There is no mention of the Guardians not having genitals in the LN. Quite the oposite actually.
In the bath house scene, Ainz mentions that without his clothes, Mare is pretty much a normal boy.
Albedo is about to start masturbating after talking to Ainz, but stops herself and comments that "this is becoming an habit".
There are other exemples, but you get the gist of it.
Plus, I think it might be possible for Ainz to have children if he undergoes a temporary race change, or maybe, making use of a World Illusion, something that was brough up in the 13º LN.

More like the only rule being to worship your dad. It is implied that she and the other Guardians would be subservient to any of his children. Albedo would probably spoil the child rotten. I kinda imagine a Cersei-Joffrey dynamic, wherein a sense of superiority and entitlement would be instilled in the dotted on child of Ainz. The only strictness would come from protecting him from danger and whatever Ainz would demand.
Yuri would be the best mother figure btw, for obvious reasons. She might understand best that for the long term prospects of the godchild there is a need for an balanced authoritative framework.

Yuri and Cocytus raising Zwai, while his parents crusading around the globe, would be such a adorable B-Plot.
I believe that the child would be raised as a demigod and allowed to get away with anthing not treasonous to the other 41 supreme beings but if he insulted even one of them those NPC's created by that supreme being would hate the kid forever until they apologized. Also if his father ever passed, however unlikely that would obviously be, he'd take the throne. And if a king has an heir then they must pass to continue the line, otherwise what purpose does a pointless heir have? I'd see the child looking like a skeletal demon which would be raised as a Min-Max specialist like TouchMe or Worrior Takemikazuchi then the child with Shalltear would be raised as probably either a Vampire Skeleton or a Vampire Lich who was made into a super specialized Cursed Paladin build that has some techniques to create high level undead and damage others using it's magic. But both children would be a problem as they could lead to a civil war by each wishing for the throne and the NPC's wishing to follow the one they adore more, and that might be the one born to Albedo solely due to her higher status as Floor Guardian Overseerer while the one born of Shalltear being helped by the army created by him and the many many women he made into his concubines (just like his mother's creator would have killed to do) with them all being power leveled through intense training and breeding and magical item gifting. I also have the nagging feeling that Shalltear would probably try and go full shotacon-incest on her son due to her MAAAAANY fetishes.....
But i also see the many hellish situations the kids would be useful for as Ainz would gift the bases to his kids with them receiving a stipend of a few hundred thousand gold a month to pay for the base's upkeep as their personal region's capitols. But then he'd always be scared they'd develop their lands and grow more and more powerful over time by farming and harvesting materials to shove into the "shredder" as to get more coins and begin to pay for mercenary monsters, if there are any materials needed to summon them left. Then when the other bases arrive Ainz might over ride them by taking the guild weapons and reprogramming all the NPC's and taking like 90% of the gold as so no enemies could use the guild bases to their full potential, and their world items would obviously taken to Nazarik and buried deep in the mosulleum/armory.

In LN didn't ainz said that there is a chance that he may reciprocate the feelings of albedo and shalltear before Ainz and the other male guardians were about to take their bath together, he only said that he can't take it as of the moment because securing their position in the new world takes piority. Wild Magic is considerably become much more weaker because most of high level user if the craft were killed by the eight greed kings. Current holders of the craft are just mere shadows of their predecessors.

One thing i think is kinda of implied is that at least Albedo, as a succubus must have some kind of natural ability(even if it is because of lore reason and not game mechanics) so that she can fuck and maybe reproduce with anyone.
I can manage an anime spinoff about ainzs son as he leads an expeditionary force beyond the current continent to conquer it like his father. We would watch this young prince barely level 40 with no world items travel with a group of human and demi humans leveling up and replicating what his father had done. It would be exciting as we see him constantly comparing himself to his fathers glorious acheivments and obviously inflayed stories told by his uncles and aunts (floor guardians) and we could even see episodes where are area, floor and other denizens of nazarck teleport to do some deus ex machina stuff. We could see him transform from a happy go lucky childish adventurer to a stoic and extremly adept conquer who is worthy to raise the flag of aiz oal goan (i just re imagined the scene from the op where albedo gave ainz the flag but it will be him getting it from ainz) (it would be so cool if his son with albedo looks like sangunius)

And i could definitely see that after story, and the group is made up of the grandchild of Zarriusu and Crush as a Lizardman Paladin, Enri's grandchild as a summoner or magic castor or even as a commander type, Gogin's son as a guard and guide for the youngsters, the grandchild of Neia as an archer or priest, and then there's Ainz child as the magic castor or as a cursed paladin (as a mix of mom and dad) with them taking the lead... As they travel east of the City-States Alliance they meet more and more characters and fight a youngling dragon lord who is barely in the lvl 40s with the team all scrapping the 30s with powerful gear as support to give them and edge, and Ainz's kid is in the upper 30s almost lvl 40 when that fight begins with the youngling dragon lord being a recurring enemy until Ainz's kid is in the low lvl 50s with a harem of 4 women and his group with Neia's grandchild actually being a love interest due to she seeing the prince's power and growing legend to rival his father, then the other women are (probably); an elf, a half-dragon human, a fallen knight he saved, and finally a tiger girl demihuman. All the harem are very strong all touching the lvl 30s or in mid 30s and with their "Nazarik Approved" equipment they all reach the low to mid lvl 40s in power. Then at the end after meeting the Corpus of the Abyss lich group and them having some members dying due to trying to kill Ainz's kid while the others go to the growing Sorceror Kingdom to aid his father with a lvl 40 lich joining his group as to witness the power of the new counrty's prince in action, the final fight of the Dragon Lord Adolescent (by this point, maybe) goes down destroying a future enemy nation's capitol with the dragon killing Gogin's kid after saving Ainz's son and Neia's granddaughter getting severely injured with the Lizardman Paladin barely surviving while landing minuscule damage to the dragon and Enri's grandchild is already weakened and useless, then the harem are fighting the best they can and then the demon-skeleton prince gets up and pulls out the acursed dark blade Kilinarum that Lacus had (since as a human she is long dead or too old to wield it) and puts on an armor his father gave him making his defense equal to that of a lvl 60 player and he uses all his combat skills and spells to finally kill the dragon and makes the fallen-ish country as his own domain to rule over with his father and mother and uncles and aunts all approving of his journey and his progress and his request to rule. Though his mom is a bit mift to see him with a harem of *DISGUSTING* lower life forms but allows it as they will be needed to create heirs and they are gifted immortality by Ainz as so they can stay with the new land's ruler as his wives, with Neia's granddaughter kneeling and worshipping both father and son as they talk with her becoming the new High Priestess of a branch of Ainz-ism in the distant land worshipping the Sorceror King and his Son the Paladin Prince (or some cool title like that)

The practical wisdom of Ains leadership you help show in this series is super useful to bringing the best experience I can to a group of friends. If you're up for suggestions, it would be cool to see more episodes dedicated to the Army of Sorcerer Kingdom, and how important each one of the guardians is to the martial hierarchy and maintaining it's order.

If it’s like a cliffhanger and we never get a conclusion, a hilarious spin off would be Ainz’s kid/kids working on becoming the ‘next overlord’ lol. I believe they mentioned pubic hair in the bathhouse scene, volume 8, which would not be modelled for a PG game in japan at least in present day, although solution has no nipples, so its unclear if the guardians are anatomically correct. Additionally in the bath house scene Ainz states that seeing Mare naked made it clear he was a male, which given he is intentionally made to look like a girl, would not have occurred if he were to be like a Ken doll.
Volume 8 pretty much implies that every guardian is anatomically correct to the extent that their races can be so, at least where it is mentioned at all.

im glad other people have considered the possibilities for Ains to have kids, like his wish ring etc, but i disagree that the NPCs have nothing to use between their legs for pretty much all the reasons a lot of other people in the comments have listed. theres just too many scenes that make it seem like that isnt the case.
Can Ainz Ooal Gown Still Create New NPCs While in this new world? If So it maybe Far simpler then you think to have Kids. And if there is an ability to Edit NPCs. Can you edit looks. Maybe any needed changed can still be made to the NPCs using the old game system mechanics.

An ideal race for Ainz to swap over to would be Revenant. A Revenant is an undead monster from Western European and especially British folk lore that, at the very heart, is a Skeleton with Meat Bits. In essence, something that we in the modern day might recognize as a Zombie. But unlike Zombies, they are not mindless monsters eternally hunting for human meat. Rather, they are fully cognizant with all the memories of their former lives, and they were revived due to an urge so strong that it overcame death - Usually these were Murder victims that came back from the dead to seek their revenge, or more rarely their love for their spouse was strong enough that they rose from the Grave. And given how they came from the Dead, they are impossible to defeat, implacable, and as they are already dead, they are unkillable. So it would not be out of the question to consider a Revenant to be a Self-Aware, Magical Terminator.
So, given all these factors, Ainz could swap his race from Elder Lich to Revenant, and not be altered in any way in terms of abilities physical or magical.

I mean... he could probably recreate the process of making NPCs in the new world. And create a sort of mating magical ritual as both parents decide and design their child together. And they just kinda summon it.
And given the fact that it would probably be an imperfect summon. You'd still have the rng aspect of what actually comes out of it. And THOSE offspring would be able to procreate normally.
I remember in the theocracy they spoke about "godkin" who have a direct blood line from the 6 great gods... as we know those were also player characters, so i am pretty sure the characters should have working parts or at least the npcs, but i am not sure if our bone daddy has enough spare calcium
A lot of Yggdrasil's mechanics are based heavily on D&D/Pathfinder type games. Magic Jar, it lets you put your soul into a body, I'm willing to bet there's a similar spell. And there are mechanics for necromancers creating clones/spare bodies to inhabit. He has everything he needs to have all the kids he could ever want.
Even if he couldn't have kids he could always adopt Enri and her sister.

I thought that this was going to be like your first “ Could climb defeat Ainz?” Video. Also The polymorph spell from dungeons and dragons can be used to temporarily change and undead into a living race. We had a vampire that would walk around during the day because he was using this spell in our campaign.
There’s also a possibility that when creating the npcs, if they chose female or male then the fun parts were automatically added but not able to be messed with
First off: you all have interesting theories and it's certainly possible one or a few of them could work.
Second: Not entirely sure if the evil eye bonus Novel is actually considered Canon but even if it isn't this seed of yggdrasil might still be obtained.
And Third: Don't forget One of the Six Great God's was an Undead so I'm sure the slane theocracy has an item or knowledge that can help. That or The 8 Greed Kings floating Castle or BOTH. Either way it's just a matter of time.!
I believe Evileye mentions that there is magic in the new world that can temporarily change your race through transmutation, similar to the DnD spell polymorph. So theoretically Ainz could try and find a way to use that.

Hey wait a minute. If Godkin are the offspring of players in the past, then how the heck did they have children if the character model doesn't have any genitalia? Also Shalltear has slept with her vampires before and has even wet her panties at the sight of Ainz. I think in regards to Demiurge, since he is also a bit of a shape shifter he probably just doesn't have genitals naturally anyways, if demons even have genitals. Though I'm sure he could form one if he wanted.
I find it most likely that the censorship from the game company was either underwear that could not be removed, or your standard anime cloud, in the new world, that can obviously come off. Now the real question is can Ainz have relations, and the answer is yes, he could even father children. It might take a wish or two to give him the proper equipment to do so though.

I wish he could. I've always thought Albedo is such a tragic character for not being able to obtain the love and "companionship" she seeks.
You forget about two things. First how do you define a child, and next reproduction method.
For the first point you could in a way consider Pandoras actor to be a child of Ainz, and even Ainz himself considers him to be his child. The other guardians do not however. So it comes down to how you define a child. Next is method of reproduction. You should not assume that all races reproduce the same way. In many novels it's assumed that races like slime's reproduce A sexually. They divide like single celled organisms and create copies of themselves. I've played a game where a creature took a genetic example of another creature and using it's DNA preformed something similar to A sexual re-production. And I've even seen where two creatures meld their minds together to "reproduce" I wrote a novel myself where any number of creatures (1 or more) from the same species (a magical ethereal species) could reproduce using a special magical ritual. Since the members of the species had bodies made of magic they could create a copy of themselves, and each one that took part in the ritual could even selectively choose which part of themselves to give to the new child. A single child could literally have over a hundred parents. And when done properly could even allow them to have a child with a member of another species or turn a member of another species into one of them. Though extremely taboo... The important thing is does Ainz have to re-produce the same way humans do... Magic exists is there a way to reproduce magically?
BTW, it's not stated explicitly but can be easily assumed that during the transition sexual organs were granted to the members of Nazzarik. Except those that would not normally have them like Ainz.

Assuming the existence of a polymorph spell, there's no reason Ainz couldn't transform himself into a form with the proper equipment, even a copy of the player's body.
(Polymorph transforms the target into another type of creature, and undead are NOT immune to polymorph spells. The new form has the same strength and knowledge as the original, so he would still be a level 100 spellcaster with the same spells and skills. He would temporarily lose the Overlord Lich abilities like immunity to impaling weapons and not needing food, but of course he would also regain his sense of taste and so on.

I'll give you an example that's commonly said as capitalism and why it's not. The Robber Barons were the most notiable when someone tries to dismiss Anarchal Capitalism. However there was several times, too many, where workers would protest the pollution, long hours, and low pay when working for Rockefeller. However these protests failed, Ludlow Massacre is ONE example. The National Guard from the US government stopped the protest and killed the protesters. There is NO company that can have a military on their payroll nor pay them enough to kill fellow employees of the same damn company. All Rockefeller did was call the president and the protest stopped. That's fascism. Had the government done nothing there would either be a opening for competition due to low production since the workers aren't working and now another person can be better to attract those workers OR Rockefeller would have to submit. Again this happens a lot even right now, although passive with bailouts. There has never been any country that was truly Capitalistic because that would require you to actually own capital...if I own a house, yet what happens if I don't pay property tax? I lose it right? Then do I truly own it even after I paid for it in full?

If Ainz did change race from undead, he would probably race change into a hetromorph that allows him to maintain his sorcerer build, possibly quickly regain lost levels and be able to mate with Albedo.
Because overlord is simi based on D&D there are 2 ways for Ainz to reproduce in D&D lore.
1) a dimilich called Acererak created a lich using a device and captured souls. So with the amount of unknown items ulbert made there could be one that can replicate the effect.
2) there is a dracolich called Daurgothoth that through magical research has acquired all Dragon breath weapons, a summon undead spell as a breath weapon and working on a super tier anti magic field as a breath weapon on top of all other spells he knows. He is also trying to reproduce giving all his powers to those children. So it's possible that there is a spell that can impregnate other with the child inheriting the power of both parents.

I always interpreted that line about Demi-urge to mean he actually had parts and Ainz was noting that this was a discrepancy with the way it would have been in game. If you think about it Ainz could just use wish upon a star to wish to have the ability to polymorph like the dragons of the new world. Dragon Lords of the new world have already sired kids with humans before thanks to their ability to polymorph into other species.

Won't it be better if Ainz uses the World-Item "Avarice & Generosity" to cast the Super-Tier spell "Wish Upon a Star" to wish for:-
(1) An additional Racial-Class of Doppelganger with Level-2 to take a Humanoid-form for reproduction when required.
(2) Allow all the NPCs to have fully functional Reproductive systems.
I also hope that when Ainz will get control over the Guilds of 6-God & 8-Greedy Kings then he will get enough Guild points to create 2-new Level-100 NPCs & these must be:-
(1) A " Great Doppelganger" with Job Classes for Thief, Assassin, Master Assassin, Ninja, Fighter, Expert, Craftsman & Arcanist.
The Karma Points must be -100 for this NPC.
(2) An "Archangel" with Job-classes focused for Holy Banisher, High Druid, High Priest, War Priest, Shaman, Expert, Craftsman, Fighter, Sword-Master & Wizard.
The Karma points must be +200 for this NPC.
Both these NPCs will strengthen Nazarik & Ainz's capability for:-
(1) Spying & Assassinations
(2) Controlling Undead like Shalltear or others, a beautiful Archangel can help Ainz gain acceptance to some extent among humans
Both the Great-Doppelganger-Ninja & Archangel must recognize:-
(1) Ainz as their Creator + Father & hold absolutely Loyalty towards him.
(2) Pandora's Actor as their Elder Brother.
