Now I know where I went wrong, I added butter before kneading ! will make these soon!! so tempting!! Can you also share recipe for whole wheat bread? that contains no sugar(or made with 0 calorie sweetener, trying to avoid sugar) ! Here in US everything is extra sweet!! & I hate that :(

Tried this recipe with the mentioned tricks and tips but with 100% whole wheat flour, it turned out really well and soft... Measurements: 3cups whole wheat flour 1.5tsp yeast 350ml warm milk 150ml +4tbsps warm water 2tbsp butter. Rest the process followed as shown by Sushma ji... Thank you very much after ages I finally found a soft whole wheat bread with your tips and tricks. Many thanks👍

I have a separate recipe for making bread. You can refer that if you like and burger buns can be made using this recipe just that burger buns would call for more butter and placed far apart from each other
@SpicesNFlavors Please let me know if we can use desi ghee instead of butter at the time of kneading and at the final step to give a glossy finish. Can ghee be used as a substitute of Butter in this recipe. Pls confirm

Active dry yeast takes time(hours) for the dough to rise/activate itself.
Instant yeast takes only a few minutes.

Hi Uramila.. Baking tin is 11.5x9.5 inches.. You can weigh the entire dough and then divide the total by the number of pavs you want to make
