Steve Carrell is a gift to humanity. My favorite scene from him was in Bruce Almighty when Jim Carrey had him reading the teleprompter and making crazy sounds. I was in the movie theater and laughed so hard I spit my drink out on the person sitting in front of me.
That's what I'm saying. His scene in Bruce Almighty is hands down the most funniest Steve Carrell moment. I cracked up for hours after watching that scene.
Tearing Up during the goodbye song from Michael’s Last Dundees was my favorite and also made me both smile and cry. His years on The Daily Show With Jon Stewart honed his improv skills. Great List Watchmojo
Some people can really sell written lines. But I'm always more impressed to learn when someone just rolls with a character and creates comedy gold right then and there.
Michael Scott: here we are New York City times square named because you have good times when you're in it Me: you can tell it was ad-libbed cuz he sounded so unsure as to why it was called times square
The improvised wedding vows from the alternate cut of Anchorman 2 floor me every time. "I will never forgot the exact moment I saw you, my pee pee got all uncomfortable in my pants. And I thought, ut oh spaghetti-o here comes the warm milkshake out of the tip of my bellystick"
How is the kiss not number 1 on every improv list ever? The way Oscar mumbles "w-wh-what are you doing" as Michael is clearly about to try to kiss him, always makes me crack up. Don't even get me started on the kiss itself 😂 EDIT- After seeing the number one pick. .. nvm. I agree lol.
thats not true. Like with the office, they would first shoot the scripted scene and then Steve was the first one who could start with improv. those takes were often funnier so they stayed in. But he did care about the script!
From a irritating character to a amazing Loveable Character Michael. Love from India ❤️. The Office opening is so addictive that I made it my ringtone ❤️.
I was waiting for someone to bring this up... I was starting to think I was crazy But I’ll give it a pass if only bc the video is narrated by my super-crush, Rebecca 😍
Watchmojo uploads a Steve Carell video: The "No God please no" scene doesn't exist: Literally every viewer: NO GOD! NO GOD PLEASE NO, NO, NO. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
The one with his fingers down his trousers is not unscripted. In the Office ladies podcast, Jenna and Angela explain it was a whole ordeal to get the scene cleared by NBC
4:18 "Best Unscripted Steve Carell Moments" "in the script for this early episode, writer Paul Lieberstein instructed Carell to hold quote the longest pause in television history" Watch mojo, you understand what "unscripted" means, right?
The unscripted part was that Steve held the pause for TWO AND A HALF MINUTES. Pretty sure Paul didn't intend for him to take him quite THAT literally! 😂
What's your favorite frim fram???? Grim Grom!!!!!!!! lol the greatest character break in history his smile and laughter is life to hate Steve carrell smile or laughter is to hate life
Why do people think actors are told exactly what to say 😂 in the script it will say something like 'Steve walks into the living room and bursts out into a rage over his mothers death' they dont tell actors what to say, only in what manner they must do it, Every single steve carrel funniest moments are unscripted, That is the whole point of hiring such a actor for a role.
Fact: Michael Scott is the best TV character ever.
Roger Smith is number one however Micheal Scott is a very close second
@La Von Hawkins tell that to Twitter 😂
He's second. Only to Creed.
George Costanza
"identity theft is not a joke tim, millions of families suffer every year"
Steve Carell's whole life is an unscripted moment
Steve Carell was born and God was like, "... I didn't write this one, what the f-"
Everybody's entire life if an unscripted moment unless you live on a sitcom.
You would definitely think so lol
Technically...
The send off for him on The Office is so touching.
wish Ferrell hadn't crooned..
I loved the "That's what she said". I started bawling!

I like how they explain the set up for The Office as if the entire population hasn't seen the episode at least 6 times.
I haven’t seen it once lol
@@JCJ1234567890 That's cute. I remember my first beer.
Gutturalreef: seen the office six times
Me: pfft, amateurs, a real man has seen it 20 times
I haven't even watched one full episode just alot of Jim's pranks
@@ountak2395 Me an actual fan: Lost count a long time ago.
I can't believe Carel improvised the Sbarro's line. As a New Yorker, that is my all time favorite moment in television
Yeah that was really good
I love what the cast did for him. Doing that song was so good. It looked so real, I’m glad it wasn’t scripted.
My friend: “The Office is overrated”

Michael Scott: here we are New York City times square named because you have good times when you're in it
Me: you can tell it was ad-libbed cuz he sounded so unsure as to why it was called times square
You can even see him kind of shrug and shake his head at the cameraman after he says it, like he knew it sounded stupid.
The anchor scene from Bruce Almighty where Bruce is feeding him gibberish to say makes me die every time.
Ron: Brick where did you get a grenade?
Brick: I have no idea.
I felt so bad for Steve Carrell when he actually got that chest wax in “The 40 Year Old Virgin.”😣I also laughed pretty hard too.🤣

8:12 I love how Kelly was just shipping them 😂
“That’s what she said” - Michael Scott
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAH KELLY CLARKSON" never fails to make me laugh.
Also it's Times Square because the New York Times building is there...
Love this channel
"Loud Noises!". 😆😂🤣
Pure comic genius of Steve Carell
Love videos like these!! They’re so well produced. Stay safe everyone ❤️❤️
Michaels kiss to oscar is definitely my favorite unscripted moment in the office.
40year old I laugh no matter how many time a see it it’s a classic
Wow you guys got sponsored by a minions card game with the minions leader is gru that is impressive.
I just realized that👁👄👁

I feel like this should have been a Top 20.
Steve Carell is the best and the most humble person❤️❤️
Steve Carell does not know nor care about the script. Steve Carell's acting at times is just an unscripted moment after unscripted moment.
No, the only way to do a quality ad-lib is to understand the script completely.
thats not true. Like with the office, they would first shoot the scripted scene and then Steve was the first one who could start with improv. those takes were often funnier so they stayed in. But he did care about the script!
literally my first time seeing the person behind the voice, awesome
#2 always gets me when I do my annual binge through the office
“Not the shows most romantic kiss” dawg I’ve came to that scene like 10 times
So I definitely didn't know that tearing up was ad-libbed but yes 40-Year-Old Virgin made me laugh the most
Thought for sure “LOUD NOISES!!!” was gonna be in there.
“You look like a Man O’ Lantern!”. LMAO!!! Such a great scene!
i love all of them they are hilarious and very funny :-)

Should listen to office musik by lil Wayne then
The office died the day Michael Scott walked through that airport terminal
4:35 So they told him to pause for as long as possible, and he did that, so not unscripted?
Brick killed a guy!
One of my favorites was when he said "This corn is like an angel" in Dan In Real Life. Then again, a lot of that movie was unscripted.
We get it. He was really good on the office. Lol
what a perfect cut to actual tina fey
okay so there are people out there actually disliking this video. i think they hate their life.
As a 34yo wanna be actor, Steve gives me hope for being an actor. Albeit slim.

The "Kelly Clarkson" line was not an adlib. Seth Rogan had to write a dirty version and a clean version of things that Carrell had to tell out.

So, the dude that plays Oscar in The Office is the same dude that plays the drama teacher in Mr. Iglesias. Interesting.
