Mr Noir I really like you content but I would say that “Shall not be infringed” means just that. I am going to say that you are not for the constitution because you agree with the laws that go against “shall not be infringed”. Evey law on the books that a political parasite put against that just rips that paper up just a little more. Give an inch that take a mile and just look at the laws and it looks as if they took 10s of 1000s of miles
and in all seriousness, we dont need AR-15's we need M5's because thats what we would be up against. and also we need Air support and anti tank missiles.
This man is one of the greatest voices for the second amendment. He’s smart, he’s educated on the topics, and he’s not afraid to speak out on the issues.
The “assault rifle” that the man bought for his wife was a Hi-Point pistol caliber carbine lol. Thank you for one more piece of evidence that conclusively demonstrates that anti-gunners aren’t concerned with a weapons lethality. Rather, they want to ban weapons that LOOK scary to them..
Nailed it. The number 1 reason - the government wants to take them. Which probably means they have something planned for you that you *really* are not going to like. They know you won't get on the train or go to the camp willingly.
I was arguing with some guy under a gun post and within 2 comments he inevitably goes to the “why do you need a rifle that shoots such a large round”. I then explained to him in great detail how the actual projectile of a 2.23/5.56 round is basically the same width as a 22s, they just travel much faster. I also told him about how most pistol rounds are in fact larger and heavier than a 5.56 projectile and are only not as powerful because they’re not as fast. I also attempted to explain the difference between a hollow point and a penetrator round but I guess he couldn’t grasp the concept of barely-advanced ballistic behaviors.
oh man, when I saw the Hi-Point being called/considered an "assault weapon," I giggled a bit... but then I remembered they call ALL semi auto rifles, or even pistols, "assault weapons." The narrative they push is outlandish. Great and concise video, sir, as always! Thanks!
Funny thing about that. I saw an article where some WA state politician was waxing poetic about how safe everyone will be with the 10 round mag limit. Just one problem...the violent criminals will still have standard capacity mags.

Back in 1977 they trained people to use guns now they want people to cower in shame. I'd rather be able to fight for whats mine. Gimme that AR-15. People today have not been made to see how open they leave themselves to being downed, and unchecked too. Most of them expect people to stop while they walk and text crossing the road.
The weirdest things are when people get in trouble for overkilling bad guys. If someone is my enemy, I do not want proportionate response. I want to outgun my enemy hugely. I take MMA so that if I get assaulted I can wreck the other guy. I do not want a fair fight. Look at the USA. We have 11 aircraft carriers so that we will always be a lot stronger than enemies. When your life is on the line, you better be 100 times better than the person wanting to hurt you.
Your logic is crystal clear. While I've always been in the 2A camp philosophically, I bought my first firearm (an AR-15) in spring of 2020 in response to the chaos that was going on then. My neighborhood is for the most part considered "residential urban", but is normally quiet and peaceful. That changed then. I could hear angry mobs in the street a block away. Nearby stores were boarded up. Louisville mayor Greg "Weasel" Fischer had ordered police to "stand down". Luckily, it never came to my doorstep, but damn well CLOSE ENOUGH! At least I had the odds a bit more in my favor. Keep up the great work, Good Sir.
The world needs more people like Colion speaking up. Unfortunately, they prefer to keep quiet (like most people possessing strength and utility). The morons wearing their rose colored lenses and pressing their narrative of "everything will be just fine if we all submit to authority" have become the majority in not just the US, but the world over. The tyranny that has been implemented over the past couple years depends exists and thrives on their ignorance. It will end when intelligence takes priority over comfort.

There was a big ice storm 10 years ago in Georgia where I lived. The whole town shut down, lights went out, people were freezing, cops were told to stay home, homes were broken into with people stealing food and emergency supplies, looting everywhere - all in a matter of 3 days. Those same antigun people are cheering on the civilians that were handed down weapons by the government in Ukraine, but no not us in the US of A, we can have A.R. 15‘s or AKs even if it’s our constitutional right
1. Ammo - 5.56mm is commonly available versus ammo like .30-30, .243, 8mm Mauser, etc. ANY military unit will always have ammo ready for you to use. Plus, you have the option of tracer, light armor piercing, match grade, hollow point, etc. 2. Magazines - there is a WIDE variety of magazine manufacturers, and a variety of capacities (10rd, 20rd, 30 and 40rd magazines), plus drum magazines from 50rd, 60rd, 100rd, and higher, and even belt-fed. 3. Spare parts - plenty of spare parts available should you have a weapons failure with your rifle, plus a plethora of after-market manufacturers producing a monstrously wide market of products. 4. Ease of use - from handling, shooting, cleaning, and care/maintenance, there are plenty of people with enough knowledge, training, and experience for a civilian to be adequately trained to use an AR 15 rifle. 5. Versatility - from lasers, flashlights, flare kits, shotgun attachments, red dots, scopes/optics, suppressors, etc; you can customize your AR to accomplish whatever task needed for your own uses.
People need to understand when SHTF there's not enough police or soldiers to handle it. If it's a nation wide disaster or chaos you'll need a battle rifle, AR, AK etc.
You are so right! It does not matter if kids die every week in schools because one day shit may hit the fan.I wonder how they’ll deal with it in country where children are not getting gunned down?
If only a wise group of individuals had written a law that would allow armed citizens to assemble and volunteer to protect their homes in these kinds of situations! 🤔
A cop stopped a little old lady. She handed him her driver's license and her concealed carry permit. When he asked her what kind of firearm she was carrying, she said "A .44 Magnum revolver." "Wow!" replied the officer. "What are you afraid of to make you carry that much firepower?" She responded, "Not a damn thing." #ItsaJoke
I don't know that I entirely agree with that. I would say covering the bases of capability is more important than owning a bunch of guns that all do more or less the same job. This is the list I have been following since I started kiting myself out as a civilian. (In order.) 1. A quality AR-15 or something like it with basic sights. 2. Weapon light mounted on the rifle. 3. A red dot sight for the rifle. 4. A quality handgun. 5. A light mounted on the handgun. 6. Holster for the handgun. 7. Body Armor with some capability to carry spare ammunition. 8. A suppressor for the rifle. 9. Quality helmet. Either ballistic or bump, up to you. 10. Quality night vision and its support equipment to mount to the helmet. 11. All the ammo you can afford. I emphasize quality because yes these things are expensive, and the nice stuff is even more expensive. The truth is that you can try to cheap out on these things and risk something that will fail you, or just save the extra money and get something that wont fail you up front. Buy once cry once, get something nice and never spend another dime on it.

Watching videos like these and doing more research, allows me to get a better idea of what I need. Thanks for the videos, Mr. Noir.
Ar-15s are really easy to learn. The military gives the M-16 (same gun but with a 3 round burst setting) to 17 and 18 year Olds who have never shot a gun and train them. If you're uncomfortable with a caliber, give yourself a confidence fire. Load one round and shoot a target. Don't try to be precise. Just learn the gun. You'll be shocked how quickly you will become comfortable with it.
they have .22LR versions of the AR too rounds are dirty cheap an its a quiet weapon so is the 5.56 version but its great range gun most AR15 accessories work on it i recommend it for someone who loves to shoot and doesn't want to spend alot on ammo you can get a polymer one for around 400

As a former military member, and living in Alaska, knowing that the vast majority of my neighbors keep firearms, I definitely feel safer than a lot of Americans in their current state. Thank you for pointing out the fact that armed citizens make a huge difference in overall safety, compared to "Gun Free Zones". Don't be afraid of guns... they aren't evil or good... they don't pull the trigger. If local, state, or federal governments make more laws that limit or decrease the number of American citizens that can own guns, it only makes everyone more vulnerable to criminals who don't care what the laws say. Making more laws isn't the answer. Enforcing existing laws would help. Some politicians seem to think they can infringe on your Constitutional right to keep and carry firearms... violating their oath to defend the Constitution when sworn into office. Great stuff... as usual from Colion Noir
"gun free zones" are useless unless EVERYONE in the nation is in on the social contract to NOT use guns or heavily restrict themselves. There's primary research papers that have again and again shown how gun free zones on a LARGE SCALE usually national is the safest way to go. Or. If you're going to be armed like Switzerland then HEAVY RESTRICTIONS is also very safe. Population size is a small factor that doesn't change much, the size of the U.S is irrelevant if you can regulate and heavily restrict who can have a gun or not.
Whoever has armed security or guns themselves while screaming gun control to others are literal walking contradictions. The people here in the real world have no time for those who bask in and peddle delusion.
The “rifle” they showed looked like a Hi Point carbine. Probably the cheapest choice available. However You can’t fault them for what the homeowner can afford. They had what They could afford and it did exactly what They needed. Hooray for the Homeowner. You have my respect.
The mag well was in the base of the grip with that Hi-point front sight looked hi-point carbine to me and that’s 10mm at best. “Assault rifle” Jesus Christ.
I wanted to be armed for years but always considered the cost to be prohibitive. In 2020, when the civil unrest started, it was 10 blocks from my house. I ordered my receivers and parts kit that same week and a pistol to carry when I leave the house. I feel a lot safer now. I worry about being robbed, but I no longer fear it.
My wife and I no longer leave the house un armed , even the quick trip to the grocery store one of us is armed, We almost never go shopping at night or the gas station, we now do those things in daylight hours, time's have changed
As a criminal defense attorney with 16 years of experience in Memphis, I can tell you that the typical home invasion has multiple robbers. I say robbers because, if you are home, they are going to try to rob you, and they are highly likely to be armed. There's no negotiation that's going to help with the issue, and there's a decent chance that they are going to shoot the resident(s) to eliminate witnesses. The best weapon, like Colin said, is an AR. It likely will enable the resident to bring overwhelming force against the threat, and when you are at home minding your own business, you definitely deserve to be able to have the most immediate help on hand.
Here in washington, a family got robbed around halloween. Whats crazy was it was a bunch of teenagers and a few adults as robbers. During the Testimony, One said they shouldnt leave any witnesses because some of the kids in the house went to the same school as the robbers. SO, they opted to kill the whole family to not leave any witnesses. One proceeded to shoot the father in the head. However, they could not stomach the idea of killing everyone else so they just left.
In 2020, the riots were outside my window. All I had was an AK and a plate carrier. Slept like a baby knowing I could end the whole thing if the violence went outta control. In 2021, I sold my house and moved back to my hometown. 🙂

New shooter here. Point 3 hit home for me after suffering the aftermath of Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico. You are absolutely right; after a disaster, resources are scarce and criminales take advantage. I was unarmed at the time. Not anymore.
Its a cultural thing. When shit goes down in Japan for example everyone helps each other and make sacrifices for their neighbours. In America the opposite is true and you all reach for guns as your first instinct because deep down you all distrust and hate each other.
My sixth reason would be because it is right to bear arms! Thanks Colin. I can always count on you to be brutally honest and extremely informative. I’m also a member of USCCA. It’s peace of mind in a in increasingly crazy politically charged environment.
I canceled my USCCA membership because I found attorneys for freedom, USCCA can refuse to represent you if the cop decides to charge you with murder but the attorneys for freedom will fight for you either way and if you get sued they will handle the civil matter , I have the contract and you should read the USCCA contract it’s horse shit
My father asked me the same question. He asked me, “Why do you need an AR15 you’re not in the military.” To which I responded, “Why do you need a Ferrari you’re not Mario Andretti.”
Your comment about a natural disaster reminded me of the very reason I decided to get a firearm. During hurricane Irma here in south-west Florida we did not have any cell phone used for three days so anyone could’ve come to my home and robbed me and my family, I had a 15-year-old daughter and a wife and no firearm. Now that I am armed I feel much more secure and able to defend my property and family if need be especially during a natural disaster or SHTF scenario.
As a national guardsmen we responded to Hurricane Hugo. Some of us were armed with m16s and were assigned to a police officer because alot of the officers were not trained to fire a m16 so they were more confident to do their job with 1 us with a m16. There was much looting going on on alot of stores in Charleston.
My own UMC senior pastor in Floris, VA once ignorantly stated that high capacity magazines are wrong. He sadly doesn’t understand that when someone comes to attack my family, the number of rounds that I “need” to defend the lives of the most precious people in my life is… infinite.
Back in 2005 my parents made the huge financial decision to move to the U.S. to escape violence in Mexico. The culture shock… Growing up I noticed Americans are privileged man. TAKE ADVANTAGE. Bullet points of firsthand experience: When there were riots back in 2016 my wife and I were caught up unexpectedly. There were two groups standing outside of different businesses with ARs and AKs. I asked one when we passed if they owned that business and they said "yup" and I asked if they had trouble. The chuckle was contagious because we all knew no one would mess with them. Even the cops left them alone. When the riots reemerged in 2020 I saw quite a few armed "protesters" and I kept my distance, and ultimately, quit my job because Portland had become too crazy. They all had rifles and shotguns. I'm reminded too of Katrina when it hit the south. Agents were going door to door disarming people because the looting had gotten out of hand and ObViouSlY it made sense to disarm the residents who were waiting for help. Now what ought to be asked is why is it that the most controversial gun is one that best keeps you safe from predators, people, groups, or tyranny is the one that's under the microscope? Anyone trying to disarm you is planning to attack you later. Anyone trying to bolster you wants to live alongside you.
The Constitutional Second Amendment was ONLY put in place to protect citizens from a tyrannical government. If a tyrannical government tries to violate the Constitution it will prove the value of the Second Amendment. It is a Catch 22. Tyrannical actions of a government or attempt to remove weapons will prove the need for the 2A.

It's VERY easy, rememberable, strong sounding, cool and in "the know", word . AR15 Thats why it's been picked up as lingo with the news casters to everyday people who know no better what the meaning is. For instance, a robbery happened at a beer carryout and the person had a rifle. When news reporters covered it on TV, they said a drive thru robbery with a high powered AR-15. Lol. Come to find out, it was a handgun, no rifle anywhere. Wtf? She admitted she knew nothing and was just scared of firearms. She took a bullet to the hand i believe. It wasn't life threatening, but shot none the less. They stole cigs, and lottery tickets. That's how they got caught. Trying to cash one out. Idiots.
In my case, after 20+ years in the Army, I would get an AR-15 due to system familiarity. This is because fundamentally it is the civilian version of the firing system in the M-4 and M-16 which I have used for the preceding 2 decades. That means that it is as familiar to me as breathing and I already know the tactics for employing it in a defensive situation. That knowledge and familiarity if I had to defend my self at home would enhance my odds of surviving a situation that required that level of force.
Thanks for focusing on system familiarity, training and proper utilization for the situation at hand. Just owning the weapon will improve survivability vs having a hand gun, knife against multiple and/or armed assailants. The crux of the AR 15 is proper training, utilization, and how quickly one can become proficient.
Thank you for your service, Brother. I trained on the M14, but had a block of instruction on the M161A and think one can deliver a more emphatic butt stroke, horizontal or vertical, with the Last Steel Warrior. Make them watch out for YOU! Hooah!

I remember hearing that story about the pregnant mom defending her family with an AR. At 2:44 was THAT the rifle she used? ANYWAY... yes, I agree with all points. When a devastating hurricane came through my town, despite the widespread police presence on the major roads there was still some looting going on. Cell towers and telephone poles were knocked down, making it impossible to call for help especially during those first few days. Many of us had chainsaws in our hands to clear out the roads, but we were also packing pistols. But there were also people on their porches with ARs. The community as a whole came together to rebuild and the spirit of cooperation was really high, but at the same time we weren't going to tolerate any looting. Signs saying "Looters will be shot" were up all over the place, and any strange vehicle on our road that wasn't a cop car automatically drew suspicion. And this all happened in an American town just 3 years ago. So all this talk about "SHTF" or some post-apocalyptic dystopia is not just sci-fi paranoia; it can and did actually happen at least in my town. It didn't make the news, though, because from what I heard (I didn't have electricity at the time) just as soon as the first gas station reopened 20 miles away a few days later, most of the major news networks stopped reporting on the devastation. In my town, Hurricane Michael became known as the "Forgotten Storm". Forgotten by the world, maybe, but not by us as many still mark time between "Before Michael" and "After Michael".
Your story sounds the same when Hurricane Katrina hit South MS. Our signs every where said you loot we shoot. The first 2 months was horrible. It was like well a nuclear fallout pretty much. Unknown car coming down the road people already dropping their rakes and chainsaws and picking up rifles and shotguns standing at attention midway in the driveway ready to pull that trigger. We need you on the podium in dc to protest. Crazy they are illegal here 😩 Meanwhile teens are running around with 50-100 round assault rifles at will regardless of the law smh
I don't even want an even fight in a self-defense situation. Ideally, I want massively superior firepower, which means an AR-15 until I can afford something even better. Great video, as always, Colion!
my mind went straight to the remitan-870 pump or simi-automatically aka police shotgun with a drum mag ( shorter but legal standard lankth barrel ) ( use the first 9-round's under slong in the stock ) as a o crap there's lot's of badie's in my house 🏡 of coilins question not a AR15 BTW the 870 isn't my favourite the model 22 Winchester is but the brake-action double barrel is harder to get on point in a 9-guy firefight next pick was the 45-70 revolver cowboy/army/police, and a runner up is any decent 22L mag simi-auto ( not my style but for this question it will work wonders ) as that can spray rounds accurately so 870 or 22L with a bigger clips
In your day to day life how often do you come across a situation where you need massively superior firepower? Like do you live in an area where you feel at unease like that? Serious question?
@@NewAgeChipSkylark I don't carry because of my day to day life, I carry in case today happens to be one of the worst days of my life. Better to have and not need, than to need and not have.
@@smarterthan98 Carrying is fine as I understand people want to feel protected. The want for excessive firepower is interesting to me as it seems to be overkill. I want to understand why a person longs for that when we have such a problem today with them. Can you not protect yourself with a handgun or a shotgun? In what realistic situation would you need to defend yourself with an ar-15 ?
@@NewAgeChipSkylark You're literally asking me the question that Colion answers in the video we're commenting on. My EDC handgun is a subcompact with 8 round magazines, which is why I carry at least 1 spare mag. If your family is in danger, do you want only 1 or 2 rds per attacker, or would you rather the attackers get scared off by the fact that they are outgunned? Which scenario is more likely to end with your family, and yourself, unharmed? My comment on massively superior firepower was directed more towards my home defense than outside the home, as an AR is a bit impractical for a night out with those I love. God help anyone who tries to attack me or my family anywhere, but especially in my home. It's not about what's likely, it's about what's possible.
Another reason: war prevention. How many times have other countries decided not to invade the US simply because they’d have to battle our military AND our well armed citizens?
Yup. It stopped Japan, in WWII, from invading our shores. I would say that we now have nuclear weapons, but our nation's enemies want the territory to be left habitable. They'd have to be very desperate to nuke us. Not saying it won't happen, just saying. Besides, after the nukes drop the survivors STILL need an AR15!
I don't remember who said it but, during WWII, a Japanese official said that invading the US would be a huge mistake because, "behind every blade of grass is a gun."
I need a new axle and an oil change but I walked in my favorite gun store the other day and saw a 4 inch 44 magnum and said fuck it my car can wait another week 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️ the sad part is I dont hunt or even go in the woods so there was NO NEED or USE for it but I wanted it so I bought it

Guns are tools. In the hands of good people they save lives. In the hands of bad people. Bad things happen. Criminals do not follow laws. Gun control does not work. Every bad guy will have a gun. Do not disarm the innocent.
The reason u don’t “like them” is most likely because u know nothing about them! See how easy that is? One would THINK, that being born in a country where 🔫 are openly carried. One would take 5 minutes to “learn” the tool of their choice. It’s like, I don’t want to be a welder, because I am afraid of scary spark 💥 (u see?) Get informed & stay Safe! Not a victim! I would rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6 👍
You need an AR15 because of what the US has become due to the gun culture. Everyone has a gun so the crims need one so you need one etc. I’d think about moving.
God bless ya Colion! You're a PATRIOT & A GENTLEMAN! You are always so articulate and on point when you do appearances on Fox and other networks and you really give law abiding, legally armed Americans a good name! Keep the faith and keep fighting the good fight my brother! God bless and take care...
It's so true. Things in society can break down very very quickly, and if they do, on the shortlist of tools, the AR is so obvious, basic, and essential. It's right there with food and water. That's my primary reason for having one.
These are all great reasons, I normally think on the home defense side of the argument and for me I want the superior fire power. If I lived further out an Ar10 but because I have neighbors near by I go with an AR15, if there’s one or several threats I would have the fire power advantage in most home defense situations

i have been questioning the use of a ar-15 for home defense for years, my saying was the shotgun is the perfect home defense firearm needed or a handgun but not a ar-15 "it's too much (powerful) to use in a house as home defense, however watching your explanation and reasoning i see it from another view and understand and ultimately agree 100% and will be setting up my ar's for home defense, i have a open mind to new idea's and self defense. very good!!!!!!
What had originally convinced me of an AR/5.56 platform over a shotgun happened when I was in college about 10 years ago. There was apparently a guy dealing drugs out of his off-campus apartment and a small group of people busted down his door to steal money and anything else they could find. One roommate hid behind his bed and pointed his shotgun at the door, and when one of the intruders came in, shot and killed them. However, he didn't rack the slide properly, and was then shot and killed by one of the other 2 intruders before he could resolve the malfunction. I don't know if having a semi-auto rifle would have actually saved him, but I know I didn't want to take that risk.
Hurricane Ian just reminded me how quickly society can break down. The day after, my entire town had no power, water, internet, cell service or gas. Roads were blocked from downed power lines and trees. Even once a gas station opened, it took hours to wait in line and was cash only. Everyone has a generator and gas gets stolen often. So the chances that someone would try to steal gas, generators, food, water, went through the roof. Luckily I was well prepared
Great video Colion, speaking the truth for need. I still like the 12 gauge with double ott Buck for close quarters, but I am good with a short barrel AR.
Thankyou Colion for pointing out the very practical reasons why an AR15 is effective. In my opinion, every law abiding adult (who isn't afraid of guns) should purchase (through legal means) both a handgun & either a rifle or a shotgun, plus an adequate supply of ammunition for both arms... And (most importantly) get adequate training in gun safety, shooting skills, and the laws for their state regarding open & concealed carry. It is better to be prepared for a bad situation & never have to use it; than be unprepared & become a victim. Please share this message; so that we can support and defend the US Comstitution & Bill of Rights (most importantly the 1st & 2nd Ammendments) from those foreign or domestic who's goal is to weaken or bring harm to "We the People."
Delete "law abiding" from your sentence and stop tiptoeing on eggshells by adding emphasis on legality. That type of rhetoric only fuels further regulations and infringement.

Good for you, Warrior Queen. You owe it to yourself to either get the AR15 or a Ruger MIni-14 both of which shoot the same round and will do the job splendidly.
I just found this posting on TH-cam; a year after it was published. All of your reasons were very valid and well stated. I wish that more of our gun rights organizations would push the truth that the second amendment specifically covers military grade weapons and would pursue that reasoning and historically accurate view in the courts.. Your fifth reason in this video explains it very clearly and truthfully. The Supreme Court got it wrong when it concluded that guns in common use are covered by the second amendment thereby eliminating the military arms intended by the founding fathers. Additionally, the nfa and the gun control act are both unconstitutional because they disallow those very same arms, military grade, the 2A was written to cover.
LOVE the logic, Colion! Every point spot on!! I have both an AR- 556 and two AR-12 gauge shotguns. Don't forget to stock up on ammo. An unloaded gun is a paperweight.

"Wow!" replied the officer.
(In order.)

I love my AR-15 ever since the military introduced me to the M16 in 1976 and been a fan ever since.
The “rifle” they showed looked like a Hi Point carbine. Probably the cheapest choice available. However You can’t fault them for what the homeowner can afford. They had what They could afford and it did exactly what They needed. Hooray for the Homeowner. You have my respect.

My wife and I no longer leave the house un armed , even the quick trip to the grocery store one of us is armed,
We almost never go shopping at night or the gas station, we now do those things in daylight hours, time's have changed
You should also take a firearms defense class of some sort, sometimes pulling a gun in the wrong split second can get you killed
9/10 if its multiple ppl your either gonna die or you will have to die this is not a john wick movie

Bullet points of firsthand experience:
When there were riots back in 2016 my wife and I were caught up unexpectedly.
You answered your own question: ""Anyone trying to disarm you is planning to attack you later." And you would be right.

It's VERY easy, rememberable, strong sounding, cool and in "the know", word . AR15 Thats why it's been picked up as lingo with the news casters to everyday people who know no better what the meaning is. It wasn't life threatening, but shot none the less. They stole cigs, and lottery tickets. That's how they got caught. Trying to cash one out. Idiots.
"why is that gun the one under the microscope" , "all the protesters and criminals had AR15s" 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Heard you loud and clear brother. I got an AR-15 two weeks ago. Heck, I got it because it appears that everyone else has one. I love it though.
Amen. Thank you for your service.
Boooo. Once you master one it’s time to move on to the next thing!

BTW the 870 isn't my favourite the model 22 Winchester is but the brake-action double barrel is harder to get on point in a 9-guy firefight next pick was the 45-70 revolver cowboy/army/police, and a runner up is any decent 22L mag simi-auto ( not my style but for this question it will work wonders ) as that can spray rounds accurately so 870 or 22L with a bigger clips

Think I’d rather live in Afghanistan than this apocalyptic wildland being described.
Why would you want 5 fewer AR’s?
@@dwnmddl because it sounds less dangerous to anti gunners
Have both, both in rifle and carbine!
Great Video! I'm a Dealer in Wyoming, a Veteran originally from Indiana and it's great to find everyone out there who sees thing how they are. I have a pretty much brand new channel out here and am always glad to find new channels of 2A supporters.
I love Colion’s ability to speak passionately and yet delivery fact based arguments! A true warrior for freedom and our treasured and rare American way of life!
Colin you are dead on for Joe Blow. My Wife has her’s at-15 but I like my 1301. But then again 12 years in the Marines I have experience.
i have been questioning the use of a ar-15 for home defense for years, my saying was the shotgun is the perfect home defense firearm needed or a handgun but not a ar-15 "it's too much (powerful) to use in a house as home defense, however watching your explanation and reasoning i see it from another view and understand and ultimately agree 100% and will be setting up my ar's for home defense, i have a open mind to new idea's and self defense. very good!!!!!!
Watching this after I did an “impulse buy” of my first AR today.
Always like to do something special on 9/11. Never Forget 🇺🇸
💯 I had the same mindset…..my eyes have been opened!
@@sidneezingara1976 i did the very same thing and I am not disappointed.
Drawback of an AR for home defense is overpenetration of rounds.
@Fiero88mph2018 That's crazy but unfortunately true it's a never-ending fight...because the laws don't hinder or stop the criminals!
Well said and #eff fiero88’s ridiculous comments and broken euphemisms. He’s incorrect about law abiding, and we all know it isn’t “tiptoeing on eggshells” lmao.
@@dlissek Please tell me where I'm incorrect. All compliance will get you is further authoritarianism and control. We all know it.
This was so much great information. Being a woman it really helps. Im in the process of getting my concealed carry in Virginia. Now I have more to consider for home protection. Thank you 🙏
Good for you, Warrior Queen. You owe it to yourself to either get the AR15 or a Ruger MIni-14 both of which shoot the same round and will do the job splendidly.
proud of you
I love how reasonable and educated you lay out the truth.
Really well articulated comment 🤣🤡
The BEST video on ARs I’ve ever seen and my favorite of all your videos. Thank you very much. Keep up the good work!
Being a peaceful, country, nature loving person is no longer a protected thing by the American government anymore. Enough said!
Aww. Then why not just move to North Korea?
It never was. They were criminals the whole time. They just blatant about it these days.
@@Bert_de_Wit is it peaceful there? Trip Advisor doesn't have good references.
@@AntwaneLee 😂
The entire country needs to see this. Thank you man
No the entire country shouldn't. It makes to much sense.
One who wants an AR-15 clearly NEEDS an AR-15. It’s about that simple.
I absolutely love what you are doing for the gun community brother! I thank you for having the courage to spread the message.
LOVE the logic, Colion! Every point spot on!! I have both an AR- 556 and two AR-12 gauge shotguns. Don't forget to stock up on ammo. An unloaded gun is a paperweight.
An unloaded gun is worse that a paperweight. An unloaded gun makes you a target for theft.
Excatly!!
His way of persuasion is superlative! Great logical thinking and the delivery of his argument is spot on.
my dad was in texas in 2020and the first thing he did when he saw an election sign was buy an ar15 6 boxes of 308 and extended mags. thankfully he didn't have to use them.
