I love my Junxing F 166, its paired with a set of medium length Junxing F 261 Pharos Limbs 45 LBS., and its super fast and powerful to shoot. I should also mention that it is whisper quiet, you only hear the whoosh of the arrows slicing through the air. Its one of the best hunting/ target bows around, second only to the Junxing F 261 Pharos ii.
I ordered the Junxing F 166 in black, and it arrived earlier today, and I love the stylish design, and over all look of this Riser. The Junxing logo, looks very cool! I plan on ordering a set of Carbon Fiber Foam 45 LB. Limbs, to go with it. Thank you, Steven!!!
Steven you have the most perfect job you’re extremely lucky, I hope you know how blessed you are to have such a job love your videos catch on the next one.
Buen video ! 👍 Una pregunta básica como principiante: ¿ Cuantos tiros por minuto puede efectuar un experto o experimentado con este tipo de arco de tiro?
this bow is fast forgiving hunting beast with only downside or not,a bit havier raiser(no hand shock),of the shelf shooting requiers a bit customizing.and t-bow?accept wooden grip?
Whether the quality of the handle f-166 is very different from the handle big rock (f-161)? If you make a choice between these bows, what is more profitable to take? I know these bows of different sizes. I am interested in the question of purely quality
This bow comes with limbs up to 60 pounds, and at that draw weight should easily hit 210+ fps (of course vary based on the arrow). If you want speeds over 250 then probably you should go for either a horse bow or a compound. A good horse bow or a baseline compound will start roughly around x2 the price.
hello. I'm looking closely at this bow model. as I understand it, the F166, ILF connectors are made of aluminum (these square parts with a groove). this is not very good, because aluminum is much softer than brass, which is used in more expensive models with ILF connectors. are there any problems with these details after a certain time? is there any production, backlash? If this part was sold separately, I wouldn't worry, but I didn't find them anywhere.
Hello Steven, would you still rate this highly as of my time of typing this message? 02/03/2022, and how would it compare to say other hunting bows of todays market?
So this F166 compared to the PSE Theory (F165), are the included limbs similar? I'm looking at either and both look quite fast and smooth so it makes my decision making a bit difficult. Hope you can help.
Hi, when you said the adjustment of the draw weight is around 3-4lbs and that they come maxed out, does that mean that a 35lb combo would only be able to adjust down to 31-35lbs? Or is more like 33-37lbs?
china have copied the hoyt buffalo and hoyt satori i'd not buy there limbs but had plenty risers from china all good quality you can get both the above mentioed copies for less than £100 maybe both for £150
@@dalephillips7879 Some of the latest riser models from Hoyt (including the carbon ones but also the Satori) are outsourced and produced in China. The TBOW is exactly the same 19" Satori riser but rebranded. If you want a top quality riser at affordable price you can start from the Samick Discovery and go down in price to the TBOW and this Junxing F166 without losing quality and saving money. The TBOW has a couple of extra features (as the integrated mounts for a quiver, which anyway isn't needed due the screws for the sight allows also to attach quivers) and the wood grip. I think that I like the most the Samick in design and finish, the TBOW in features and the Junxing in price and design. Ended ordering the TBOW at 193 €, should arrive in 3 weeks :)
$8.00 apiece for cheap arrows ? Wow !! I can buy a dozen carbon shafts for $50.00 in America of course I have to fletch them also and fletching are around $10.00 a dozen so your setting at around $80.00

Wow, that bow is awesome, both in looks, and performance. I love Junxing, their quality is really high!!! Thank you, Steven, really great video.

Brush buttons in conjunction with beaver fur puff string silencers ( puff placement matters ) . The best combo in My 13 bows and 45 years of archery .
thanks for reviewing all these Chinese bows, they are amazing value.
Please do a comparison of all the hunting bows you stock
Love the back lighting, it’s great it puts everything in shadow and we can’t see sod all. Think about your background.

Thanks for the great video. Is the Junxing F166 cast? I'm surprised such a low-cost riser can handle 60 pounds of draw weight.

Hi,
Nice revieuw can you do one on the Samick Discovery as well.

this bow is fast forgiving hunting beast with only downside or not,a bit havier raiser(no hand shock),of the shelf shooting requiers a bit customizing.and t-bow?accept wooden grip?
Does it have a place where I can put a sight and a stabelizer?
Yes.

Does it comes in left-handed version? I like it.

f166 is better, no vibration , shoots faster
What makes this bow a hunting bow, other than the camo color? It's currently $176 on Amazon.
How much more would you have to pay to get substantial increases in arrow speed?

Love the buckskin!
I was so stoked this morning, thought I was going to see the Evoke 35 review. Poo.
I recently purchased this riser. Are there any aftermarket grips compatible with this riser? Thanks!
What's the limb material?

would you recommend this?
Nice video.
is the system a standard ILF system compatible with all classic brand ?
Hi, is the T-bow's grip will fit his riser?
My Grizzly has puffs and rubber buttons on it, 61 lb @ 28'
What is this bow sold as in America? I can’t find any junxing products.
Lighting in the house was dark. Looks good though.

yes
But can you shoot to moon with that bow?
Junxing f155 vs junxing f166?
stupid question. is the black part of the lamination made of fiberglass?
Yes they are fibreglass. Aliexpress for the next 3 days AT-Archery store selling it for 80 euros. I'm ordering 2 for 122 euros with all the discounts.
@@chrisgaskell3706 oh ok thanks!
I like to have a Hoyt Recurve, but they cost about as much as a mid priced compound. My Bear Grizzly will have to do.

@@Buran01 I believe all Hoyt Satori bows are made in the USA. It's clearly stamped on the riser.
I could not see you or the bow. Bright backgroud ruined foreground view.
