Same issue here swapped out the drain pump, now I have leak issues. I think that little black rubber washer that connects the drain pump up to the washer tub was put in upside down lol 😂 either that or my clamps are old and loose. I'll come back and say if I fixed the problem. Washer turned on and ran a self clean cycle perfectly though! Thanks for the video man. 🤝
Thanks for the video. I just ordered the part from Amazon and will arrive tomorrow. I just replaced the actuator today too. Hopefully this will fix the leak.
Mine is leaking from where the drain pipe is in the wall I can see the water coming up from the drain pipe during the drain cycle. Does this mean that the drain pipe might clogged or something worse?
Sounds like you have a clog in your drain pipe in wall not issue with washer. I’d would run a plumbing snake down your wall plumbing drain pipe or try some clog cleaner like draino or something. The snake would probably be more effective
My washer machine the part No. W10614033 this is the original but I ordered the same but nwith the part. W10276397 but the pomp is identical do you think that can be a problem?
Thank you! Exactly my brand. So helpful!
Thanks for the tutorial, I’m hoping my problem is the problem you had.

@@dtmxing Okay would that also be the reason why the washing machine has the egg smell?

Look at pump underneath the washer and look at the pump mine had. Whole worn through
