I cut caffeine and it helps :(

    Very interesting video Melissa! I love coffee but it wreaks havoc on my nervous system and body and I just feel jittery and unable to focus. I do drink black tea but have recently cut it down and shifted to green tea. It's much more gentle on my gut and makes me feel fresh.

    I read this recently :-Some people self-report that they have symptoms such as headaches, brain fog, and stomach distress on regular coffee but not when they drink an organic or “mold-free” coffee. (It was a massive long read and i only read 1% picking out lines but thats the one my brain held onto lol) Thank you for the video, brilliant, will try clipper decaf :)
