The whole building is so beautiful and both apt are gorgeous but that studio is totally worth the price that statement you get what you pay for says it all in that building and those Apts so beautiful ty for showing
I word of advice, which by the way has nothing to do with discrimination. I observe and base my opinions on the actions and behavior of an individual. I myself am of mixed race. Be very cautious with regards to who will be your neighbors. I am currently living near Indian computer engineering students. Ever since they moved in I have been having issues with my Wifi and computer network being hacked. Besides that, they like to save money and so they will fit about 4 people in a small 1 bedroom apartment. Which causes excessive noise at all hours. Additionally they like having phone conversations outside which usually tends to be in front of other tenants apartments which can cause a disturbance. When they use the laundry room they leave the clothes in the machines over night and do not clean up after themselves once they are done. Additionally, They are not very clean in general. Once a cat must have taken a dump near their front door and they never cleaned it up. This attacted flies in my home. It was a mess. By the way, generally speaking, they carry some kind of weird superiority complex. They think they are better than everyone, and they also think they should not have to pay for things. Don't be fooled if the seem nice. I'd play it safe because when you sign a lease you are going to be stuck for a year or more.
Lol my Indian neighbors downstairs are fitting 4 people in the one bedroom with 2 dogs, drives me nuts but I just mind my business and she mind mine EVERYTIME I walk out. Ain’t no way one person should be that nosey

It is indeed but keep looking, they say this is the best time to look (though I don’t know many people moving right now). I listed out areas to look for apartments on one of my Dallas videos. Go watch them. THOSE are the areas you should be looking, what makes searching hard is not knowing the areas. All of the areas I listed are in the north, where I also live, other than being downtown, everyone lives in the north that I know or run into 😊

Cityline area, in Richardson Texas has new apartments and it is a great area.
Richardson is far, nice but far for my liking but I resigned my lease and called it a day 😂
