    I have followed almost all the yoga gurus through TH-cam some are very intense and some are quite easy but yours is a perfect compromise between extreme and easy one almost 95% is doable by me. I really extend my thanks for such yoga practice which is really a perfect match for me..Namaste 🙏

    I loved this so much! It was exactly what my body needed. I paused the video many times to get deeper into stretches. I feel so amazing after having done that! I do a lot of Kristina's videos and love them. This is now one of my favorites. Thank you!

    Great class with a lot of variations and a nice pace although the split towards the end were a mission impossible for me! Nevertheless, this is a serious workout! Recommended!

    What a fantastic combination of fitness and yoga regime!!! Everything perfectly balanced :)))) Kristina, you have endless amount of ideas how to guide the flow so it would be not only challenging but also interesting :) You know just when I'm about to think during practice: "Yeah, we did that so now we will move to that" you strike the pose that I least expected or modificate the one I thought I know so it gives completely different or more intense feelings...This is when my heart melts :)))))))
