Bianca is adorable. There's no doubt she has a pinoy blood in her, cause she is full of comic antics just like a typical filipino fond of joking around 😊😉😁❤
Hi Bianca & Mike, you are exactly correct Mike about SF CA. I am residing here in San Francisco in the center of the city. San Francisco still have this problem of smashing car windows and ransack whatever what's inside the vehicle and this is happening everyday even in broad daylight! Rampant shop lifting is still at large here that so many stores closed their business because of this. Anyway good to know you visited Eastwood and it is the business hub of QC. It's the small version of BGC and our San Francisco look in the Philippines.
Bianca should take advantage of how good she looks. She should create a channel on her own focus on make up tutorial or personal care or beauty product reviews. Maybe she can gain a product endorsement if she will work hard on it. Just a suggestion ...goodluck
I live in Eastwood and I like living here cause it’s a smaller community , not crowded , many restaurants, 2 supermarkets and many banks . I just walk everywhere within Eastwood. It’s not crowded like bgc
I'd love to hear about average rent prices, internet connections and such there. It's a really nice place, I hope to hear more about Eastwood. Thanks again!
There's a city that bubbles in the south that are not yet discovered by foreign vloggers. One is the garden city of filinvest and the rich place of alabang.
I was in San Francisco when it was in it's hey day. It was a beautiful place to be. I dont know what happened to it. I remember The Clam Chowder in the Sourdough Bread Bowl and The Dungeness Crab was a delicious meal. Everything was Spectacular.

As an SF Bay Area Native, I so wanted to be offended by your San Francisco comments, but you aren’t wrong. I spent a great 10yrs living in the city and thankfully It was before it got bad. There was a longtime homeless/ drug problem but it was sort of contained in a few neighborhoods, but now crime and homelessness are rampant everywhere.
Eastwood San Francisco of the Phils? Maybe? Eastwood is a nice clean community. Especially if you are around those fancy buildings. I don’t know what it’s like outside?
I highly agree with your statement in the first 60 seconds. I'm from Daly City, the next city to San Francisco and work here as well, every block of the city smells like pee and crap. That's because the City of San Francisco tolerate homelessness and even give them $300.00 monthly allowance to pay for the homeless drugs and alcohol. Heck during the pandemic majority of the homeless are house in a 4 star hotels. Each one of them were given an apple phone, alcoholic beverage of their choice and quarter pound of Marijuana a week. Why would the homeless leave SF???
I love Tims!!!!! Their coffee, I can drink lots without getting gastric pains. Also their cheese and steak panini is really great too!!!!! But the donuts are too sweet, I love sweets but their donuts are next level sweetness. I prefer them over Starbucks and CBTL.
BGC is closer to the airport but you get the big airplane noise almost 24 hours a day. Eastwood is far from the airport and smaller than BGC. Some of the bars and restaurants are open 24 hours in Eastwood. Many of the call centers in Eastwood are open 24 hours and the employees can go to happy hour anytime. Dennys and 711 are also open 24 hours. The rest of the mall opens 10am. I think Robinsons supermarket opens at 7am.

Thumbnail on youtube has San Francisco spelled wrong. You are correct about this being like old SF. I lived there for 18 years. Sadly the city by the bay is destroyed now. I'll never go back. Must visit this place in the Philippines when I get there. Keep making these great videos. I love them all. You 2 are awesome.
BTW, Eastwood is the only place where I've seen those "disabled" signs. I use a wheelchair, and it's nice to see, I've got a feeling "most of the Philippines" isn't ideal for wheels..
Sadly, San Francisco has been reduced down to sheer garbage now. Eastwood City outshines it by a good solid mile. But I still dream of the day when SF returns to its old glory.
Compare the cost of living in BGC, Eastwood, CGC, NGC, Iloilo city and any other places like that. CGC- Clark Global City. NGC- North Global City, in Bulacan.
Alex… sorry, to me, a city made for the extreme rich is very sad in a country that is home for millions who find it difficult to buy food. I’m a Canadian with dreams of retiring in the Philippines some day, but prefer life in the provinces to life in New York.
Eastwood is a major CBD. Mostly middle class Filipinos work in the BPOs and Call Centers in that district. They are far from being rich. As for living in the province, a lot of farmers don't own land. They pay rent to very rich Landowners. The disparity in income IMO is more evident in the provinces so why live there.
About SF! You are absolutely right! I went shopping at dior and cartier in SF and right accross 2 blocks a crazy man was masturbating and yelling obscenities, its so scary ive never seen anything like it, im confused why luxury boutiques are still there i feel sorry for the workers its risky for them., the cartier boutique closed in orlando millenia mall which was a much better location i because its in a mall, anyways im sad though that i didnt experience the old san francisco as everyone before me experienced it i wish their governor or mayor will fix this i dont know what they are doing
One sad thing about private townships: it's a bubble (I know you acknowledge this too). Not really accessible to all people. How I wish all streets in the PH would be as walkable and bike-friendly. Just imagine the carbon emissions that we can lessen if people are encouraged to bike and walk and just use public transportation easily. Healthy lifestyle, too.
We don't know how much it is to live there, we can only guess it has to be one of the most expensive places in the Philippines to live. Maybe we are wrong but the places is literally like living in a Disney park
San Francisco has its problems just like many big cities in the US specially after the pandemic it suffered great deal. But for you to compare SF to this is quite a stretch.San Francisco is still one if not the most beautiful city in America. The landscape hills and surrounded by water. This coming from someone who lives in both Manila and SF.
