As a designer, we believe everyone has their own preference. For this home, the furnishings and greens elements are well chosen and placed to balance up the sharp contrast of monochrome back drop.
Yeah pretty stupid. Considering a walk-in is really just a normal cupboard without doors and some extra space to "walk in". Have seen space-starved places purposely putting up a door and dividing a huge room in two so it feels like you're entering a walk-in room just for your cupboards which is just a retarded use of space. Also these types must love dusty clothes.
@@slaiyfershin i think it's not always just for the sake of having a walk-in type of wardrobe but because they need more storage space for their clothes/bags/etc. there just isn't enough room in the master bedroom of a 4 room bto flat for someone who has more clothes.
Amy The wall at the side seems to be a distance away from the stove. Unless they are deep drying, there will probably be minimal splashing to the wall especially when the hood is turned on too
The word “actually” is so overused here by most Singaporeans it makes me cringe! Do you have to use it on every other sentence? The house is nice though.

Not practical to have painted wall beside the cooking stove. The wall may be stained with smell or oil/gravy from the cooking.
