What is this "Erikolli"? Mambazha more kuzhambu is a Tamil name. In Kerala it is called Mambazha puliserry. The recipe you have shown is nowhere similar to the authentic puliserry. Don't know what to say...but at least you have used diced mangoes for this instead of whole mangoes with seed, like the one shown by you in Mallika's cookery.
Pulisery is different.I. think you didn't see the video properly.I used inner seed only with flesh in that.Mangoes are diced.Erikolli is one of my friend s mum shared it long before where we use fenugreek and urad dhal.

You mention a different recipe here under mambazha morkuzhambu and a different recipe there on Mallika's cookery under mambazha morkuzhambu. Viewers are only going to get confused. And, usually when used with the seed and skin, mangoes are cooked in minimum water and only the pulp is taken.... but in that recipe you have used the seed like that. Also, in authentic morkootan recipe, we don't add pottukadalai.
