    Its tellign you 8 because the base was made for 8nm. That alone tells us they just went ahh lets limit it. The base will register as 8nm because thats the motor in it. Just they toned it down which tbh they never should have done. Then upcharge for 150 for its maximum abilities.

    Some very good advice there ie as with yourself im trying the 5nm rather than jumping straight into the 8nm , I want to appreciate it more if/when I do so. My CSL DD will be arriving later today and Ive returned my G923 - Id ordered the G923 and whilst it was on its way did some research , (This is my first wheel as Im more of a flight sim guy) hearing about belt drives and the creaking and clanking really put me off plus it wasn't that much of a diff to the G29 which I had originally looked into (but the price jumped!) so that by the time it had arrived I had already decided to return it to Amazon (£289.00) and opted for the Fanatec 5Nm at £399.85 a difference in price I felt was justified by the difference in the product

    Thank you for the information. I had you x2 speed and that first 5-6min of the video was still painful man, you gotta ramble less. I do appercatite you taking the time to pass on your experiances, it was very helpful.

      Yeah no kidding. He's got a great quality setup but this content would go from amateur to pro with just a few cuts. It's very easy to do cuts in editing software. You could probably turn this 20 minute video into a 7 minute one xD

    I have purchased the fanatec gt dd pro 8 nm from Sim Demon and the 5 nm power brick was included along with the 5 nm.noticed they had different connector plugs to the out put side of the brick to the unit. I’m using 5 nm at the moment though.

      So the 8mn has an incompatible plug?

      @nickreestearsofaclown4661 25 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @@OzzoyRacesBottomSplit the power bricks leads have a different end connector. 8 nm lead has a kettle connector to plug into the brick. The 5 nm lead has 2 pin flat type connector plug for the brick.the base unit sides are the same connector as is the wall socket side.just means you have to have a specific lead ,can’t inter mix

    thx for this video, i am thinking of getting into sim racing, and i was able to borrow a g920 from a friend, for now i am trying out with Forza Horizon 5 (I know it's just a simcade and not a "real" sim game but it's the only one I got) and for now I feel a bit unsatisfied with the wheel mostly because it's gear driven, the only question for me is if I should get the 5 or 8nm version of the csl dd

      Enjoy the g920, it's a great wheel. I have a video about the 5 vs 8 NM. Check it out

      Ola. Para começar gastando o minimo possivel. G29 usado nao gastando mais que 130/150 Euros com shifter, 120 sem. Boa sorte!

    Boas, vi agora que és português :). Achas que vale a pena trocar um t300 com pedais t LCM por um ddpro para jogar gt7? Os pedais originais não são grande coisa mas pronto, em relação ao volante valerá mesmo a pena trocar? Abraço

    • @OzzoyRacesBottomSplit
      @OzzoyRacesBottomSplit  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Ola. O T300 tem 4/4.5 nm. Os LCM se nao me engano ja sao load cell. Para jogar gt7 penso que nao merece a troca. Ate pprque os precos que menciono sao so para pc, as consolas normalmente nao benefeciam deles. Obrigado
