so much her placement on the second round. But the fact that she spoke up to take the attention off someone else getting questioned always perks up my ears. She does that pretty frequently as impostor and she did it then with Janet.
I didn't have the same reasoning as 5up but I totally see how both the facts and her mannerisms implied it was her.
It was even more clear with the Koji situation too. Definitely didn’t tunnel, he called it right. Great crew mate win without a doubt.
Yeah i feel the same way. Whenever its a crewmate game upload and Hafu just pointedly chimes in with her position, it feels very suspicious to me. She'll always go "I was with ___ in ___. Right ___?" Like she's getting herself an alibi. Too rehearsed, but maybe too meta? lol. The Koji sus on her sealed the deal.
@@2Rice When she's crewmate and doesn't die immediately, she volunteers like her entire route, asks really pointed questions and susses someone (usually correctly). She's fairly polarized in her behavior between roles because she doesn't troll and mess around like 5up or Toast and she's not erratic like dk or steve.
@@discrep I agree that having a bit of a troll and natural "jester" type feel in your playstyle allows for an individual to remain more unpredictable. It is something that is not a strength of hers but I will say that despite her polarized playstyle she is such an amazing player! ❤
For me, the problem was Koji reporting on 6 and sussing Hafu, causing her to sus him back, which made me sus Hafu. Would have voted Hafu too.

True. The vote on 6 is too clear. In this situation, I always thought Toast's take is the best to handle this.
If they did vote Janet out after the meeting on 6 and she was innocent, just blame it on Janet for voting wrong. Other perspective was the impostor deserved to win after that stunt, throwing their impostor partner under the bus and gaslit the entire lobby when they could've just tied the vote.
@@joey070893 very true but my main question on what was going on in teccys mind is that Janet had been clearly and unremorsfully protecting hafu and trying to throw out 5up, I was just listening to the game and I got his reasoning as that was also my guess. It is funny how painfully dumb it was.

@@salekinraju4353 i actually think he’s a better crewmate when hafu takes day(s) off and he leads the lobby. he’s said before that when hafu is there he relies on her a lot to bounce off of her information and triangulate to figure out the impostors. but when hafu isn’t there he has to pay a lot more attention and basically assumes her role as detective.
I think you don’t watch his streams. He tries a good 0/10 for most of his crew games lol he only does tasks and doesn’t really care. It’s veeery rare for him to try hard like this :) I think his brain would implode if he played like this for all his crew games

Yeah, I agree. In that situation I don't think either were in the wrong, because from his perspective he did have legitimate reasons to sus her, but from Hafu's perspective she shouldn't have been sus for that because she didn't kill Ellum.

Legittt, there was a fairly recent clip where she completely meta sussed him for a comms play, and even though she was correct it was 100% unfair on 5up and she couldn't grasp why and talked about how he susses her. I respect their friendship and like Hafu but sometimes she just gets frustrating.

I love how anytime 5up calls out hafu she always has to explain why 5up was wrong even if he was right for the wrong reasons. At this point he can probably hear it in her voice but puts it with some random action.
I swear it gets really annoying really quick...
He was right for the right reasons though, he called her out for going to the same location again after saying she had already been there and moved on. 5up went to kitchen first round, then never went back there, as crew he had no reason to, which is what his point was regarding Hafu’s placement (being in the same place on a second occasion).
As crew you take the most efficient path to complete your tasks, the only task I’ve seen on Airship that requires you to return to a location is the photo task as it’s a start > leave > return in 60 secs to complete task, the rest are completed in one visit, so 5up was right to question why Hafu had returned to the left side of the map.
@@CoffeeMatt10 oh yea on this one I completely agree with you, there’s several other times that could be interpreted either way though. Her excuse was she was going back to check vitals or whatever but like you were saying wouldn’t you go through engine, electrical and circle around to get more tasks done on the way, especially on round one.

I personally love that I live where I live because I still get excited to go to the city. People who live in the city might find it annoying because of the constant city life and others may not, I think it honestly depends on the person. I’m not speaking for the person you’re replying to, they might have a completely different reason. I’m just providing an example 😁

This was painful to watch. I love Teccy, but there is no way 5up puts that much sus on Hafu and be the imposter. It's not his play style at all. Not to mention, both Koji, Annie and Kimmy cleared 5up. If you dont trust 5up at least trust crew. Poor 5up with this metasussing

If Hafu is still alive on 6, 5up is either crew or maybe impostor WITH Hafu, if they are sussing/accusing each other and Hafu is still alive on 6 then 5up is crew. Either way, if Hafu is alive on 6 it means that, due the game’s mechanics, 5up does not have to ability to kill Hafu.

i love hafu, i do, but i wish she’d stop near-yelling over everyone and saying stuff like “i should be clear” when it’s “evidence” like HER supposedly checking vitals. that vitals information could be wrong. she could be lying. it doesn’t make one clear. what makes one clear is someone actually being with other people consistently when there are two kills.
I am not sure why Hafu made the tunneling comment. 5ups reasoning was perfectly valid.
Plus, I don't know if I like her immediately making the comment (making it about herself) right after the game finishes. 5up worked hard here and I thought the other crew would be more appreciative of him bringing them the win.
I remember it being a chill lobby where everyone was "good game, good job"...but it seems now people just do explanations of their move. Err maybe that's just me.
I don’t think it helps when there are channels out there publishing the stats for the crewfu games. Like it makes it definitely makes it more competitive and it’s something they can see in relation to everyone else’s stats (like imp win rate) instead of just knowing their individual stats. I feel like that could definitely lead to increased tension, because those are pretty direct comparisons that some channels are posting. But maybe I’m overthinking lmao. In the past though they def seemed more chill.

She immediately goes hard on clearing herself before anything else, tries to hard clear people to gain their trust, doesn't question people as much, and doesn't try to create order when lobby gets chaotic, because if there's chaos there's less time to find clues about impostors. After the first meeting I already knew it was Hafu and Janet, just from the way they were talking. It's such a huge tell I don't understand how others haven't caught onto it

At the end of the day there's nothing 5up can say in that situation to make Hafu feel better, but his situation was 100% right. Hafu is almost NEVER an inefficient crewmate. If she was on the right side for as long as she said she was (long enough to give the locations of multiple people) she would have done tasks there. Feels bad to get voted out for a kill you didn't make, but she was undeniably sus. Considering how little it takes for her to get on 5up's scent like a bloodhound, I think this is more than fair.

Day 100 (FINAL) of teaching his viewers, how 5up knows when his impostor partner kills:
The kill button will flash for a frame. It is very easy to see when in a vent as the number sticks until he leaves said vent. It is noticeable when cool-down is off and slightly less so when his own cool-down is ticking. It is possible that this flash has not been noticed by you, due to the fps of videos being 22 for resolutions 480 and under, vs the game running on 60, showing this for a single or two frames at most. If you want to see this 100% of the time, change to at least 720p. The killcam is synchronized to the flicker on most videos.
This was patched by the devs in one of the last few updates.
