Calming Relaxation for Separation Anxiety or to Fall Asleep
This calming relaxation was written for my dogs, who like listening to my podcast when they are home alone. This one hour 20 minute version has no repetition and voice only (silent background). Helpful for dogs with separation anxiety or who like to listen to calm audio in the background when left alone, or for humans looking for a calm, slow, long relaxation to play as they fall asleep.
A nice, boring, peaceful relaxation script to help you feel calm and relaxed.
Check out my book, Peaceful Relaxation Scripts: Group Facilitation Guide, at amazon.com/author/candi.

    Hi Candi, I regularly listen to many of your relaxation recordings from your old website Inner Health Studio. I've also made a few scripts, one of which I've been using every night! You have a very soothing voice, and it all works so well as I'm pretty susceptible to hypnotherapy. My life is basically good but I do tend to carry quite a bit of tension, etc. Thank you SO MUCH for everything you have done and continue to do! I will check out some of your newer recordings! ❤

    hi luv! Its all in your anticipation of them... From the moment you get them, your mind is processing "I'm getting them, I will let them go a few times, and then I will demonstrate..."and you've already talked yourself out of them. ... Next time you get them, just turn on the recorder and ignore them. Just keep hiccuping. And when you want to demo your cures, don't explain them until After you've chatted about a couple of them, casually. ... Youre adorable

    • @RelaxationAudioWithCandi
      @RelaxationAudioWithCandi 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I think the longest lasting hiccups for me were probably about 15 minutes. Thankfully that hasn't happened in many years! I do find hiccups annoying, and I am glad that now I'm able to get them to stop right away.

  • @JakeSchmidt-eo6gs
    @JakeSchmidt-eo6gs 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

    How long do these usually last for you and do you always cure them?

    • @RelaxationAudioWithCandi
      @RelaxationAudioWithCandi 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I would estimate I get hiccups a few times a week. If I am working on something and don't take the time to focus on the techniques, hiccups will usually last 5-10 minutes. If I pause and use relaxation techniques, hiccups go away within 30 seconds.

      I'm sorry to hear about the strain you described, and it sounds painful. If you experience pain or strain, it can be helpful to see a doctor, physiotherapist, or other health professional for advice. Be careful not to tense muscles too tightly when doing progressive muscle relaxation techniques. If you find that tensing muscles is uncomfortable or causes strain, passive progressive muscle relaxation techniques can be a good alternative.

The problem is that my brain just wakes up and starts thinking about life - questioning every decision I've ever made, reminding me of every dumb mistake I've ever made in life.
