Very nice job,👍,I’ve nearly finished my 76 gt750 Suzuki, the only annoying problem was some of the genuine Suzuki spares, they say they’re providing parts for vintage bikes, problem is that they’re parts for modern stuff, if your exhaust is coming from Italy, is it a marving?, I have one fitted on my 78 gs550,they look good & sounds great,I’ve enjoyed watching this series, top job

bluehazeboy 76 GT750! That’s cool! Generally I’ve been very pleased with the service I get from Partzilla but there has been a few issues. A couple in the next video actually. Yeh the exhaust I’m waiting in is the Marving. After lots of searching it was the best option even though they don’t do the headers. Glad you’re enjoying the series 😬👍🏼

hello, great job. well done. I can't remove the piston of the master cylinder on my gs 750. I removed the circlip but the
piston does not come out. an idea? thank you.

Mine had a wire ring style circlip and then a typical one with the holes for removing. Having said that the wire one was above the normal circlip so came out first. Underneath the circlip is a flat washer that fits tight. Maybe you need to scrape around the edge to remove any rust or crap. You could also remove the banjo from the outlet and push it out from inside. That would probably damage the rubber plunger but I presume your are replacing them anyway.

@@plaxsax It is done! thank you. The metal washer was really glued. The rear is much easier. I enjoy watching your videos.

@@plaxsax Hello, I have another question: For carburetors, how many turns for the gasoline richness screw? The manual says: do not disturb the screw. I think it's too late ..;) Thanks in advance for your answer

@@fabianboschung1015 mine had been played with as well. I have mine at 1.25 turns out at the moment and plugs looked reasonable after a short ride. Once I get the bike running again with new exhaust etc that might change but I think that's a good starting point.
