    I made this today, and it came out perfect, followed your recipe except the baking tray I used the one which is a little small. Can you tell me the size of the baking tray you used? Thank you Nidhi for such a fabulous recipe💕

    I tried to make pav by following so many recipes but none worked. I recently got a food processor and followed this recipe and now my ladi pav came out so soft and fluffy. It was perfect :) thank you so much for the detailed explanation.

    I see that you used a Kitchen Aid for making dough. Do you like it?
    Would you recommend it for making normal roti/paratha/puri dough as well for daily use? if not, what do you use for roti/paratha/puri etc dough? i am tired of kneading by hand. thanks

      If dnt get color on the top layer thn broil it for 30 sec

      If there is yeast smell in the pav than may be some problem with the yeast you used

    I don’t know where it gone wrong I did the exact measurement still did not get thr ladi pav properly. The upper cover did nit change thought the pav looks soft

      Nidhicooks - not hey were soft but the colour didn’t turn out brown it was white in colour, looks that it was not baked

      for that u can turn on broil mode on HIGH for ~1 Mins

    The amount of milk you mentioned was too much for 3cups of flour. My dough was sticky all the way till the end of the process, even after rising. I could not make balls.

      Even if u feel its sticky, u should hv let it knead for another 10 mins..
