From others' pov, it did sound like he said Janet. Idk how that happened.
I think the "about" at the end of the sentance had a slight scuff, maybe from eating his Apple thus you can kinda hear a J sound then the about which ends in a "t" so many people jumped to that
Yeah having slowed it down to like .25 speed in a clip (I think from Steven's perspective) you can hear something like "Jina". Somehow Hafu's mind interpreted it as Janet and everyone jumped on that because "haha funny 5up messed up names again", lol.

i love how when they accuse him of saying janet he ignores the accusation and repeats that he's eating an apple. it makes it seem like 5up isnt even sure if he said janet or tina and makes it all so much funnier. i had to rewind the video just to see if he really did say janet.

They knew it was Tina and to trust you due to her tone afterwards. Steve was probably going along more jokingly at first (not full trust), but Tina's tone in response clearly gave away her guilt at being caught.
I'm actually surprised they believed him so easily. I thought for sure someone would say he was making a play

It's because Tina didn't really bother to defend herself. Then again, she had the vent glitch where it caused her to appear on the vents if she jumps in and begin clicking the arrows too fast. So she didn't even know 5up saw her and was surprised at being accused.
They could tell from her tone it was true. Tina isn't very good at lying her way out of it when someone outs her like that, they can usually tell that she got caught.

I just realized that coms are actually useful this time as the map is 1. new 2. huge so you have to fix them!
The power is amplified by the fact that in normal games ghosts are allowed to fix comms, but in the lobby they now have the rule that ghosts aren't allowed to fix comms. Actually, that should be a game option specific to polus as to whether ghosts can fix comms or not
Coms is good for stopping button since often people won't bother to fix them so if you are chasing someone they can't button to escape or have someone else button

The venting accusation is strong even in private lobbies just because it is just below catching someone murdering someone, which is a pretty big gap, but the only thing close would be running from the body.

Mod Idea: The imposters can click on different parts of the map to sabotage a task in that particular area. For example if the imposter clicks on o2 in their map, it sabotages water wheels and at least one person has to complete it before the timer runs out (like u complete a normal sabotage)
Also, I don't know how to make mods as of now so this is an idea for anyone who likes this idea and is interested in making it happen.
Imagine doing the vault task on a timer lol

It would either have to give everyone the task so everyone has a chance to fix it or be limited so you can only sabotage tasks tasks that at least one person still has. Either of those would be pretty fun, but would lead to very different gameplay
@@stephanieborah4388 Well I had an idea and I think I should make it clear. I thought :
Firstly, if an area is sabotaged everyone (including the imposters) will be able to do it irrespective of whether they have that task or not. Also if a crew does have that task it will not count in their task list. Like they will then be required to do it again.
Secondly, if an area is sabotaged, the longest task available there should be sabotaged. Like the guy above me said if the cargo bay area is called then someone will be needed to do the safe task (which I think will be the longest task present in that area itself)(no two part tasks)
I guess if random tasks are called in that area could be fun but just think someone calls o2 in hope of something good but they just need to do that one task in tree room.
