Great question! The BN0190-15E is meant for the Japanese market but both models are EXACTLY the same and both have the same Citizen E168 Japanese made movement. Hence the "Japan Mvmt" on both of the dials but not "Made In Japan" on either version. Both versions are NOT made in Japan so just get the BN0190-07E if you want one. Some people falsely believe the "Made In Japan" versions of Citizens or Seikos are better and are willing to pay more for them. Save your money!

I have one of these - bought it because it was on sale and slightly more to buy than a genuine replacement band for a Seiko (pins popping out due to vibrations on my motorbike - S1000R have some odd harmonics). It is a great but the rubbery strap can be annoying for those with large wrists - end of the strap pops out of the two stainless loops. If I had narrower writers those loops would be within the groves sections of the band.
Damn, it looks GORGEOUS, i agree that it look more like a dress watch rather than a tool watch, but i kinda like it, i don't know about you, but for my it looks like a Planet Ocean from the distance, similar to the Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean from Casino Royale. I want to have one, amazing review Mav, excellent video!

Really good looking watch,but only this.I really want those hands to be more ''promaster''.The second one is ok.I am still waiting of a good automatic Promaster.
i bought the blue one. i love it, even though the seconds hand doesn't hit all the indices, and it's a second slower per day compared to my other ecodrive watch.
My dial has different hour markers, they are round. Is mine a newer model or what? Same citizen diver promaster 200m evodrive. Came along w the air tank box

Duty Free Island has great prices but they are a grey market dealer. Their watches are legit but if you're worried about warranty buy local and pay a little extra.

You should take a look at Citizen BN0190-82E. It's the same watch but with a bracelet instead of a strap.
