Thanks for watching the video Our Tuscan Kitchen Renovation
Wow, they dug up the flowers too? So, they leave all of their belongings in and around your home for months, and they come back finally just to dig up the flowers? I don't even know what to say about that level of pettiness. Here in the US, there are somethings that convey with a property, and landscaped items should be among those things. But your house is looking SO gorgeous and it's really coming together. I absolutely LOVE the Tuscan vlogs, and I can't wait to see how it all comes out! 😊❤🏵
It never ends with them ugh
I SO agree with you!!!!It's SO shockingly selfish ..makes my blood boil.😮
That has got to be so frustrating !
Yes and they took care of the tortoises for months for the former owners. They are totally rude basically stealing plants.
I hope that was their last trip! I mean really! When you sell a house you sell everything that went with the property!
Also, may every woman find a man to compliment and love her the way Carlo does Nicki! I love how his love language is both acts of service and beautiful words of affection. ❤
Yes, but he is Italian. It is in the blood! 😊
She does have a nice bottom. All the hiking the hills have paid off.
@@davidjames-maddaford4531 Unfortunately not all Italian men are like that as I found out.
Definitely!❤
Yes he loves her dearly and hes a good bloke to have around :). I can tell by the way he loves that wee Dog of his.
The previous owners are getting on my nerves with all the liberties they are taking 😡
I admire your patience and calmness through it all, I love how you don’t let their nonsense distract you from the happy times in your new home ❤🙏
Your new kitchen and living space just oozes “Tuscany villa” vibe. I love all the colors. Serenity, joy, peace and love; it’s all there. That last sunset shot would make a beautiful painting.
Absolutely 🎉❤
Or a cover for Nicki's next novel!
I guess things are different in Italy. Here in Canada, your real estate agent makes sure that all plumbing fixtures, hard wired lighting, kitchen cabinets, plants in the ground and window coverings are included in the contract of sale. Everything not removed by closing is considered abandoned and can be disposed of by the new owners - none of this storing things for months or coming back to dig up plants. Nicki and Carlo are incredibly forbearing and patient.
Exactly here in USA also this is so weird.
💯
@@BritalianEC1 Oh, you don't say. Please tell me more. lol
@@BritalianEC1 👏👏
@@HappyLife693 Well, many people from Usa and Canada seem to don't get it though. 😆😆
Here in the US what the previous owners did is illegal. Trespassing and theft. They have so much nerve! They sold the house and all the affixed chattel! They used you for free storage while they took their time! Let's not focus on them anymore. You have done an amazing job restoring your beautiful home. I was so excited to see you had posted your kitchen renovation.
ON second thought... I am so glad the owners took the plants! You replaced them and it was such an upgrade! That Japanese Maple is really something against that breathtaking Sunset!
Bravissimi Niki and Carlo!!!!
In Usa you have a very weird concept of what is legal and illegal btw, for example European police would never fill someone with bullets as American cops do on a weekly basis unless he is not a terrorist.
They had an agreement where they could leave some things in the house and come back later to collect them. It is also not "trespassing" and "theft" if you have the owners' permission to enter a property and take things that belong to you. As far as I understand, they didn't sneak in or take anything away without their consent.
@@AriaLuminosaBut they must come w notifications. Their actions speak for them, very premeditated and sneaky.
This is Very Common throughout Italy & some other countries. Nicky wasn’t aware of this because she’s from England where this doesn’t happen. Carlos on the other hand being born in Italy should have known. Positano the houses are built into the hillsides so usually Everything is included in the sale of the house, furniture, etc is even sold with the house there so Carlos may not have known about the Rest of Italy
UNBELIEVABLE! The fact that Carlo moved all of their stuff to one location is generous enough..... but then to come back (obviously without warning) collect the stuff and then TAKE MORE and DIG UP PLANTS!!! Grrrr...... (I hope you have their current details in case anything else goes missing.) I can't remember if you have changed the locks but I would be doing that pronto. People with that much sense of entitlement will stop at nothing, especially if they have seen how nice you are making the property. Perhaps some simple home security could be installed so that you can monitor the property when you are not living there and/or out for the day. At the very least, they owe YOU a lovely gift for looking after their things and being so gracious about it. I'm very sorry you had to endure this.
I love how excited Nikki is. She’s like a kid in a candy store!
She' rich and she nabbed an Italian...of course she's giddy....under all that hair she's none too attractive.
I’m glad you’ve been relieved from the tortoise responsibility. You should have charged them for pet sitting them!
How bout a storage fee for all their stuff?
😂😂😂😂
I kind of miss them 🐢
Wow about those former owners. I hope they took everything that they wanted and you are done with them, You are so tolerant. ❤
Right? Saying a prayer they saw the last of them. 🙏🏻
I remember, they left some stuff, that Carlo put in the little hut 🙈.
Time to put up a “No Treapassing” sign.
It looks great, you’ve done such a good job!how annoying those previous owners are! Hopefully they don’t need to come back again!
Too tolerant
Came to the comments to make sure everyone else is as outraged about the previous owners digging up plants and being a nuisance as I am...... I think we all are on the same page.
The whole "Vibe" of your house has vastly improved...
because now NICE people are living there!
Really? The chubby uk'er with the big nose has you fooled!
When you were moving the sofa and were struggling, all I could think of was: "PIVOT-PIVOT-PIVOOOOOOT "(Friends) .
I like the bloopers at the end, it was funny to see Carlo lose his temper a little bit, usually you don't see that side of him and you seem to be the feistier one!!! The views from your house are A-MA-ZING!!!!
Pivot…loved that episode when Ross was going ballistic 😀🤣
I don't understand how the previous owners still have such comfortable access to your house!?!?!?!
may they never return
Right. I imagine their *eh hem, "stuff" is still in the shed. So, until they pick that up, Nicki and Carlo are not rid of them. They should be considered trespassing from here on out, and only allowed on the premises with permission. But, Carlo and Nicki are public figures now and their reputation can be tarnished much easier than the average homeowners
I love the kitchen. I really like the ilour and the fireplace is lovely.
I don't either! Isn't it considered trespassing now that it's no longer their property?? If they want their stuff back, set up a specific time with Nicki and Carlo there. If they don't show, get rid of their things.
I would consider these people as trespassers forthwith. They have treated your kindness with nothing but contempt.
The new kitchen has completely changed your home. I love the washed effect of the paint Nikki. I believe the pink undertone from what Carlo did first added to the paint tones. So I will give kudos to Carlo as well for the paint.
I wasn't sure about this house with the previous owners being so sketchy, a troublesome sale and the overall look of the property in general but you and carlo have really pulled it together. that kitchen is amazing!
I'm amazed Nicki and Carlo hung in there so long with all the delays...they had their hearts set on that sweet property.
You have the patience of Saints when it comes to the previous owners.
I just have to say that I would not allow the former owners back on your property to take whatever they want, unless that was in the sale contract, If not in contract then to bad for them. Hopefully the former owners don't come back and take your beautiful pots and plants and your kitchen is just beautiful and love how you white washed the walls looks so old world.
I had a neighbor who trespassed, killed some of my plants and cut the tops off others. They told their children they could come into my yard at night, and they walked on and killed my iris bed. 2 policemen and my insurance agent told me to post "No Trespassing" signs. I also built 2 fences and they've left me alone for the last 2 years!
@@SMElder-iy6flAt least you were able to get relief!! 😳 That was horrible.
Yes bet you had to hold your tongue when the previous owners came back and dug out plants etc what a cheek they had !! Hope they took their junk too !! You couldn’t do that in Australia, you would be trespassing!! Your kitchen looks lovely and it’s all coming together very well .
I would get a Restraining Order against these former owners they are scary 😱
Yes couldn’t agree more with this . They have definitely overstepped the line and would not allow them in again!!
The color of wall is brilliant, in fact Carlo deserves a thank you for the quasi mess up. The previous owners are what we call, CAFFONI 😢 I adore the color scheme for the plants and flowers as well. La Cucina e perfetta ❤
The last part was my favourite - of your very real selves, as you were putting together the kitchen - so Italian, so beautiful!!! ❤
Everything is looking so good! I think it was very much worth the cost of getting made-to-order kitchen cabinetry!
The terracotta vases outside look fantastic with the plants!
Buon lavoro, bravissimi! 👏👏👏
The new kitchen is absolutely gorgeous!!!
Agree. All coming together so beautifully. 🤗
I LOVE it all!! Nikki and Carlo, you’ve taken this diamond in the rough and made it beautiful inside and outside. Hope the previous owners are gone for good now. You’ve been so patient with them.
Just a suggestion. You will need a handrail for the stairs, as all stairs must have that. Carlo likes the handrail. Let him put it in place again, and then you buy beautiful curtains, for example white linen, and hang them as a dividing wall between the stairs and the room. (I guess you need four.) I think it will look great and cozy!
I totally agree!!! SAFETY RULES!!! Liability Insurance requirement, Carlo knows best!!! ❤❤❤
They can put a handrail in the wall for safety reasons, but the stairs look better without the big handrail.
Yes, I was thinking when Nicki's brother and father come to visit that they would need a handrail to get up the stairs.
@@Bellasand45Perfect idea
Gorgeous! The color in your kitchen is absolutely perfect. I am really loving the Tuscan renovation. And the plants...and the terra cotta pots & vases. All I can say is "WOW"!
Thanks for the comical ending. Your home looks amazing and was only upstaged by the incredible sunset. I really like the pots/vases you selected and it was so smart to just plop the potted plants in them rather than adding soil.
Please give Carlos appreciation, approval and acceptance for all he does. 💙
No joke.
Yes I wanted to say this so many times. The only thing that makes me uncomfortable about these videos is I sometimes feel Carlo is unappreciated.
I agree. The way you speak to Carlo is so unpleasant. It’s his house too. I am unsubscribing today because it is unpleasant to watch you. Get a grip.
@@emilyzena7070 i had an uncle who was like carlo and was not appreciated. very talented men, they are.
@@carolinewinterson3559 he is grieving his father too.....very sad.
The kitchen it is beautiful. I really love it. Great work Nikki and Carlos. Lots of best wishes. Thank you sharing. The beauty in Italy. 💕🌸
That kitchen is just beautiful!
I love the church bells in the back ground
How cool was that? We’re close enough to see them moving! 🔔
They could not have timed the delivery better. 🔔The church bells were announcing their arrival. 🔔
Love ❤️ the new kitchen, SOUND GEORGIA PEACH 🍑
@@pathoward5721 "SOUND GEORGIA PEACH", what does that mean?
SOUTH GEORGIA PEACH 🍑
The doggies in the front seats cracked me up! What a delightful vlog as usual!
I was shocked by the previous owners taking the kitchen sink, light bulbs, and finally moving out at night, BUT their coming back to dig up flowers/shrubs, so many months after selling the property and moving, just about finished me off!!!
This was a seller from the bowels of hell, I had no idea such people existed.
The landscape is absolutely gorgeous! Love the bells ringing! The ending was a riot, was laughing 😂 so much, I can not wait until next week🎉
So happy when you pop up in my feed every Sunday. Sending many blessings. You. Two are an excellent team !!🌸💕🙏🏻🦋🌷🌸💖🎀🎀💜🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷happy spring
Consider every "reclaimed" item yet another opportunity for you to be cleansed of Their memories and their imprint on the property. You have consistently shown your open generous characters. Something in their pasts has them stuck. The future is what you make of it. It is so wonderful to see how you have already made over the house and grounds to reflect your vision. Enjoy it.
People, what I concluded is that the previous owners love the property but couldn’t afforded it, hence, they got envious and decided to take the plan out of petty. I will advice Carlo to set up a camera to keep in eye on the surroundings…and change the locks!
Oh Nikki - I’m sure you were rightfully cranky when the old owners came to collect their items - in Australia anything fitted is considered part of the house and you can’t just take them - bless you for being so controlled in your recounting of their visit - I don’t think I would have so much self control. 😂😂 but onto happier things - the kitchen looks great and the pots are a triumph. You have great taste in decorating and in men - Carlo is a treasure. Thanks for sharing. 🇦🇺💕💐
Looking gorgeous, Nicki and Carlo! Love the Tuscan sunset wash. Perfect! I laughed so hard when the carpenter called it Smoked Norwegian Salmon!!! Men! Always thinking with their stomachs. Telling you, a colour palette expert! It’s like Carlo knew the perfect pink undertones to lay down first.
Carol’s touch with the plants and Nicki’s planter choices are going to be fabulous! That bougainvillea vine up the columns…are you kidding me? Stunning!
I can’t believe the last owners are still showing up. Is there a time limit or is this open ended? I fear they will dig up the house eventually! I think we all figure they are doing you a favour, though. Tabula Rasa. Your vision full of warmth and hospitality! Shame about the one wisteria tree … but they grow quickly! Make a nice reading nook outside with hanging clusters of purple wisteria flowers. Divine! ❤
I always find it interesting when you bring up the previous owners. In the US, once you take possession of a property, it’s yours and previous owners are not coming back months later to get animals, possessions, and plants left behind. Love the new custom kitchen. Amazing! Enjoy.
I was going to write the same thing, as it is that way in Canada - once possession takes place anything left in the house/on the property is now the that of the new homeowner.
Def. Have security while in Positano.
I like the desk very much there.
You turned your house into a home in a very short time. I look forward to Sunday afternoons to see what you and Carlo are up too.
When Carlo draped the blooming plant over the tall pot, I thought it looked better than where you moved it to. Let Carlo make some of the decisions - he does have a good eye for decorating - look what he had done outside!
Absolutely luv the paint technique. And. The entire kitchen!!! The tile around fireplace. Looks stunning!!!💕💖🎀🌷🌷🌷🌷🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Holly The Helper! Such an adorable little girl, the real star of the show! So cute, always there with you, to give a kiss to Poppa, or take a nap next to the spot where the new kitchen is being setup. Literally climbing or going down 500 steps, climbing mountains on deadly dangerous narrow trails. Braving deer. squirrels, rabbits, wild boar, goats, sheep, donkeys, cats, Indie! In her relentless pursuit of the cuteness. I find it completely adorable and charming that you take your dogs almost everywhere with you. Dogs, any pets are so powerful in a couples relationship. They are pure happiness, and fill your home with their unconditional love and joy.
She’s so funny. Right there by the circular saw whirring away ❤️🐶
11:28 That alone, was enough reason to purchase
and inhabit that house...
being able to see and hear those bells, every day!
It’s a reminder of Positano 🔔
I cant believe the previous owners just keep taking things! I hope they took all their stuff from the shed as well!! The kitchen looks amazing, good for you Nicki, great taste, love the wood
I can’t believe what the previous owners did, it beggars belief. If they have anything left in your shed I would tell them it’s all at the end of the driveway so they don’t have to come on your property again. On a different note your kitchen is absolutely gorgeous, the cabinets are superbly made, and the paintwork is spot on. ❤
Great idea, after they set up a pickup time of course
@@slapstickdome9797 I’d give them a time and if they don’t turn up it would be left outside.
I agree on the set a date and finally be rid of all that is left for them to legally take. Enough already. You paid for this property and now it is yours.
Enjoy life fully there. It is beautiful what improvements you have made! 🤗🤗🤗
How nice to have the bells herald the arrival of the new kitchen! Always a good thing when your husband still admires your "arse" after being married for a number of years! you and Carlo do wonderful work together. It's good to be able to laugh! have a lovely week! S.
The kitchen has turned out spectacularly! What a beautiful place to spend your time cooking, talking, laughing! Well done to Mirco.
Everything turned out better than I could have imagined. Your cabinet maker is a true artist. Color & hardware are perfect match with the dusty rose/peach walls. I love the seating arrangement in the living room. Everything came together. Your Charity Shop drapes pull it together. The desk is a good idea too. Handy for bills & correspondence. Some artwork for the walls & you’ll be set. Maybe a coffee table. Love the outside planters 🪴🌷🌻
The Tuscany sunset was so gorgeous and the church bells ringing nearby was so soulful. Love the wood tones of the custom kitchen cabinets and it is amazing how the wood goes well with the look of the fireplace stones. Great looking kitchen and great episode.💕
Everything looks beautiful… and I have to tell you that even tho the previous owner dug up the Wisteria, you will probably find it growing again. Wisteria is very invasive and hard to completely remove. We bought a house with wisteria on a large trellis and while we were very busy renovating the house for 18 months, the Wisteria was having fun sending out shallow roots everywhere since the vines on the trellis was getting overgrown. Definitely install a strong trellis if you see it popping up. Glad you are having fun with your new house 🏡
Nikki & Carlo everything is coming beautifully.Love the new kitchen. The living room looks good.
Don’t let those petty people back on the property. I hope you changed all the locks . They are real morte di fame’ 😅they should be ashamed of themselves.
Get cameras around the property.
This was another fun episode see you next week. Ciao ✋
Now that we see what Nicki wanted for the kitchen wall, perhaps the commenters won't judge her so harshly. Nicki has an artists mind and the wheels were turning when she first saw Carlo's "surprise". Speaking of Carlo, I am so glad they decided to leave in his comments of admiration for his wife. We know they love each other, but expressing an appreciation for her physique after many years of marriage enhances the love.
Indeed ! Viewers are so unfairly critical of Nikki and choose to ignore how incredibly hard working she is and what an equal partnership she & Carlo share . Women need to support and validate each other much MUCH more . The old Chinese saying “ Women hold up half the sky ; the heavy half “ needs to be shouted from the rooftops so our daughters and grandies learn to value and support ea other better than women do today . Carlo obviously enjoys keeping busy so he is indulging a passion & hobby ea day & not simply being a slave . Let’s support BOTH
The kitchen looks stunning it all goes so well together and the wall colour sets it off beautifully.
No wonder you had no words Nicki, when you told us that the previous owners had been back and took the tortoises ( at last) then also took plants … unbelievable. Hope they have also took all their other stuff from the shed. The kitchen is gorgeous, you must both be so pleased with it, love the paint colour too. Xx
Wow you guys have the patience of saints, I don't understand how pervious owners were so comfortable digging up plants on-top leaving their tortoises in your house (without compensation for carrying for them)!!! Hopefully that's the end of their shenanigans and they don't have other things laying about in your property. I wouldn't tolerate such sketchy behavior, hope you install CCTV around your property.
Congratulations on the stunning kitchen. Oh and the seating area is just perfect now, only missing the walled TV next to the mini desk area.
Carlo needs his lemon tree
Feel he needs to submit ppwrk with Nikki.
Carlo was right to point out the best focal point at that time....just say'n.....Kitchen: BELLISIMO!!! the color is perfect, the design is good, sink is great, faucet is great.....colors: bellisimo!!!
Just really love how you are transforming your lovely villa, into such a beautiful tasteful home. The kitchen is perfect and love the colour of the units and painted walls. Outside is lovely , the pots etc etc love it all. Well done you two, you work so hard, to get it right.
Your Tuscan home is coming together beautifully. You have added so much charm and personality to a house, making into a warm, comfortable home. Thank you for sharing with us.
Crazy how the previous owners feel so entitled, yet I think what you’ve brought in to replace is much better anyway.
The Bougainvillea, the Japanese Maple, the Terra Cotta. All beautiful.
Your kitchen is superb and the paint treatment is excellent.
The sofas look great in that last arrangement too.
I’m loving all of your videos, both of you doing fantastic work inside and out.
I actually said outloud "Entitled!" when we heard what the previous owners had done.
That size Bougainville would cost $50 in California 😮
I LOVE both of you "real people!" ❤❤ I absolutely CANNOT believe it has been 2 years since you renovated your Positano kitchen! Omg! Those 2 years have flown by!!! I adore your new kitchen in Tuscany! Your house is fantastic!!
You must be thrilled with the kitchen. It looks like it's always been there, just stunning! As for those previous owners, just wow! I can't believe the gaul of those people...digging up plants, next level arrogance and rudeness.. in Australia they would have been charged with theft..even when you first moved in, the light bulbs??? Anyway love love love watching you guys!
Nikki - I love how real you are! I do believe we would be good friends, if we knew each other personally.
Thank you, and Carlos, for inviting us into your home and giving us a glimpse of your life.
Much gratitude and respect!
I agree with Nicki on the weird pepto bismol pink on wall, looks lovely now...Carlo is amazing at how much he does around the houses. Is that normal in Italy for families to come back after house sold and just dig up stuff???? That wouldn't fly here in USA omg don't plant bamboo, it will spread and never get rid of..unless its in a vase. Beautiful kitchen!
Time for a gate at the entrance to your driveway. Beautiful new kitchen...and that paint colour, Nicki is spot on. Your home is looking amazing.
I agree I think a gate with a combination lock is a good idea. Keep everything just that bit safer.
Especially since the previous owners know they will be gone for weeks/months at a time.
In my book, the previous owners would be getting legal documents from attys...and asked to never return to YOUR PROPERTY..EVEN FOR A VISIT..IF THEY RE-APPEAR they would be arrested..change all locks..security system also for monitor..
Locked gate on driveway also...that would fix their thieving ways...have them served to never appear on YOUR PROPERTY..
LOOKS BELLISMO..LOVE THE KITCHEN.❤TAKE CARE OF EACH OTHER❤❤🎉........CIAO....😊
LOVE YOUR T-SHIRT...and green dress...pretty..😊
That kitchen is perfect, and the wood cover over those tiles is brilliant. Bougainvillea can be nasty to prune. I remember once a year my Dad would tackle that job and he'd end up looking like he'd tangled with a tiger! Just shredded! I aspire to wear white to paint in, like Nicki, and come away without a speck on my shirt. Love to Carlo for his honest, adorable comments.❤
Carlo and Nicki…your vision and creativity made for a truly stunning space…and home!
Just love how transparent and honest the two of you are. Cracks me up what Carlo said about the response to his Painting….. love watching you two!
Former owners are low life. Your kitchen renovation is beautiful. The plants and vases outside are artistic and beautiful.
The kitchen is gorgeous!!!❤❤❤. Your visions for the inside and outside are spot on!!!❤❤❤ Well done you two!!!❤❤❤ Thank you for sharing!!! Take good care.
P.S. You’re vlogs are my favorites of all time! Also, I’m glad you don’t let the previous owners get you down.❤❤❤
Yay!!! I’ve been waiting for this video all week!!
Carlo I adore you😂😂😂.Nikki does have a nice bottom! You did a great job on the kitchen wall Nikki and I love everything you are doing to the garden.Home is looking exquisite!!!!Well done you guys!!!
I was yelling at you to stand the lounge up on its end. 😂 You finally heard me.
Love your new kitchen.
Wow!I've been a silent subscriber here since Positano vlogs and I was sooo amazed by this couple how they turn some things from a scratch into a lovely and brand new looking ones. I'm excited to see how Niki will make over her garden, somewhat same in Positano with different kinds of vegetable and ornamental plants
Good grief those previous owners are unbelievable(hope you've changed the locks😅)!! Nicki and Carlo that is one beautiful kitchen area, well worth all the worry and work, now enjoy❤!!
You need cameras. Those former owners will probably come back to steal more things. OMG.
I’m glad Carlo lined the drive with lights too. Get some sensor spotlights
Yes cameras hooked up to your phone. Some even have microphones where you can interact with the intruder and scare them off making them think someone is actually home.
I would just like to qualify the comments by everyone else. What you are achieving is absolutely lovely. The last part of the filming of the sunset made me feel very emotional for you. May peace descend again after such a hectic time. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
One word: BRILLIANT!
My goodness 😱 For how long are the former owners going to be taking things? I’m shocked that they would dig up a wisteria plant! I can see maybe taking a cutting Hopefully thats the last you see of them Did they take the stuff that Carlo moved?
I’m beginning to see why there are bars on the windows 😉
Absolutely beautiful kitchen. You have transformed your home into a stunning paradise. The sunset in the end of the video was gorgeous. Nikki and Carlo, God bless you and give you many happy years to live in this very special piece of Heaven. Wonderful show. ❤❤❤❤
Bravo !! Lime wash great!! Enjoy watching the progress. Hi from California
I'm glad you are finally rid of the old owners. How rude can you get!? At least they got there crap and are gone. You can now replace what they stole with much prettier things and call it your own. I love your new kitchen 🩷. I love how Nicki was so happy and excited about the new kitchen. Love your channel! You guy's are doing an awesome job. 🏡
My name is Quesha ,what a beautyful kitchen and the plants look amazing on this Spring day...🌺🌹🌿🌿🐕
Your stucco effect and beautiful beautiful kitchen are so gorgeous they make my nose tingle! Hope the previous inhabitants know they can't come back for anything else. We all know how good you and Carlo are at creating a magical garden. Looking like a home xx
The stones on the fireplace look so good next to the new cabinets and the “Tuscan peachy” wall & I didn’t know a kitchen could be installed so quickly- so happy for you all❤
P.S. that oven is really beautiful
Can't believe what the previous owners did. No way that would happen in Canada. Well, at least they picked up their stuff and you are done with them. The kitchen looks AMAZING!!! I love all the vases and plants you bought too. Hugs from Canada
Yes, the new kitchen is fabulous. Well done. I really hope that’s the end of stripping all the what remains, will be left for you.
Your choices are so much nicer anyway, even if you had to pay for them! The gardens truly shine now! 🤗
Loved the bloopers and i can feel you're frustration with the lounge, but you finally got there!😂 The kitchen looks beautiful and the wood stain is a perfect colour, it also goes well with the wall paint. It makes me happy seeing you get so excited about the new kitchen and other changes you're making around your home. Thank you for sharing parts of your life and i wish you and the family all the best.
❤Zeljka
That entire situation with the previous owners was very interesting. Anyway, your kitchen looks amazing!❤
Congratulations!! 🎉 The kitchen looks awesome!! It’s Soooo Tuscan! Great job! 👏🏻 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Also, the garden is beautiful!! 🤩 Enjoy!! 🎊
I love the kitchen cabinets. Hard wood is miles better than MDF or other synthetic materials. The craftsman loves his work, and as a true artisan, appreciates color combinations.
He’s a good guy. Down the road I’d have him turn that small bedroom upstairs into a walk in closet. ⭐️
It looks amazing, the kitchen, the living room, and the porch, all stunning! Great work everyone!
A girl after my own heart with all the plants love it! And love that the doggies are in there too. Carlo is amazing as he loves all the things you do too. Your kitchen looks amazing!!! I love it and the colors are perfect. Love spending my Sunday with you guys, and I can’t wait till next week.
Nikki
We are in love with your new kitchen. Only in Italy would you be cooking for the crew while they are installing the cabinets and sink.🤣😂Nice try Carlo with the PINK BACK SPLASH, but leave the decorating to Nikki. It is so wonderful that you can build and create her image of a truly beautiful space…You two make a very compatible team. The terracotta urns are stunning. It’s extremely exciting to watch your Tuscan home becoming a reality. As far as the previous owners are concerned we strongly believe in the law of karma. “All actions have consequences which will affect the doer of the action at some future time”. You and Carlo have been extremely patient, tolerant and kind throughout the process of purchasing this property. Good fortune will be coming your way…❤️
I can see the JOY in your eyes and behavior and how excited you are to finally get your kitchen in your very own home!!!! It is a feeling hard to put into words. The previous owners are real pieces of work, had no idea that people could be so petty as to dig up plants, and the audacity they had to leave their crap - rent free- for months. Good riddance to them. You are creating a beautiful home. The kitchen looks beautiful. Have you considered placing a open book case against the stairs?
Love the new kitchen and the new pots and plants 😊🇨🇦
The kitchen renovation was hard to visualize but now that it is done you see how well thought out it was. Your painting technique turned out beautifull and was crowned the " Norwegian smoked salmon" interior color and goes beautifully with your flooring. All the efforts made by Nikki and Carlo work very well together. What an amazing day for Nikki. A new kitchen means so much to those of us like to be in the kitchen. The refergerator placement was perfect for that type of open floor plan, every thing so well thought out. Many years of enjoyment is theirs with the best is yet to come.
Your kitchen is lovely. You and Carlo have done so much work over these last 4 months to make this home your home.
I am very surprised that the previous owners came back to take more from your home. I cannot understand that they would have the gull to take the planters, flowers etc. this would not be allowed in Canada. It has been months since they moved out and they still come back for more.
I know that in the end your garden and home will be so lovely. Nicki and Carlo, bless you both. ❤
The kitchen could not be more beautiful. It is lovely.
I cannot believe those former homeowners came and removed plants AFTER THE DACR! I heard of here in U.S.! Once sold whatever left behind is yours!
Love your “Ciao Amore” tee shirt ❤
