Harden's issue is that he's never accountable and constantly blames others for his shortcomings. He's beefed with almost every coach he's had and was unwilling to make real sacrifices to his game. Even when he became a distributor he still had the ball in his hands almost all the time as the main decision maker. He needs to hold himself accountable and stop quitting when he faces adversity.

That first trade is good if you switch Zubac with Morris. That second trade doesn’t make sense, Towns + Embiid feels redundant, plus Minnesota is giving up the younger player.
Heartless Harden, often injured Paul, George, and almost always injured Kawhi.
Which may allow Harden to return to his former self jacking up countless bad shots, while the media praising his stats while ignoring the inefficient play.

Embiid and Towns is like AD and Cousins. It would work to a degree, but ultimately would fail.
Embiid is nothing like Towns or Cousins at all. And AD is comparable but the difference is when Embiid gets hurt he’s not out that long and he plays thru his injuries even when the doctor says he shouldn’t. AD breaks a nail and is out for a month or two

Embiid is under contract for 3 more seasons so he's not going anywhere. And there's zero chance the Sixers would trade him to the Knicks. Plus there's been absolutely no indication from Embiid that he's interested in the Knicks or in being traded at all. I understand the wishful thinking. We all do it as fans. I wish the Sixers never let Jimmy Butler walk I wish they could add Dame Lillard without giving up Maxey. Yes, it's nice to dream. And then reality sets in.
