Undeniably one of the finest road cars ever, and I think the best video I've yet seen on it. Tremendous stuff here. Every shot was gorgeous and Henry is a truly outstanding presenter. I really think Carfection is the new gold standard for automotive journalism.
I always knew that the GT2 RS was an awesome car, and Henry a fantastic road tester, but really, that car and that road, the way they attacked it, I'm hugely impressed.
They are absolutely the best two out there, difficult to say which for me is better, just that Henry absolutely nails every review on carfection - motoring journalism at its very finest
Both good but I'd lean towards Catchpole since Harris has become a pantomime character with Joey from Friends on top Gear. I'm sure the money makes the selling out worth it for him though...
I absolutely love this video review and have watched it many times .... the colour Miami Blue really does change in the light and that's what I like about this video.. I have now booked my MGTF into the paint shop to have a colour change .... I cant wait to see how it looks ..:)

I just bought a 2019 GT2 RS...should be delivered next week...to say I am psyched is putting it mildly. Guards Red, Weissach, Magnesium wheels, front lift with CF seats all black with red stitching inside, 3K miles.
Great review. I've never driven a car before and probably never will, but this practically put me in the driver's seat and came as close as anything I've seen in a while to make me understand what it would be like to experience the pleasure of it, especially on a road like that. Best video ever! I keep coming back to my favorite video, the car, noises, scenery, Henry Catchpole and of course the spec! The car seems to drive like a dream. From time to time I think about how Im going to be able to buy these type of cars that I honestly LOVE, and it’s a bit saddening because the real people that dream and think about one day being able to afford a car like this are not the ones buying or selling, 80 % of the market on limited edition cars are being acquired by investors who create demand and want to make a quick buck by selling allocations, cars with 0 km, Paint to sample examples and many other ways. The point is that everybody can make whatever they want with their own money but drive them PLEASE! We want to see how beautiful a GT2RS can be.

I really like the direction this channel has taken recently with Henry's vids. And they just keep getting better. I wouldn't mind it in that blue colour at all, BTW. But I'll have to make due with my old Golf, which I modified with an exhaust leak this last weekend. So at least I'm all set when it comes to the engine note.

I know, very late. But Carfection cideos are currently the best out there. Still know you from my EVO days, but you, Henry Catchpole, are one of the best ethusiast presenters out there.
I think Henry is probably my new favourite car reviewer on the internet now that Chris is gone. The way he explains things is really good, and I always get the feeling there's no way more true to a petrolhead's heart than the words he uses. The way he explained what's so good about manuals with the GT3, and why this car is as good as it is too. Even when he quoted the difference between a Speedster and a convertible. I've never had the chance to drive a Porsche, and I wouldn't be surprised if I'd never get that chance, especially something as brutal as this, but I still have the feeling I've been there. There, where the best Porsches ever were made. The 991.2, the 982, the Taycan, and even the Panamera. Sure, Porsche will continue to make newer, more powerful, more efficient, and undoubtedly faster cars, but I honestly don't think they'll ever top the 991.2 generation 911, though I certainly wonder what the future of the Porsches outside the 911 range will look like.
This is why I love Porsche!!!! An absolutely beautiful car for the track and the road. I wish I could be there to drive that GT2 RS. Love the Miami blue paint job and the noise coming from the exhaust sounds biblical.
