    Lol I keep practicing, but my finger spelling is so slow!! And deciphering it when a fluent signer signs, I'm at a loss lol but I keep working at it!

      Speed isn't the key so don't be hard on yourself. Just keep at it. Fingerspelling is hard.

    im Cody from facebook! i was asking last nigh on how to sign grounded, thank you again for clarifying that for me.....the $15.99 i read as 15 french fry. glad you are such a great teacher or i would be very lost! but i see that F and 9 look somewhat alike!

      Hi Cody! I love teaching ASL and love hearing we are helping students. And 15 french fries is nearly not enough! I want way more than that😉

    A question, how do you sing the word "lucky" ? Is it just finger spelled ?

    So I'm currently enrolled in a formal ASL Basics Class in NY. Just wondering what the intensive would be like in terms of Homework and Syllabus etc. Thank you! :)

      Way to be taking a class! Our Intensive is 3 weeks of with a total of 6 classes. The first 5 classes have a vocabulary video to study. This could range from 40-100 signs depending on the lesson. After each of those classes we have a homework video that you post on Flip and a test. I would guess each class requires at least 2-3 hours of work outside of the 2 hour class time.

    Meredith, how would you sign height? For example, I am 5 feet 11.

    • @LearnHowtoSign
      @LearnHowtoSign  ปีที่แล้ว

      We actually cover that in our 301 Intensive. Basically sign 5 up near your head and move it up at an angle then sign 11.
