@ To say that we shouldn't take measures against the climate warming the globe because a "utopian government planned centralised economy" will then cause the world to starve - is not a strawman?! With your first sentence in mind, it's rather funny you accuse Al Gore of scaremongering.
Your argument about the climate warming is due to temperature and not CO2, and if I jump over my hurdles and say "let's go with that for now". How is using less fossil fuel and more solar/wind/water power bad?

    •  4 ปีที่แล้ว

@@chrises5231 thats not a strawman, that's what they claim, the are gonna being a 'green economy' through a 'great reset' those are not my words it's theirs and it must be obtained by government implementing that it's gonna be all green energy.. sounds like a centralized planned economy to me. It doesnt sound that different then Mao's the great leap forward and USSR's industrialization that lead to hunderds of millions of death through starvation coz that is usually the case when government talks about bringing economic utopia. For me that is a green utopia this time around doesn't matter, the result will be all the same.

It would be fantastic if every school child and politician in the world watched this 60 Minutes show. Thanks, 60 Minutes, for this pivotal show! May it be that the world and its leaders learn to listen to Sir David's wisdom!!

@@robmanzoni5766 Climate change deniers attempting to discredit Sir David Attenborough by way of fake news. Rob, please wake up. The evidence is overwhelming and, to use one of your sources (the link about the walruses falling off the cliff), this has been responded to already by the makers of the documentary. Polar bears you claim? Show me the polar bears Rob. Show me your proof. All you have offered is fake news in order to suit YOUR narrative which is climate change (man made to more specific) is a conspiracy. Your links are ridiculous and if you had but an ounce of integrity you would know it. I couldn't care any less about the cohorts of like minded misguided individuals that agree with you, no less than I could the armies of indoctrinated Muslims, Christians and other theists that outnumber non believers; it is not a concern due to the simple fact that they do not get taken seriously. You and your climate denying ilk aren't being taken seriously any more than the flat earthers, so you may as well stop wasting your precious time. The movement towards responsibility has taken off with earnest, penetrated the minds of the younger generation and it is inevitable that social attitudes towards saving the planet for the influence of mans destructive nature will prevail. Free yourself from the ridiculous view you and take responsibility.
