I've been selling cars in the chicagoland area for a 2 years now. I started watching your videos in October of 2022 and applying the knowledge I learned and it has been a success! I went from a mediocre salesman close to losing my job from a lack of sales to the #1 salesman at my dealership! My goal is to be in the top 1% and I know I'm on my way there! Thanks Andy!

Most cars/trucks have had crumple zones for two decades now. An informed customer won't be particularly impressed because they know it's a standard design feature on practically all newer vehicles. Andy also tries to pass off the CHMSL as something unique/extra in this video. Everyone knows those are required by law, and every vehicle has one. I can't speak for everyone, but as a customer, I want the salesperson to wow me with product knowledge, tell me something I didn't already know about the vehicle and how it's better than competing vehicles. Generic fluff doesn't impress me. If I know more about the vehicle that you're trying to sell me, than the salesperson does, then what do I need the services of a salesperson for?
When somebody tells me about the car being crushed (crumpled zone) in an accident that puts a negative picture in my head of damaged cars, bleeding and dead people, lawyers and courts. It is a buzz kill. I would be too depressed to buy a car.
But those "little niches" are no not crumple zones. The crumple zones are built into the frame. I'm amazed and WOWed by the nonsense that comes out of the mouths of salesmen.
Good lord, this guy is pure energy. This is an effective approach for some, but not for all. The rhetorical questions are useless, a waste of time. "do you want the engine revving loud while you're towing?" is less effective than asking what he's towing then going into real reference of what he should expect. Friend of mine who bought this same version last week reached out to me and said it was so quiet, he forget he was towing anything!" Safe to assume the driver doesn't want the engine to blow if he's towing something heavy. The main problem with his sales tactics is it doesn't consider how buyers are motivated differently. Jumping between engine performance and safety is a waste of time. With a fully loaded truck package, I'm doubling down on performance and bringing up safety if he/she is curious about safety. Most buyers who are buying a fully loaded truck is looking to have the baddest, highest performing truck on the road. They don't care if the frame is designed to collapse the engine in an accident. I'm talking about torque, how easily customizable it is, etc because truck buyers want control, dominance, power.

Yeah I agree. I don't like being led around like that in a patronizing way. But I definitely get the point he's making. He's being a little over the top with it. You can do this and tone it down a little bit and be less patronizing and it would be more realistic and very good presentation. Most customers are probably very sheepish and enjoy the high energy and just doing what they're told so they don't have to do much thinking.
to a point. But to be fair, the person asking the questions is the person controlling the conversation. People do all the legwork before they come to the dealership. They want someone to control the situation and make them feel comfortable with what they are buying. People don't go out looking for cars if they don't want to buy a car. It's also pretty easy to tailor the way you communicate to each person you deal with, that comes with experience.

I understand that some people may feel this is aggressive or over the top.. but when you’re that customer with him in person, that energy is actually magnetic. It’s difficult to experience that through a phone. His effort and energy to help you experience the car while subconsciously getting you to agree with him over and over will get most of you sold.
Soo many people missed the entire point if this demonstration, 😢 he's loud so we can here him through the camera, he over-speaks because he's giving as many examples as possible. I cannot IMAGINE being in the car sales world these days in the era of the average new car price being nearly $50K and pickups routinely going for $100K. I don't know how anybody makes it in the car industry these days.
Researching the car market and knowing the small details is what makes you sell. I’m a car man I walk into bmw dealership and know more then the employees do. Jus shows
Dude - you are so awesome. I love it. “Do I need to talk about the engine anymore? Probably not!” You are like half Seal / Raider & half Kenny Powers! Stay up brother!
When I was in the car biz I use to sell like this years before this came out. I always told my staff when you’re doing a demo you are creating a show and an experience. People buy experiences. But after watching this I got hyped up to get back into the biz. Time to get this old car dog back in. Woo
I love this type of salesman. He invests so much in the sell that it’s hard for him to see me, the customer, walk away without negotiating. Salesman that don’t put in effort let you walk and never call you again.
Yeah I sold that 2015 High Country. Thank you Andy. I've sold a car everyday since I started working at Chevy last week. As soon as I can, I'll be purchasing your training videos. Where do I start?
whether you like him or hate him, he is onto something. its not about the product or ethics of care sales etc. its really about how to perform at your personal best and how this creates an intrinsic drive to get even better. all things considered, some of his stuff is a bit too cheesy for my personal liking, but in contrast, i had so many dreadful sales people, its definitely more enjoyable to have a guy like that around.
I've never showed up to a dealership where I didn't know way more about the vehicles on the lot than the salesman. If you're a salesman and you're watching this, learn your stuff.
I get being enthusiastic but this is just not my personality and it makes me feel if I don’t imitate him I’ll fail. I want a calmer Andy Elliot as a pro to show me the same stuff
Its good feature selling. Slight sweak. Prabably need to match the energy more of the custoner. Have moments where you get into the customer energy. The customer was relaxed and calm. Maybe be in that mode for a bit. But, i think his sales tactics are pretty good. Liked it
Those of you saying this walk around was “annoying” or “way too much” are just wrong. It was done in a super friendly, fun and informative way to build trust and value in the mind of the customer. I could see how this guy was over mid 6 figs selling cars.
Just started selling cars a month ago, makes me feel good that even Eliot will even screw up his words and swear because of how excited he is at 5:50. I've been out there and said something like "yeah, yeah and we're gonna get you a Fuckin full tank of gas too"
This guy is intense, selling is about letting people have the experience not trying to control them and their decisions. Someone who has researched prior to a purchase will not be inhaling this nonsense and frankly would go somewhere else.
Can you do a walk around on a vehicle that doesn’t have a bunch of fancy features? I’m struggling to work around stop I wouldn’t necessarily be proud to sell to my customers
Just this short training video if you use it, will add additional numbers to your bank account. You should see what the entire course will do. It’s unbelievable!!!
Incomplete thought, sir. Who would you buy a car from and why? Please be concise. Unless you can answer these questions, your input isn't helpful to anyone.

Ive recently transitioned into vehicle sales and this was very helpful. Thank you!
Hi Maverick, congratulations man! I can show you somethings that helped me crush right out the gate! Shoot me a text so I can send you over this kick ass planner I put tgthr and let connect 🔥 918-210-0254!!!
Some people may not like this but i appreciate it to be honest. Nice to see features and have them pointed out builds value.
I’m young and definitely eager to learn how to become a better salesperson. This was a great video!
Hi Ryel, Im fired up on you! Let’s crush your competition!!! Shoot me a text 918-210-0254 I’ll send you a kick ass training planner I put tgthr 💪
ive been watching your videos since i started at Carvision nissan last year in July and I just accepted the sales manager position today! thank you Mr.Eliot! 💯🙌
Yooo this is amazing!!!
I just started my 2nd day and I missed out on a opportunity with my first sale and now that I’m seeing this now I see what I’m missing
Building excitement is number 1 thing I tell the salesman to make sure they master!!!
I've been selling cars for 23 months. Before I could barely sell anything, but after watching your videos, I can now sell without getting any objections, walk on water, I invented 3 new colors, and can see through walls.
LMFAO and you became a comedian
@@eleventy70 This comment kind of comes across as a crab mentality. While I get the jist, usually these car sales folks move in to other areas and dial back their slime and hit the stars and the moon. Sales isn't for everyone.
After the Master Closer Seminar i use these tactics and man.. THEY'RE KILLER! You make buying a car fun!
Hi Felipe, it should be fun always! Im fired up on you! Let’s crush your competition!!! Shoot me a text 918-210-0254 I’ll send you a kick ass training planner I put tgthr 💪
We're just supposed to pick a few. This man is literally giving away gold for free and people only looked for flaws. I would love meet this dude.
Hey Andy, Cameron Davison here! I'm 24 years old. I've got years of sales experience, but I'm just getting started in car sales. Love your videos man. Can't wait to go and kill it!
Andy you are an angel from up above.
YOU ROCK ‼️‼️‼️
I cannot IMAGINE being in the car sales world these days in the era of the average new car price being nearly $50K and pickups routinely going for $100K. I don't know how anybody makes it in the car industry these days.
Researching the car market and knowing the small details is what makes you sell. I’m a car man I walk into bmw dealership and know more then the employees do. Jus shows
Andy by far has the be the best salesman on this planet.
This guy will shake your hand with one hand and pick your pocket with the other
Dude - you are so awesome. I love it. “Do I need to talk about the engine anymore? Probably not!”
You are like half Seal / Raider & half Kenny Powers!
Stay up brother!
When I was in the car biz I use to sell like this years before this came out. I always told my staff when you’re doing a demo you are creating a show and an experience. People buy experiences. But after watching this I got hyped up to get back into the biz. Time to get this old car dog back in. Woo
I’m here for all of it!!! Thank you so much for being so great Andy! 🤟🏼🤙🏼
You rock! I greatly appreciate you!!!!
I love this type of salesman. He invests so much in the sell that it’s hard for him to see me, the customer, walk away without negotiating. Salesman that don’t put in effort let you walk and never call you again.
I've done this walkaround for over 30 years....this is how you so it if your an actual Car Guy.
So here’s the thing I’ve only been selling for one month he makes very valid points in his walk around
New salesman here. Love what you’re doing. Can’t wait to learn more!
This helps, I'm looking into being a great salesman. This will help so much! Thanks, so much!!!!!
Im fired up on you! Let’s crush your competition!!! Shoot me a text 918-210-0254 I’ll send you a kick ass training planner I put tgthr 💪
Yeah I sold that 2015 High Country. Thank you Andy. I've sold a car everyday since I started working at Chevy last week. As soon as I can, I'll be purchasing your training videos. Where do I start?
Heck yesss!!!! Destroy it!!! Start here this will take you to a whole new level‼️‼️

One of the best shoes ever to work in!
you rock!
Ok this great, I would never need to be sold in a car. But to have this guys energy when the deal takes place would make me walk away a happy man!
whether you like him or hate him, he is onto something. its not about the product or ethics of care sales etc. its really about how to perform at your personal best and how this creates an intrinsic drive to get even better. all things considered, some of his stuff is a bit too cheesy for my personal liking, but in contrast, i had so many dreadful sales people, its definitely more enjoyable to have a guy like that around.
Nails on a chalkboard!
Hey Elliot I’m starting to do sales eventually and I really love these videos I can now see myself making 100k in my first year thank you very much
That’s what you call product knowledge. Know what your selling and presentation is everything! Good job brotha.
I've been out there and said something like "yeah, yeah and we're gonna get you a Fuckin full tank of gas too"
Ive never sold cars but im #1 in the state after learning your method
This is the exact type of salesman that I ask "is there anyone else that can help me?"
I don’t even sell cars and I want to watch the rest of the videos. Got me pumped.
I’m on my 4th training day for car sales, this is a bit much but atleast I’m doing my homework haha.
I’m a sales person and this is great content! Lots of motivation
I wanna see pay stubs for that last year in the Car biz!
I got you Mike! I want to help you make way more than I ever did. Shoot me a text message asap! I’d love to help you kill it & connect 918-210-0254 💪
This guy is intense, selling is about letting people have the experience not trying to control them and their decisions. Someone who has researched prior to a purchase will not be inhaling this nonsense and frankly would go somewhere else.
i wanna be a car salesman so when i’m 16 this year i’m gonna go down to my local dealership and i’m gonna apply
Andy also makes you "agree" 7xs... by that amount time the customer is ready to buy.
IT is all about great attitude to make sell
I wasnt planning on buying a truck tonight but Andy convinced me
Can you do a walk around on a vehicle that doesn’t have a bunch of fancy features? I’m struggling to work around stop I wouldn’t necessarily be proud to sell to my customers
Absolutely text me I’ll tell you how 918-210-0254
the compliance tests are amazing
This guy won me over and makes me want to be a car salesman
do it! ...you can be an idiot but if you can create this vibe you will be wealthy
Just this short training video if you use it, will add additional numbers to your bank account. You should see what the entire course will do. It’s unbelievable!!!
Let’s crush it!!!!!
If I had a salesmen do this do me I would walk out asap
Great Video! Enthusiasm is the weapon!
💪💪💪💪💪
Damn this guy is on another level. (I'm not even a car salesman but I respect the game). Subbing now.
Great job brother, im gonna apply this to my own products, ill let you know if it works
Respectfully sir. You’re precisely the person I would not buy a car from.
100%
Are you Nigerian?
Incomplete thought, sir. Who would you buy a car from and why? Please be concise. Unless you can answer these questions, your input isn't helpful to anyone.
Why were you here 😂
My last salesman sucked. Total mono tone about everything. I didnt even want the vehicle i have now. Didnt like it at all and now that ive driven it for 2 years i absolutely love my 5th gen 4runner.
Great energy Andy. In the Chicago real estate market, but much of this applies here! Thanks for all you do for the sales community!
I always say "Features TELL, but Benefits SELL"!
Thank you, Andy! This is exactly what I needed this morning. 💪
Crush it today!!!
@@AndyElliottOfficial Yessir! Working on two spots, thanks for getting me fired up!
I am not a car salesman. I just started watching for fun.
Hi Cole, appreciate you watching. Shoot me a text 918-210-0254 Let me know what’s an area you are ready to level up at and let’s crush your competition. I’ll send you a kick ass training planner I put tgthr 💪
