for the first time in my memory, i find myself agreeing with Nick Wright. Unequivocally, when you are a roll player, playing on a team with a great player, and someone goes after your guy, it increases your motivation. Absolutly it gives you a push to go out and protect your guy. These guys spend an incredible amount of time together and Absolutly care about each other. (that's why when teams have "chemistry" issues, its so obvious)
