First off thank you for all your videos you have helped me more than you can imagine I have one question though I am hooking a DNX 694 s 2016 dodge ram 1500 and the harness did mine came with does not have a blue and yellow wire for me to attach mine to so how do I attach this blue and yellow wire That is running from the harness that plugs into the back of the radio
Thanks for the video! My friend just gave me this radio and didn’t have the wiring harness for it , and I had a pioneer avh-2500nex harness that I re pined to match and works flawlessly !!
When I was taking general electric theory as an A & P Mechanic my instructor told us - there is only 1 rule to electricity ; once you learn how to keep the smoke in the wires you got it made.
Could you do a video of step by step wiring of a newer Kenwood wire harness along with iDataLink and accessories including GPS, SATELLITE RADIO, BLUETOOTH, AM/FM ANTENNA, USB/AUX and including excluding using factory speaker wires. In another words, if your going to run all new speaker wires from amps and do not need the factory wires. Particularly for a 2015 Tundra NON-JBL eliminating the factory amp as well

I was so tight when I found this out. went from a hd262u to a kdc-x301 thinking all I had to do was run the bluetooth mic.. nope, fucked right up the wazoo! lol
Hello all, I have purchased Kenwood DDX418BTM set from UAE and when tried to fit the same, found that the wiring harness plug is not compatible with the back side socket of the device. The harness wire that came inside the package had the issue unfortunately, anybody knows any solution to this, please do help. Iam trying to fit the same in India, Kerala and could not get an alternative harness cable. Please share any link where I can get the suitable harness cable..
Thanks for the vid. If I am not removing the factory radio, is it okay for the new radio to have its own power, remote and ground or should I tie in from the factory radio harness? Thanks.
aw #*$@#&@#&$ it's not the same harness GRR i am looking for an adapter from this new style kenwood to ISO so i can plug it into my 2006 hyundai elantra. i have thus far in my life not been succesful at crimping and never attempted soldering. been looking for 'kenwood to ISO' and found a ton on ebay but they're all for the old style connector! *rips hair out*
