Today is Easter. I just made some ham and egg salad sliders... Leftover ham and egg salad from Easter eggs my kids dyed. Rolls were crispy and buttery on the outside but soft and yeasty on the inside. Sweet and salty ham complimented by savory tangy egg salad.
We started to shred our own cheese because of watching your videos. It really is so much better. Melts better, tastes WAY better. We’re making these this summer

I love the pickles and ranch addition! I always ordered subway with roast beef, pickles, onions and spicy mustard with a side of creamy Italian and still do! The pickles and ranch makes me think it has a similar tang to it! I can't wait to try this for my family!

Hey Matt... Amazing meatballs, and the new seasoning is great! When I make my meatballs, I soak the breadcrumbs in milk until they form a paste. I feel like that helps everything bind together a little better. Maybe give it a try... Thanks for all of the video content and for everything Meat Church!

I pull apart leftover brisket and put some cheese and barbecue sauce on it and use the Hawaiian buns like you did. Heated up on the smoker or oven until cheese is melted.
Definitely will, just curious on the combo today in travels! I recently loaded up a nice merch haul for the jerky recipe & I'll be stocking Meat Church in my arsenal for life!!! Really dig the vibe of content and chow.... the hater videos are beautiful

I do almost the same thing at Subway. But instead of pickles and ranch. I go with banana peppers and mayo. I also add pepperoni and I little bit of red onion. Try it man, you'll love it!

I've done the chicken Parmesan sliders with chicken nuggets from Aldi's. I top my sliders butter mix with butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic.
