    Right when I needed this. Not many can scale the progression down so much so everyone can get started. Thanks for this tutorial Paul.

    Paul! thanks a lot man. i'm lucky i actually found this video, because i have a relatively (!) stable puppy press to hs and targeting the straddle press.. right now it feels like my toes are glued to the ground... so let's hear what Paul has to say about that: "...ah, ok let's start with the hamstring stuff now..." - hmpf! 🤕 i really don't like it. but seems i won't get away without it.
    anyway, thumbs up and keep it going

      Thanks 😊 Glad you found it useful, yeah hamstrings and some Planche conditioning unlocks progress for most people

    Great drills, many thanks. I am 51 and have been training for five years, I can do a 30 second handstand, my flexibility isn’t as good as it needs to be (when you forward fold my hands are where your elbows reach), how often would you recommend stretching? Cheers, Rich.

    • @PaulTwyman
      @PaulTwyman  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hey Rich, I’d recommend you have some key stretches that you visit daily that aren’t too intense, so basically visiting and using ranges. Then 3-4 x per week doing a longer more intense stretching routine. Everyone is different so do some experimenting and see what works best for you.
