Stuffed Pork Tenderloin!! Taste Bud Bonanza!!

Ingredients: Pork tenderloin, sliced carrots, sliced jalapeño, shredded cheddar cheese. Make a deep cut down the length of the tenderloin. Fill the cavity with the cheese and veggies. Tie closed with butcher twine. Grill at 300F to an internal temp of 140F. Remove, rest for about 10 minutes and Enjoy!!
