In 2014 they just went insane and made one of the most stylish templars and Assassins to ever live and then never tried to reach the same heights again. Love the outfits in this game I agree with your list a lot :)
I like to wear different outfits in different environments or situations.
In NY I'll start by wearing the interim outfit, the upgrade to the Templar outfit. After completing all Assassin interceptions I'll upgrade to the Enforcer outfit, finally culminating with the Master Templar outfit after beating the Storm Fortress. To show how Shay is moving up the ranks of the Templar Order
In River Valley I'll alternate between the Explorer and the Hunter outfit since those are best suited. During the sequence where you must protect Monro and his men from Kesegowaase and his allies I'll don the raider outfit.
In the North Atlantic I'll use the Assassin Killer outfit when participating in naval combat or taking forts and settlements. When exploring the more isolated locations further north like Gros Morne I'll don the Arctic explorer outfit whilst during the sequence where you take part in the battle for Louisberg I'll wear the captain outfit
RAAAAAAAAAAH SHAY'S OUTFITS ARE THE BEST PERIOD
But not the Native Armour.

I would have liked one more Assassin outfit, like a white one or something more, BUT THE TEMPLAR OUTFITS ARE JUST PERFECT 🗣️🗣️🗣️ they would undisputedly be the best outfits if they had a hood like shay's outfit had in the trailer

Interim outfit has always been my favorite. Especially with the mask. I prefer how much black it has over the red highlights.
Jacob Frye's outfit is also technically different between Black Flag and Rogue. Edward wears the hood while Shay wears the top hat. Unfortunately he doesn't take off the top hat and wear the hood when he enters a restricted area, he just puts up the collar.
You should do a video on Assassins Creed Red, and your top hopes for it. It is allegedly releasing late this year, and I am hoping it will be good, since we have been wanting a game set in Feudal Japan for the last 15 years, and the new protagonist Naoi, a shinobi assassin, seems like a compelling one, I hope.
I am cautious about being hyped for it, since it seems like it is just going to be AC Odyssey in a different skin, which dampens my hype for it a bit.
I'm just throwing this out there, the blue fabric bits in between the stuff you mention on the ac4 connor outfit are on the original outfit in ac3
This might be a bit basic but my favourite outfit in Rogue is the Templar Outfit the base one that Shay wears. I liked the interim outfit when I got it but I was wondering where the one on the cover of the game was and when I got it I never looked back. I love the red and black colour scheme and I don’t mind it not having a hood. The outfit fits Shays character as a more subtle Templar than Haytham for example. He doesn’t want to stand out too well and the red provides a sense of danger to him but since it’s not on the whole design it doesn’t make Shay look like a villain.
The Assassin Killer outfit makes Shay look like a red Darth Vader. "Apology accepted Achilles Davenport."

-Potential neglected as an assassin
-Grew disillusioned with the assassins and defected to the competition
-Now with the templars allowing him to develop his full potential, he hunts down his former allies to near-extinction
Shay pretty much is the Darth Vader of the colonial assassins/templars. That outfit really lets you roleplay as such.
I've always wanted to see either one of Adewale's outfits as a Legacy inclusion, as well as Shay's Assassin outfit! They looked sleak

I stand by the fact that making the templars outfits available, but not including Haytham's outfit was a missed opportunity

I tbh loved the Naval Compaign minigames in BF and Rogue but that doesnt mean they weren't kinda garbage at the same time.. XD
I do love how with BF they had phone support were you can send ships on missions outside of the game so when you got back to the game you could collect the reward but I think that was shutdown sadly..

Really the only awesome one is the red/white Templar outfit. THAT in itself, is worth it.
Main outfits probably my favorite though the one he's wearing when he kills arno's dad is pretty cool too so idk
I don’t care if it takes a century for them to decide to remake rogue, but if they do someday please add the hood to Shay’s Templar robes. That’s all I’m asking

I didn’t mind the naval campaign and I might have even finished it… IF they hadn’t progression locked it?? And the last few can’t be done until after finishing the game and take several hours each.

So don't get me wrong the ranking is good but I personally would put the Christopher gist outfit in the place of the master templar outfit and my second will be the master templar outfit but yea the assassin killer outfit is the best
