I love your enthusiastic training! So many trainers say...."Do this exactly the way I do it and you will be successful" The word tracks are great! I love the way when you offer suggestions you say "Do me a favor" It makes me feel respected and confident you are trying to improve my performance and not the the other way around to make me in the bottom 10% instead of the top 1%. I have seen so many people quit because they did not like the trainer or felt downed by that person. I am going to watch 1 of these a day! I am also going to buy your training as soon as I make my first commission check! I am new!

Loved Ryan and his confident and relaxed demeanor with the word tracks you can tell he has them down and practices. I have bought the 0-100k course and it is amazing to get the training and understand a step by step guide as I am getting into car sales for the first time!

I don't mind that one really and it's super easy to overcome you just have to set it up right Hey no problem let me get with a manager and I'll be right back with your quote in just a few minutes - can I get you a coffee or bottled water or anything while you're waiting? Come back with a pencil quoted at the standard rate, 7% 10.9% whatever and go for the close. If they complain about rate and they probably will just tell them the truth - hey just like you wanted this just a quote, obviously we haven't pulled your credit so we are shooting in the dark a little bit here. What we don't want to do is quote you with a low number only to later discover we can't honor it.. However we are affiliated with about 35 different banks and have an entire team of finance professionals so if you're comfortable filling out an application we'll go straight to work and get you the best rate you deserve, and if you're credits as good as we expect of course the payments will go down to reflect that lower interest rate

On the high mileage objection, this would be a great place to preposition your warranty. With a warranty, it will feel like a new car. Bam! Im not even in car sales. Lol. But, love the sales process and rhe challenges of overcoming objections
That way, any potential savings you have sold the customer on for buying a high mileage vehicle, can go right back into the pocket of the dealership when selling a more expensive warranty on a high mileage vehicle. That's some of that "World Class" customer service.
Will I have more money in my pocket today with not having a payment on my current car or tomorrow? Yea, tomorrow. I can fix a LOT of issues with my current car over a years time with (at worst) half of what I’d spend in a year on a car payment. Average car payment on America today is $725 a month. $8700 per year in payments vs at MOST a fraction of that in repairs over the year on a decent user car, the used car wins every time. And it’s not even close. FWIW I’m not knocking Andy I think him and his team are one hell of a sales team but the math don’t math with #7. But it is a very good argument to make to someone in a dealership looking even though they have a paid off car because obviously they don’t mind the thought of a payment that much. Me personally I would not step foot into a dealership until I had cash in hand for the car/truck I want.

If people don't want to become the next victim of these hustlers "Jedi Mind Tricks", they should educate themselves on cars, prices and what interest rate they should be paying. More importantly, they need to first do some serious soul searching on if they really need to be buying a car in the first place and stay the hell off a car lot if they don't. A car lot is not a place for the weak minded, it's like an alcoholic going into a bar, saying they are just going to have a Pepsi. There is also a modicum of respect for these guys involved too, as I know how they game works and they don't get paid if they don't sell a car, so I'm not going to waste their time if I'm not going to be in the market. However, at the times when I am in the market, I am upfront that if we can come to terms, I will buy the car. However, as soon as they start spewing "word tracks" I can no longer trust them and am out the door, nor do I want to hear that tired line about "earning your business." Just last week a friend of mine went to a car lot and was quoted a price over the phone, he went down there, and the sales rep then stated that that was a mistake, and the actual lease cost was going to $150 a month higher. This was obviously a ploy to get him down there and he walked. The very next day, the sales rep actually has the guts to send him a text that says, "What can I do to earn your business?" He didn't offer to compensate him for his gas or allude to a better deal. My friend then texted back that he had that opportunity the day before, but he blew it and to stop texting him.
Ryan very smooth. Your answers make sense and if any customer you deal with has a brain they definitely would think you are a genius. Lol. I preferred Ryan’s objections over the young man’s (other video) When you add intellect you will go far. Awesome man!
I’m curious about the miles are too high word track. How do they both end up with 100,000 miles at three years if one starts with more? I am currently shadowing someone who ran into this objection today & he wasn’t sure how to handle it.
The crappy salesmen at Carmax. Long story short he told me nobody can beat their rates. Had about 15 lenders pop up for my credit and none were beating carmax rate. Offering me 8% on a used vehicle. Some reason Capital one was NOT showing but all the other popular banks were. Filled out app for Capital one at the Carmax dealer on my phone. Rate came back was 5.9%. That’s a 2% difference which is pretty significant. I told the the guy I thought you said nobody beats you guys in rates? Why is a worldwide bank not showing on your screen when it’s clearly beating you in rates. It seemed fishy. The only bank to not pop up was the one beating them in rates and they at first we’re acting dumb like surprised they were beat in the rate. Still bought the car but should of worked harder to get a bigger discount for the underlying lies lol
Andy I am in the product industry selling lubricants (motor oils) & and fuel in super large quantities i work for a big distributor company. I am a sales rep. I have trouble converting over customers that sell a similar product to ours how can I separate myself I get a lot of objections “we are happy with our current supplier”
Andy we've spoken before you had a meeting with us on zoom at my old dealership "Carlson Chevrolet " I currently work for rick hendrick toyota and there alot more stuff on the deal during the first pencil like LoJack etc ,my question is what if I have a customer that loves the car but not the extra stuff (LoJack etc)what would be a good diversion tactic to keep their interest off that area of the deal
