EVE ONLINE: Capital Staging Escalation Blitzing

Today we ran the new Blood Raider Capital Staging escalation you can get from running combat anomolies in null sec. I got this escalation from running a haven on my alt. I have heard these are quite straight forward as the main objective is to kill the 3 dreadnaughts that are in the site on landing. There is no acceleration gates to these sites and once the objective is completed the site is done. In this video we looked at "blitzing" the escalation for quickest site completion.

Appreciate any comments about how you been running them and any special loot you got???
Only every got cap parts around 100M + 100 odd in Bounties. Super makes more sense as sometimes you are scammed by Rats even after dreads are dead so you need a secondary ship on the field to get off with a Dread.
Well a friend of mine ran them in a dread to kill the caps then warped a marauder in for the subs and warped the dread out.
The image appears to be darker than it should.
i used to have a super and a titan. damn I miss those days.
i remember a few years ago. my corp was ratting in goon space (ofc) we were having fun with 10 supers in one haven/sactum. then one of the rich members brought his titan in too. was a lot of fun.
See that's the kind of stuff people find fun not overinflated prices etc. Bring back the golden days
@@GalaxierYT my corp was a big cap builder for goons/tnt so i was able to get them both at build cost. so that was nice.
Yeah I built my own supers and titans aswel could build and sell a super hull for 11 bil before the changes

I've been trying to get it for a few days but I keep getting the capital escalation one. I imagine it will be from the new Forsaken sanctums when the major threat detection upgrade goes in which can go in from tomorrow

no the loot isnt justifiable. The shield bash is just overseer loot as well. The occupied mining site is easy 5 waves and has a faction spawn thats nice, and drops normal loot per normal for the spawn type. I have not seen or heard of anyone getting a assault escalation that gives an officer spawn yet.

My thoguths are how much are the anti-capital fighter bombers cost that you just lose?
Well I don't lose any normally that was just for illustration purposes but the t2's are 24 mil each so that video I lost 2? But yeah normally I don't lose them
Whats the minimum ship youll say you need to do this type of site ? Could you type the name of the lowest ship possible in skills and isk ? ty in advance. Im nacked while typing this btw just fyi
Id say minimum will be a dread naught. Anything below will get hit hard by the 3 dreads as they web hard and neutral hard aswel

Without any possibility of good loot drops, the bounties still aren't worth the risk. Why would I dock up my Ishtars, login cyno alts, fax alt, and super alt just for 180 mil? In that time one of my Ishtars would get faction loot or a 10/10 to sell. ccp just not understanding what rewards should look like for someone risking 60 billion on the field.
You are not wrong which is why I wanted to make this video so hopefully if it spreads far enough some one from CCP might see it but that's only by chance. They just aren't worth the risk to run

i believe these sites are meant for dreads, just because they are so much aggressive against fighters and drones^^
That would make sense really. A friend of mine warped a dread in nuked the dreads warped it off after siege cycle and got a marauder in to clean up

I remember when Red Moon Rising was dropped, I was so excited. A deployment got in the way of my EVE ambitions, but I was able to login sparingly to train long skills that took weeks to months to train. Pay off is great, just need to find a stable home now.

Jokes aside, risking a 60-70bil (fitted, more normal price) ship to get 150mil is a joke. Unless you can chain-run them like havens in a single system and get a billion per hour or something like that. Sieging a 5-12bil dread is suicidal... it must spend over 3 hours running those sites to pay itself back, and another hour or two aligning/ in warp, being visible to hostiles. So it WON'T pay itself back.
idk who is smoking what at CCP... but must be some really good quality stuff if they think it's still 2020, a super costs 12 bil and dreads are expendable
Would be good if those dreads dropped parts to build dreads instead of bounty... Then it wouldn't be an isk generator, person running it would get more isk from trade and more caps could be build, triple-win.
You are not wrong. The normal dread loot they drop is needed yes but not as much as more isk for running it. I ran 3 yesterday and didn't get any more than 245 mil for one site. Crab beacons are better and can run them safely in rorquals
I remember watching rattati in an interview given to OZ about 1-2 years ago saying supers still cost more than they want them to. But they haven't done anything to lower their cost, everyone complained about super proliferation, now no one uses them. Now they just sit in hangars as a deterrent, kinda sad. Lol

As I said in the video wasn't bothered about them as it was for demonstration purposes I've ran a bunch of these without losing a fighter
