    What's really cool with videos like this is that may find that you are on a level where you don't always need to still learn the skills to play these beats, you may find (as I did) that you already have the skills, such as limb in dependence, etc. but you didn't have the creativity or inspiration, and videos like this get you out of that creativity block. I was glad to learn from this video how many of the grooves I can actually play without realizing it. My favourites are the "Make It Groove", the "Stop & Go" and "The Shuffle". Great video, thank you very much!

    Currently up to number 5. Spending plenty of time on each building up to speed then trying out different versions/fills around each. Definitely my best practise regime I've found so far, you can literally challenge yourself as much as you want

    I use the 1 hand 16th note and stop & go on a couple songs we play. Those 2 fit well in almost any rock setting.

    I’ve been playin the drums for years but mainly as just a side hobby. I’m self taught and never took it super seriously so I’d say I’m intermediate but I’m definitely not well rounded as a drummer. Been working on that pop-punk intro beat for a while now lol
