I was focused on speed tanking but you should know basically anything with elites you're probably screwed. But my question is have you tried this against elites I'm curious
Hi there I'd love to know how you are playing on pc. I use bluestacks but game looks like trash because of the resolution. But in your video game looks great. Would you mind if you tell me the trick?
There is a bug I submitted that we're seeing here. You're not actually double webbed at about 16:40. The information panel above your shield, armor, hull and capacitor bars shows only one active web. There's a bug where the right panel duplicates status symbols. You can clear it by scrolling down and back up again on the information panel, or you can tap on the status symbols in the center to view the ships causing them. Either way it takes precious seconds to react.
Now fight elites on the 3rd wave of story mission...doubt it will hold up. Still, for anomalies, it looks like a solid build, thanks for sharing it as always! Cheers!
100% agree used to solo t6 missions in my condor 2 and clear all but the last wave of every t8. I now have been 1 shot by some of the elites. I've lost 4 ships in less then 24hrs after their "rebalance." I MIGHT have lost a ship once ever 10-14 days before.
I have both Frigate and Cruiser skills. I like this build with Hound as I can have fun with my Frigate skills. No problems in T8 anoms - just a little careful orbiting when you see webs. Story missions a little tougher with elites even if you warp in at 100 and burn away from the pack to separate them... a few of the mwd elites can burst damage. My CNI is much easier because of extra tank for story missions + rapids a little broken right now. If one were Frigate only focused, this is a good way to get cruiser level DPS. If I were starting, I'd go Frigate. Condor 2 can do T7 anoms (T8 as well but takes forever to DPS down big ships). Then when you have Expert Frigate Command at level 3 go for this build.
I do have a question would it be good idea to use a microwrap drive on a manticore. The benefit this ship gets is a -4% signature radius per expert frig command. so -20% for at lvl 5 would that extra speed save you vs. The afterburner where your signature radius would be at 26. Any advice would great.
Can you show us how to complete 1.5mil missions or higher using like trainer caracal? I can do the 500k and 700k no problem with the setup you shared with nos and shield boosters. Ive done a 1.5m encounter but it was hard and took a long time. I also have like 4 story missions it would be great to learn how to solo. I can do 1 or 2 a day and get like 10 mil a week. But would like to make a little more.
Thanks to the great Caracal vids from Excoundral, I was able to also do 750k missions easily with Caracal Trainer. I would like to see how to improve on the 1.5 missions! Also, how do we get the 750k missions more often on the encounter screen? I refresh, and often have too many 50k missions.
Is it even worth having the second stasis? Why not run a nos with a shield booster. Your at 13km your stasis is 13 Km the nos is usually 8 with a 4 km fall off which your within range the entire time?
I have Frigate Engineering at 5 and Adv Frig Eng at 4. I slapped one Medium Torpedo Launcher on and it took about 80% of my power grid. Am I missing something here? How does it use medium weaponry?
will this be "the best" pve frigate? (I mean.. out of extremely expensive faction frigates), or could breacher assault be better? I want to be a frigate pilot, but I think I'll miss my Caracal N.I.
Captain Benzie has done some good videos on all the assault frigates, I would probably reccomend over a hound as they can tank alot of damage and kill frigates (your worst enemy in pve due to their webs) quickly.
Torpedos have a slow explosion velocity, crudely speaking this means that if your target is moving the damage does not apply it full amount as your target is on the edge of the explosion rather than caught in the epicenter of it.
I thought signature radius means only how fast you lock on a target. But does it also effect the Hitbox size? In my theory a ship will be the same size and even if it can be targeted fast it shouldnt be hit better. Or can you increase the Radius on a Frig so high that you could hit it perfect with something like Large torpedos?
speed tanking only works in 1v1 fights. No matter what you do, when you face 5-8 ships your angular velocity will be complete crap towards some of the ships and you will die. In seconds! Again, this is meant for pvp and you are using it wrong!
Any T6 cruiser would go though a T7 storyline mission /afk mode. In fact you would be able to run T6 capstones easily as well. Some people even do T8 capstones in a T6 cruiser. This is a pointless exercise.

Have you try those 5 mil mission?would like to try this but need some further information
So, if the Manticore has a low signature radio bonus, means i can slap a microwarp and speed tank too?
Great content.
you could but MWD is harder to get a tighter circle - also you get a big sig radius multiplier!
@@Excoundrel
Yeah i guess.
But it looks so cool, like an evolved Kestrel.
I fly a Manticore with the same setting and it works very well. I had a hound, and it works with lower skill basically

Trainer is really bad compared to normal version. But use mediums instead of rapids, rigs for range and missile guidance computer
Can a speed tank like condor ii speed tank and survive a t8 story mission ?

Thats medium nos, not small nos
isn't statis webfeir for slowing ships only?
It is, but medium torpedoes have a explosion speed of 81 if i recall right and everything going faster takes less damage from them.

Why do webs help increase dps against a cruiser since it has a high signature radius Excoundrel?

Signature radius _is_ your hitbox. You can't currently increase the signature of your target, but target painters are slated for november.
what's the cost of the ship along with all those fittings
20 mil ship. 20 mil fittings. 20 mil rigs
