You know i've got the original Day state huntsman regal in 22cal Unregulated and it shoots exactly like that rifle they are really well made. I am very happy with mine and they are really beautiful
Liked the video, Liked you explaining what happened when you didn't have too! I have actually been looking at that gun for a couple of years or better because I love the traditional look. Thanks for the video Moose, your great as usual.
honestly I wanted an FX ad my airgun dealer said it is the most returned gun for problems . I have a Daystate that is 15 years old and shoots great holds air for years literally
Could be because people tinker with them so much. I bet there wouldn't be as many problems with them if everything wasn't so adjustable. Unless you really know what you are doing it doesn't seem like a very good idea to be playing with the reg pressure and hammer spring.
Those guns are beautiful and classy. What's the muzzle velocity with the 26.54 Hades pellets and what's the shot count? Congratulations! That's a keeper for sure. R, Steve
1 year ago i should have said this in 22 this gun is ready to go out the box fill with air sight in and shoot no adjusting needed and very dependable best rifle you can buy for the money that is a workhorse in 177 for ft and 22 and 25 for hunting have 2 and they will never leave my collection
You have earned some respect for this video my friend . No one else has the b@11$ to do this unless they are out to trash a brand . And you didn't trash them . You explained how in life ship happens . Do you ever invite one of your followers to come shoot with you . As a fellow Michigander it could be fun to share some stories and throw some lead down range one day . Hang in there shoot straight and shoot often . From somewhere near Hastings Michigan , be kind brother .
great video i have a daystate revere i took the shroud off and cleaned the barrel when i put it back on it stops 2.5 to 3mm shy of going all the way against the front face of the upper breech block and i cant get the 1/2x20 piece on the front to unscrew (it has screwdriver slots in the end) so can any of you UK folks or anyone tell me what im missing and how to remove the air stripper (the 1/2x20 piece) on the front of the shroud?
You tell it like it is! I appreciate your honesty
I try my best, thanks

@@3421958 It seems as if air gun fans can't help themselves. Leave the rifle the F alone.

Being real is the only job, and you're right; out in the woods is not a place you want to find out about a 'character' the design has.
Thanks

Will the Huntsman Revere (regulated) Valve Dump the remaining air everytime the pressure drops below 170 ?
Not sure
Thumbs up.
Hope they took care of the issue. Doesn't always work that way.
Shot below reg is all. Works great
170 bar does seem pretty high ... especially if only shooting pellets. Good video - hope you can clear that cough
Do all pcp guns valve dump if shoots below reg pressure?
No, it doesn't happen all the time. But it is easy to resolve as you saw in my video
I like your video's. Wish the lighting was better to see the guns. Hope you feel better.
Would have liked a bit of light on the stock...Too dark to appreciate it.
Me too, send me a light.. lol
Can this kill a coyote
Close range probably, I use a Texan for that
😍❤️❤️❤️
air management is important with a regulated and unregulated gun
Correct
it probably wont do it after its more broken in
Not the video I wanted to see when researching this gun 😆
Turned out good, just shot below reg.. it's a fine gun for sure. Available at www.myhighpressureair.com
"Open the bolt" to fill? I don't open anything to fill.
Lol
which diabolo does the daystate like best huntsman revere regulated cal.25v??
Everyone is different, I use JSB
@@abitoutside muchas gracias 🙏🏼
