Thank you so much for these great vids. After my first knee replacement I’ve started trading my upper body.
And doing no weight squats and toe raises. I’m 57yrs old and been doing weights at home got some decent weight dumbbells. Two weeks ago had to stop as I was getting lots of shoulder pain doing lateral raises, and getting forearm pain that wouldn’t go away. I was on TH-cam looking more exercises to help not using heavy weights that’s when I found you. I started about a week ago doing these exercises and no pain at all also get a bit of a sweat on as I’m not stopping by going into one exercise after the next until completed and now doing the routine 3times then one more set slightly increasing wight by about a pound thanks to my wife’s and daughters weights like ones you use. I’ve lost 3 pound in weight already with sensible eating so when I have my other knee done I can still work my upper body.
Forgot to mention as well t it takes me roughly 40 mins with warm up where when I did my weight training it was about 1hr And 20 mins due to longer rest between each exercise and now got more motivation as before I knew I’m in for a long haul. And sometimes dread. I’m looking also into some other exercises you have just to mix it up a bit as same ol same ol can get a bit stale so thank you again. I feel new more happier that I can carry on training without injury’s. All the best Barry. London england
