    Thanks for posting! I can't find my old cassette with the training on it. With that tape I got so relaxed I don't ever think I stayed awake through the whole 15 minutes.
    With your video I am going to start again. The instructions were very similar, like being warm and heavy. It's a process and needs to be repeated every day. Thank you once again Candi, you are amazing!!!

    Great audio, very true to the technique. I have been running an autogenic training in a group home for 3 months now using this. We are all really starting to experience the effects. This should be done at least 3 times a day.
