      @@lavendaire Haha I know! I guess her full name would be "Consistently Inconsistent Christy" 😂 not making fun or anything, I just thought it was kinda funny. I want to work on a lot of the same habits. I have really gotten off track over the past few months. We can do it!!!

      @@mystictopazart4207 I always recommend Yoga with Adriene on TH-cam. You should try at least one video and see if you like it! She makes it really chill and fun. She tells jokes and stuff during it lol. She makes a calendar each month of which video to do on what day (in case you don't know where to start and would rather follow a set plan). This month's is called ywaFOCUS and there's a playlist on her channel. You don't have to worry about missing days. You can jump in at any time. Every January she does a special month-long challenge for the new year. December is starting in a few days if you want to start a new calendar from the first day.
      Sorry if you didn't want all of this info lol. I just know how much it has helped me and want to share it with others and encourage them to give it a try.

    I'm loving this series, Aileen! The four habits I am going to focus on are:
    -Yoga
    -Filming videos
    -Drinking at least 2 liters of water per day
    -Writing in my journal before midnight everyday (because I like the date to technically still be for the day I'm writing about)

      Calida there are alot of homemaking videos on TH-cam. Grandma and Grandma Griffin show how to keep up cleaning routines at home. It helped me alot. Check them out.

    Loved this topic and video Aileen! I have been working hard lately to get some good and consistent habits set up in my life, so this video was just what I needed :)
    - My Four Things I Am Going To Commit To -
    1) Up Before 7:30AM Every Day
    2) 10-20 Minutes of Meditation Every Day (Done this one for about 21 days already, so far so good!)
    3) Drink One Green Juice or Smootie Every Day
    4) Take My Pup On At Least A 30 Minute Walk Every Day

    You are a life saver! ✨♥️ Thankyou so much, I wanna cry. (In a happy way).
    Update : I am working on my sleep cycle, I struggle with depression, so I kind of developed insomnia. I would sleep around five and wake up at 10, and on holidays at 2. But now that I see so many people are trying and YOU, cause i look up to you. ♥️ Gave me a motivational pump to fix my routine. It's hard but I sleep around 2, so there is three hour improvement. ✨

      Your little improvement is actually a huge step, I also suffer from insomnia and I know how much that really sucks because at night when you can't sleep, your mind can't help but to recall unnecesary thoughts about everything :( but we're strong enough to get through it!

      Elise Ca 3 times seems like a big target that may be so big you can’t do it and stop. From experience, I’ve found doing 1 a week for a couple weeks best then slowly build it up to the desired amount. But I don’t know you or your lifestyle so who knows!

      Hi Beautiful Aileen, Thank you for uploading these videos. have been tuning in to your channel Everyday and watching other videos (sometimes same videos I watch a few times because I am never bored with that as it’s so inspiring) while waiting for this week’s channel and to my surprise I saw this video and it’s like ‘wow’ another new videos to watch. I am exciting for this challenge and my four habits are 1) Meditations at least 1/2 hour Everyday 2) Morning pages/journaling 3) Drinking more water 4) Reading at least 10 pages every evening. I am now looking forward to the exciting 3rd video which is tidying up and organising and this is the one I am struggling with. Looking forward to it😘

      I've been using my Notebook for years to track my habits and very excited to try the Artist of Life🌹 One of my most essential habits that I committed to stick to is taking care of sexuality aspect of relationship, so we don't slowly turn into roommates😍💕

    Also I live with my boyfriend and I think it is hard at times to keep up with our own daily routines, but I think it is all the more crucial to take care of ourselves when living with our hubbies so that we can continually give our best version of ourselves! ☺

    1. Gratitude list of 3 every night
    2. Making my bed every morning
    3. Drinking strictly water

    Love the video! I’ve been super inconsistent with my habits, so I’ll try this!
    1)praying/reading my Bible every day
    2)working on my Japanese
    3)doing the dishes everyday (I’ve been doing better lately about this but I want to make sure I keep going because it’s seriously a game changer)
    4)running-I started Couch to 5k a while back and only made it 2 days in 😢 so maybe I can stick it out this time!

    I'm trying to get back with reading 100 pages at day (bc I'm about to move and need end up a bunch of books, so I don't have to bring them), drawing and changing my mindset to a more thankful one, besides exercising. It's being pretty hard. But I know I'm going to feel so much better after that. I need to change my life, even if it's hard.

    Hi, Aileen! I use a very small reading lamp that lights only the book, so my boyfriend is not disturbed by the light when I read in bed.
    I've starting a new morning/night routine. This time I want to me more consistent because I have a new job plus university to deal with for the next 6-7 months. I gave myself a second chance to graduate and get my bachelor degree, and I know that this time I have everything I need to succeed.

    Love this video! Habits I'm working on creating- 1. Consistent wake time 2. Consistent bed time & night routine 3. Shower first thing and 4. Read the Bible every morning 5. Get outside and go for short nature walk everyday and fresh air/ sun (I've also been starting my day with a green smoothie with collagen and bone broth, coconut milk, & supplements consistently- it really has improved my energy, digestion, and mood doing this daily) :) Great video and loving this series!

    But here are the habits to work on this month, I think we need more time to incorporate them in our lives
    •workout
    •don't eat after 8pm
    •eat healthier
    •drink water before meal
    •write evening pages
    •work/study every day

    1. practice spanish
    2. read a chapter

    - doing any type of exercise (either yoga, pilates, i love both of them)
    - journal just to clear my head & being more positive
    - read whenever im bored
    - drink more water
    - learn how to read music sheets (im still in the process, i want to be a violinist !)

    1. Get up early, go to bed early.
    2. Do exercise at least 4 times per week.
    3. Meditation
    4. Read (twice per day, about my job and self-help books)
    5. Get my job done (university and work)
    Seems like is overwhelming but I almost did everything today :)

    Yes!!! I really want to work on consistent healthy eating. I've failed at it in the past, so I think I'm going to focus on individual components. Meal prepping, remembering breakfast, etc. So excited!

    This video has come at just the right time. I really want to get consistent with my writing, journaling, reading and learning Spanish and Italian. For me December is going to be an experiment to focus on these habits and set myself off to a good start in preparation for the new year.

    My four habits to work on: sleeping, eating right, meditate, read. I have the same issue on reading as you have been. I don’t mind moving to another room, but in the wintertime once I’m in bed I don’t like to get out unless I have to. It’s too cold!!! 😬❄️ So still trying to figure out a good time to do it.

    I'm in! Normally I try to do all of my habits but sometimes I skip one or two of them. But I really do wanna be consistent. So I will do this with you 5 days! Here are my Habits:
    1- Go up early and get a glass of lemon or lime water
    2- 10 min Morning Yoga
    3- Meditation
    4- Affirmations
    5- Take a shower - and what I preferably want to establish every day is a cold shower!
    6- Eating a Healthy Breakie and watch one of your videos

    I love how this video is about starting and sticking with good habits! Why wait for New Year's when you can start now? I am inspired! Also, love how you're time is set for you. To me sleep is very important, but my body's clock is different from where I live. People think I'm crazy, but I work and am most alive at night. Much love from the beautiful ISLAND OF GUAM! 🇬🇺❤️😊

    This video is in perfect timing because I've started on 2 daily habits (bed by 10:30pm, leave for work before 6am). They're quite challenging because I'm not a morning person but I'm on day 3 and I feel so good about not having to rush and feel stressed going to work. I'm going to add drinking 8 glasses of water and, like you, reading daily as well. (By the way, if you want to read in bed, consider a Kindle because you don't need light for it and it's backlight doesn't have that blue filter that's waking us up) I love your videos, you are such a positive person!     Consistency is definitely key! (Especially with sleep! Oh my goodness, I hope you get more rest in soon.) And I'm in physical therapy, so my PT habit is ridiculously essential for my ability to function. So my daily goals for the challenge:
    1. Daily walk
    2. Daily meditation (increasing to 10 minutes/session)
    3. Eat a healthy meal every day (I've been behind on my smoothies and salads)
    4. Read for fun

    Ever since starting on TH-cam, sleep hasn't been my priority (which is sad, I know). That's one main habit I have to work on, plus I've always wanted to try meditating, so maybe one day I'll start on that! But what I'm happy with is my fitness routine and how stable it has been!

    Hey Aileen, thank you for this video and your light as usual! I had to take a minute to comment because I saw that you were vlogging while driving. It’s incredibly dangerous and so not worth it, so many people are injured or die every day because people think that driving is some kind of easy, mindless activity. Always keep your eyes on the road, even if you’re sitting in traffic or driving on a straight road. A vlog isn’t worth your life! ❤️ I hope you won’t take this the wrong way, I just want you and anyone reading to be safe ❤️

    This video is amazing!!
    Here’s is what I’m going to try to do for one month:
    1.) Fix my sleep schedule. I’m going to try to wake up at 7:00 and sleep at 11pm.
    2.) SAT Practice for 1 hour three times a week. I’m a junior, so I’m going to try to do SAT on the morning that I am not going to physical school.
    3.) Less than 30 minutes of unnecessary screen time. (Your videos don’t count!)
    4.) Working out for at least 1 hour every day. (I’m thinking 7-8pm)

    oooh I really look forward to the home video. I moved in August and I still haven't really got my systems into place to work really efficiently in my new home. So this will be a great opportunity to tackle that.
    This week the habits I'm working are is time-blocking, as well as using "followupthen" to set up email reminders and declutter my planner of all the little stuff that I must not forget but take way too much space on the planner in comparison to the time they will actually take. The habit of time-blocking also means that I will work on making other habits more consistent, like my afternoon yoga. Since it now has a dedicated space in the calendar, it's harder to let it slip without feeling guilty.

    Hii! Im taking on the challenge, too, even though I'm a bit late. I will take on these new habits:
    1)Consistent sleep regime
    2)Workout for 45 minutes
    3)Yoga
    4)Studying for at least an hour
    5)Being mindful of what I eat and skipping the junk
    Hope i can say that i did it in five days ^^

    Love the video! I have actually been doing this myself over the past 2,3 months, implementing one - let's say - tiny or small habit after the other into my day. I started meditating daily as well and have been doing it for 65 consecutive days now (with only one day off in between) which I can hardly believe myself. Meditating has literally changed the whole game for me! Later I started tying the daily meditation to a daily yoga practice. Some weeks after that, I added a daily and quick journal session afterwards. My morning routine therefore grew from 10 minutes to almost an hour. And I always thought I couldn't do all of these things daily and on a regular basis. Now I have also started reading at least one chapter at night before going to bed. And I will keep adding new habits (I have my list ready haha). This journey has been sooo exciting and I have never been able to stick with that many habits so consistently before in my life. I used to think "If I am going to meditate, I have to do so for 20 minutes", "If I am going to do yoga, I have to do so for at least 30 minutes", "If I journal, I have to do so for an hour" etc. when really I just needed to start small and keep adding little by little. A good book here is "Atomic Habits" from James Clear if anyone is interested. He was also on Matt D'Avella's podcast - highly recommended!

    My sleeping is not coming out right, I keep going to sleep like 3 or 4 am, and waking up 11 or 12 pm... But I shall persever!
    My habits that I would like to incorporate are:
    *night routine (which include skin care, drink water and brush hair)
    *morning routine (skin care, drink water and make breakfast)
    *going to the gym 4 times a week
    *eat righ (stop to eat so much sugar and flour and start to eat more fruits and veggies)
    I will try starting tomorrow, it would be awesome if I could achieve 2 of these. Thanks for the video

    Such an impressive video, Aileen! Having an affiliate marketing business is always stressful and it’s not easy to work then. So, these are the habits that I started doing. Meditation or take a walk for a while to keep me free from distractions and burnout. Eat a well-balanced diet to keep me fit and healthy. Extreme focus to have great results and lastly is to evaluate my daily accomplishments. I believe that doing them will surely make me more successful!
