    When can we expect some more livestreams? I enjoyed watching you cook up beats from scratch 😄

      Hey, thanks for asking! I will probably get back to streaming in September. Btw have you joined our Discord? You will get notifications for the streams there, so you don’t miss them.

    The new warp function is crazy. It seems more accessible on Push 3 or maybe I just gotta learn. I had no idea my Ableton automatically updated and that I had 11.3.4 and Drift until last week haha. In fact I had never used warp or warp markers until last week when I found this out and I used your videos to learn.
    I need this Push 3, man. I can understand the price now consider the playability of MPE.

      Hey, glad the videos helped you with learning the warp features! I don't think it's more accessible on Push 3 though. I can totally understand why you're GAS-ing over it though 😂

    Sick. Would love to have a go with the Push 3 stand alone. Push 2 is my fav midi controller/instrument. Might have to upgrade.

      Push 3 is amazing, you're gonna love it. But I don't really need a standalone unit atm so this loan unit is going back to Ableton and I'm sticking with Push 2 for now. May get one eventually though.

    Push needs a feature like MPC where you record a sample and then the hardware separates vocals, drums, etc.

      If they introduce it in Live on desktop then it will probably be available on Push as well, since it’s running the same software.

    @Abelton needs to have key detection for the sampler and simpler

    • @LowHeatBeats
      @LowHeatBeats  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Agreed, although that would exclude audio clips so they should implement it in a way that enables in for audio tracks as well.

    Nice demo, thank you.🎉 Do you think there was anything you did here that you couldn't do on a Push 2? As a computer based Ableton 12 Suite user I was wondering about starting with a Push 2 versus a Push 3 controller at around three times the cost. Any thoughts much appreciated. Just ordering your lovely SynthHop pack,, thank you!

    • @LowHeatBeats
      @LowHeatBeats  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Absolutely you can do pretty much all of it on Push 2! My Push 3 was on loan from Ableton and I had to send it back after the loan period ended. I didn't buy one for myself because my Push 2 does everything I need and I'm still using it. So Push 2 is really good value and if you don't need standalone, it would be a great purchase. Thank you for buying the packs, your support is highly appreciated!

    Hi, your videos are always great, thank you! Are you sampling from TH-cam with your iPad connected to the push? Possible with your iPhone then? Also from Spotify?
    Thanks in advance!

    Dope beat as usual!) corect me if i wrong: dont saw any different between push3 and push 2 workflow (exept standalone, mpe and external device conection) maybe i miss something..

    • @LowHeatBeats
      @LowHeatBeats  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey man, thanks! No, you're not wrong. Some buttons have been moved to more optimal positions and there's a jog wheel for browsing, note editing and launching clips (also session view can be shown on the screen). But these are minor differences, so workflow is pretty much the same.

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAA....And come gadgets and gadgets..very good for this almost finished Ableton Push 3 similar to Akai Force and with some advantages and disadvantages..Above all to make good songs for a producer clones..I I agree with my Disc Show Man configuration with a key piece with this Ableton Push 3 or my Akai Force among other machines for my MIDI configuration.. Good luck with all things and let's all go with joy...

    Is there an easy way to make multisampled instruments like in Logic Pro? I have ordered the push 3 so I’m excited to sink my teeth into it. I normally use kontakt libraries so Il be taking a step backwards in sound quality I feel. If there only was a way to multisample from kontakt to be able to use said instruments in standalone mode

    • @LowHeatBeats
      @LowHeatBeats  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I don't think there's an auto sampler in Live or Push. If you have the Suite edition of Live the packs that it comes with are really good btw and they all work on Push.

    How to you layer your drums in push 3 standalone? I haven’t been able to figure this out

    • @LowHeatBeats
      @LowHeatBeats  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I don’t know how but if you can, it would be the same as Push 2. I don’t have a Push 3 anymore but I can look into it on the Push 2.

    Nice video. How are you finding working on the Push 3 compared to Maschine? Ive used Maschine for years but thinking about a Push 3 for the standalone. I'm just so quick on Maschine and not sure if it's worth switching over.

    • @LowHeatBeats
      @LowHeatBeats  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Push 3 is great, but if we're talking about working with the hardware, Maschine is faster for me. So if you're quick on Maschine, you probably won't gain much by switching to the Push standalone. Switching to Ableton with using Push as a controller in combination with mouse and keyboard may offer some benefits compared to Maschine though, as Live is a much more comprehensive DAW. That's just my 2 cents though, everyone is different and Push 3 is really good.

    • @JC-pu3vl
      @JC-pu3vl ปีที่แล้ว

      @@LowHeatBeats cheers for the answer man. I'll wait and learn a little more first, see how the Push develops and see if maybe N.I bring something else out. I really like the idea of being able to work standalone at times and connect to the computer when I want to be in the studio room. The visual feedback and quality of most of the fx in Ableton really appeal to me but the workflow, speed of working, browsing and the Maschine unit itself make it a tough choice for me.

    Great vid. Question.....is the Push 3 basically an Akai Force but with computer software? I have an Akai Force and the workflow looks almost identical.

    • @LowHeatBeats
      @LowHeatBeats  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I haven't used a Force, so I can't say for sure. I'd say with Push 3 the computer software comes first and people are so hyped because it actually runs the exact same Ableton Live software that we run on our computers, but in standalone. It's also not intended to be a one-stop shop like the Force - you have to use Ableton Live on the computer to arrange tracks and load sounds into the internal hard drive. So if you're not in the Ableton Live ecosystem it may not look that attractive, but for Live users it's huge.

    • @remyvegamedia
      @remyvegamedia ปีที่แล้ว +1

      They're very similar, but there are some big differences. I had a Force for a while. The workflow as far as clips/scenes is the same, but little details differ between the two.
      The two dealbreakers that made me get rid of my Force (which is an otherwise great standalone device) is that you can't change time signature globally or do time signature changes and you can't export drums individually (explode drums as it's called on MPC) for mixing in a proper DAW. I was so agitated when I figured out the time signature thing, since I paid full price for it haha.

    Confusing.. Should I use Ableton Simpler og Serato Sample? Which is best?

    • @LowHeatBeats
      @LowHeatBeats  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Simpler is better, Serato is just convenient for the built-in stem separation, otherwise I prefer Simpler. Also Serato Sample doesn’t work on Push.

      That would have been nice. Ableton always introduce new features in free updates to the main version so I wouldn't be surprised if it 's introduced in 12.xx at some point.
