You'll have to look very closely though This is only the case for the default outfit, it's recolors and the shark hunter and whaler outfit. On all the other outfits it actually is just floating. Might be a PS4/XBOX ONE thing. Don't know if it's visible on PS3/XBOX 360.
I own Black Flag on most consoles I've ever had, so yes, I'm the one person that bought the game on switch lol. An outfit that is unlocked by default in the Rebel Collection is the Explorer outfit which was a community challange award at one point. Its personally my favourite outfit as it feels like a "Master Assassin" version of Edwards outfit.
Why am I the only one who likes Aguilars outfit movie aside the black and silver is muted but regal and the robes long and flowing nature gives it an almost ethereal feel which fits aguilars character in general and it looks so good on edward...
Stealth outfit is my favorite one ! Paired with the Hidden Blades or Pistol Swords, and the blowpipe jumping from rooftop to rooftop really sets you apart from every person you come across, and everyone you fight.
I forgot to add that Hexe is allegedly, according to leaks and rumors, going to (finally) feature a solo female protagonist, who is named Elsa, which is something I have wanted from this franchise for a long time.

10:04 actually there is holster for the blowpipe on some of Edward's outsits, including his default one. It's a small ring of leather attached to his cross belt. Also, a lot of things you are calling belts are actually waist sashes. Belts have bucks, sashes are tied.
It’s so strange because I hate a lot of these outfits. Like the coats are bulky and the bottom flies wildly. However the explorer outfit is one of the best in the series and I was lucky enough to have it on my 360 version
I like the Pirate Captain outfit the most. I feel like the Privateer outfit is too dark. Even the shirt under the leather is black too. So the Privateer outfit just feels really dull for me. That's why I really like how the bright red sash and white shirt underneath makes the leather parts of the Pirate Captain outfit just pop.
Since the community challenges are no longer available they needed to just patch the game and unlock all of those outfits for free, that or just put them in regular treasure chests all over the game and outside of loot you basically get to find a random one in each chest.
In the remake that is rumored to be in development, i hope thsy use the version of Edward's default canon outfit from Assassin's Creed Syndicate, since that version looks the best in my opinion Speaking of which, please do a video on the 4 Black Flag remake, and your wishlist for it. It only started full development last September, according to leaks, so thete is a chance someone from Ubisoft could see it snd take notes Also a video speculating on Assassin's Creed Hexe would be great, since it is allegedly set in 1600s Germany (The Holy Roman Empire) during the Witch Trials, and showcase a more grimdark/ dark fantasy take on the franchise, with a somewhat gothic aesthetic.

@@willismakesmovies I think the game engine that Syndicate used just makes it look far more robust, and less raggedy looking, i guess. It is hard to articulate exactly why. Plus the chest straps have little metal skull emblems embedded into them, which is a cool detail
I'm confused as to whether you like historical accuracy or not. Because the buckled shoes and stockings should be on every outfit if that's a standard.
I love the Mayan set tbh, even considering the bottom half For some reason, using both it and the pistol swords feels like playing Anakin Skywalker, even though he didn’t dual wield lightsabers I might model a Mandalorian version of it for arma tbh
Also, tiny detail for when it's time for unity's video: the hidden blade/ phantom blade is not visible on Todd McFarlane's outfit (the brown one with the diagonal cut on the coattails). It's a shame cause I love the look of the outfit, but I can't wear it, cause eversince I noticed that, it keeps bugging the hell outta me. Such a shame.
@@willismakesmovies apparently the same applies to every single outfit on the first 3 horizontal rows of Unity's outfit section. This leaves only 5 of the 14 outfits that show the phantom blade. Makes sense for the legacy outfits though

(in this case with a white templar themed symbol attached to it) P.S: 17:28 In your interpretation which is very reasonable and understanding to comprehend to a extent in first glance but i must insist and defend my opinion with respect that once you revisit the game story during the prison sequence and pay very close attention you might understand and feel the sensitive and emotional nature of how Edward's guilt was eating him up but then later on after a few hangovers he regains enough confidence to say to himself "I am done being a scumbag with others now i must become better and seek to sort out my mess like a true man of my word" thus with this courage to face his problems he begins to fix them in order to honor all of his friends and peaple he meet including Bonet. Soo in a way i belive this outfit serves as a way to honor Bonet's pirate legacy that is being now shared with the likes of a now converted Master Assassin by that point of the story with Edward.
