Woodlands at the preserve has target, Walmart, Sam’s, and other convenient stores nearby. The North Garland area is a nice area to live in. This area is the best in my opinion & I’m kinda by them but the prices are insane. They built those kind of quick & just about all of these new apartments have paper thin walls.
Hey Gina!! They all ranged from $1350-$1700. I honestly don't remember the price for each unit, and they do change all the time. The cheapest unit we toured was Prose Rose Ranch for about $1375- not sure how much they go for now.
You should check out Addison and Coppell. I moved here a few months ago and landed on Addison because it’s a lot of bars and restaurants, but my apartment isn’t in the middle of all of that lol and not far from downtown or the airport.
@@Normallydifferent honestly, I’m not sure. I stayed with a friend that lived in the area when I first moved and didn’t venture out much. I live in Addison, which isn’t far from Coppell at all! Each little area has their own “things to do”, so I’d recommend just researching the area. I chose Addison because it’s an area with millennials and tons of bars, restaurants, and lounges, so I don’t have to travel far for a good time. Irving is close to Coppell as well and is pretty popular for finding things to do.
Girl most leasing reps aren’t excited about their jobs and that’s in any state but don’t let it turn you off. Texas people are sooo nice I’m military so trust me but that first one didn’t really seem like it had any wowww to it.

Thank you! 1 of the few that actually provides the names to the apartments!!! Thank youuuu
Summer time is the worst time to move winter time is the best cheaper rent & lots more availability
Yea I heard but we couldn’t delay our move in date.
I’ve checked many apts around Irving and they are all about $200-300 more than a month ago…what happened??!!
@@SHOWYOURVIEW yea prices are crazy right now! I think they are going to go up even more

Hi Lovely! Tours were so amazing and I really enjoyed them! I was wondering what the prices were for each unit you toured?
