    ...Well gee DOC, then maybe you should have mentioned it in the multiple appointments we’ve had in the YEAR leading up to this surgery today! No I don’t want to do a completely new procedure I know nothing about and haven’t prepared at all for!!! I’m also not feeling as confident about you cutting me open as I was literally 3 seconds ago!

With the knees I had about a week and a half of in hospital rehab followed by weeks of outpatient rehab. The hips? I was in the hospital 2 days total and my rehab was "Get up and walk".

    One of the very few Americans that can make Brits laugh.

    • @JunkBondTrader
      @JunkBondTrader 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      haha come on I know that's not true. Larry David? Galifinakis? Chapel? Ferrel? Chris Farley? Billy Crystal? Aubrey Plaza? Bill Hader? Seinfeld? Stiller? Conan? Louis CK? Bill Burr? Romano? Kristen Wiig? Danny McBride? Jonah Hill? Michael Cera? Bobcat? Charlie Day? Mitch Hedburg? Eric Andre? Kimmel? Pete Holmes? Nick Swardson? Poehler? D'elia? Tig Nataro? Bill Murray? Julia Louis-Dreyfus? Williams? Wilson brothers? Jason Bateman? James Franco? That barely scratches the surface. If at least half of those people don't make you laugh, you're dead inside! lol. And I excluded famously funny people that I personally am not fond of, or lesser known, but extremely funny people, or people who are funny but known forr something else, of which there are hundreds
      And if you lump Canadians and Americans together, add Mike Meyers, Jim Carry, Tom Green, Seth Rogen, and the greatest of all time, Norm MacDonald :p America, to me (a Canadian), has the best and worst of everything, loosely speaking. Lots of trash comedy, but you can't deny their comedic prowess at the top level! I'd say their comedy is more diverse too than any other country. I'd say UK, and definitely Canada, have better comedians on average than America, but in sheer numbers, they got us both beat. If Brits can't laugh at American comedy, I think that's a lack of sense of humour on their part. Carrel is absolutely hilarious, and one of the most naturally funny people, I'll agree to that :p

      He’s old guard British, they have different standards of behaviour. A polite chortle and a slight raising of the eyebrows is equal to us laughing hysterically, and to actually break out laughing is earth shattering.
      I am surprised he didn’t reach into a pocket dimension for a cup of tea to hide his mouth behind while he laughed and then raise it politely in acknowledgement once he had composed himself. 😂
