Not sure what you mean but no... Ecu flash was software only.

abbie collins no prob. Loads of thing I like about it one being ( that's never mentioned) is the short ratio box...if you've ever ridden one it's exactly the same as an r6 but with 30% more grunt...was out last Wednesday evening for about 6 hours on it...down to Hampshire ( loomies ) then up to Oxford then back to Bristol...top bike.

    whats the gains on power?

Across the board really. A wide spread of benefits not only the fuel mapping. Just to summarize.1. The fuel mapping obviously. Id hazard a 5-10% gain across the board but, obviously theres engine work gone also...ie full system, K&N, drilled airbox and block off system added.2. Secondary injectors remapped in 1st 2nd and 3rd. So the dyno operator told me the secondary injectors in 1st 2nd and 3rd cut in at 7k whereas in 4th 5th and 6th they cut in at 3k so he mapped 4th 5th and 6th to 1st second and third thus increasing the amount of shove/acceleration it has in the lower gears.3. Flapper valve deleted - so can be unplugged without causing the dash to show an error.4. Fuel cut off/engine braking adjusted - essentially when you shut off the throttle previously the bike would be "dragged" to a halt - now it glides to a halt....feels much better.5. 500rpm added to the redline.6. o2 sensors deleted - so can be removed. Less wiring but more importantly they must be removed otherwise they mess with the custom mapping. The above package transform the bike into something that's incredibly easy to drive, easy to crawl through slow traffic but in turn give it turbine like performance on motorways and long stretches. Peak power at the back wheel is 144.45 but this is DJHP corrected power so I would hazard knocking say 5hp off of that for a more true-er reading....translating that to the crank allow for 15% drive train loss so power at the crank based on 140hp is about 160hp....but as most people will tell you dyno's vary from one to another. Peak torque is 82ft lbs. Hope that helps.
