1996 Seadoo Speedster Engine 1 startup for first time since purchase

When I purchased this Seadoo I wasn’t able to run it. For 2000 with trailer included I figured that it was worth it. The owner said that engine number 1 had been rebuilt and that the exhaust needed to be tapped as a bolt had broken. Smoked for some time but motor started even after sitting for 2 years without being winterized. There’s hope after all.
