@@TerrySwift-e5u no, because I'm not an idiot when I fly. My common sense is rules-compliant, but I will not register or certify. And I'm only an outlaw since the rules went into effect, so that shoots your argument down in flames. Pun intended.
I've gave up on drones... too much fuss and too many restrictions. I have saved money and stress (by not crashing) by going with an Insta360 camera to take unique videos. Amazing what these 360 cameras can do!
@@TerrySwift-e5u I live alone and FPV is the only way I'm flying. I used to be a pilot and cant fly because of an inner ear problem. This gets me back in the air.
Using the current drones, camera, FPV googles a pilot can see far more airspace than a general aviation pilot, the FAA should be forced to actually use a product before making stupid rules. I fly aircraft and Part 107, I hate government making job security and growing their kingdom the main goal.
AND Remote Broadcast ID, the DJI Neo with a Remote ID Module registered as a Part 107 drone flown by a Part 107 pilot is currently the only production option at this time.
Proud outlaw here.
And we have the stupid rules because of you.

Yes I would bet that almost all drone pilots me included , have broken some of these rules.
Title says new rules. These are not new. Click bait!
Oh, I would never fly beyond line of site. Never ever.

😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Well. my winged UAS are getting more air time now.
So if I'm fpv we can fly across the nation.
If you're wearing goggles, you need a spotter with you to visually see the drone and within verbal range without aids.

You left out a key fact: Cat 1 drones can only be operated over people by Part 107 pilots. (No CBO allows OOP)
